After everything calmed down, Ruby was still her innocent self. As I was walking to Get my sister from her Track meeting, someone decided to try to punch her. But.. Travis blocked the blow as her eyes instinctively opened and she blushed when she heard the words she heard Six say to her in her dreams. "I will not allow anyone to hurt my precious Angel." She gasped softly as she heard the words and she mumbled something. "Six.." she mumbled quietly to herself as Travis and the guy who attempted to hit her got into a fistfight. Travis won the fight and assisted Ruby up. "Are you ok?" He asked as she Clung onto him for life. "Thank you.." she said as He blushed when my sister hugged him. I was about to go over there when Larry stopped me. "Dude, I think she thinks Travis is Six when he said that." I did a Facepalm.

Of course, I'm not surprised she thinks like that. But, I wanted my sister to be happy so I allowed it. She pulled away from the hug and slipped a yellow letter into his hand. He opened it and blushed. "Yes." He said as He and Ruby.. KISSED?! I was about to go over there and beat his ass when Ash pulled me aside. "Sal, I get you want to protect her, but she's growing up into a mature woman and she must be free to be with whoever she wants." She said as I sighed. "Fine.. If he breaks her heart.. Larry has my full permission to beat his ass." Larry did a horrifying grin and nodded.

Ruby walked over to us and Pulled out her Choir books. "I have to be going Sal, I'll see you later!" She chirped as Travis wrapped his arm around the back of her neck and walked with her to her Choir class. She giggled cutely as she held her books against her chest. How she doesn't break a sweat during Track is something I do not know. But, I'm just glad Sis is having fun and her track team uniform looked amazing on her!

Her uniform consisted of a White tank top that revealed her beauty mark on the side of her left hip, black Shorts, white tube socks with black lines, and Silver sneakers. After school, Ruby told me that during her science class, Travis couldn't keep his eyes off her. I didn't blame him for behaving like that. It's not every day you see a gorgeous girl that is a sister to a freak with a prosthetic. She was so cute when she smiled and got excited over small things. I couldn't ask for a better sister than her.

When we got into our apartment, She went to her room and began to do homework. She didn't have a gig tonight as her manager wanted her to have a break as he didn't want her voice to strain out. She would listen to calming music while doing it and occasionally hum some of the lyrics. After 3 hours or so, she went out of her room with her completed homework on her desk, neatly stacked. We went to Larry's apartment and she got along with Lisa as Larry and I began to talk about what happened.

"So, This Travis guy is with You?" Asked Lisa as we began to over hear their conversation. "Mhm! He saved me from a guy and got into a fistfight with him! Of course, he won." She said as she blushed, remembering what happened Earlier. The two of them were close and we often smiled when they talked about their relationships and what not. "If he breaks your heart, ima hit him in the head with la chancla." She said as that caused Ruby to laugh. "You and your Mexican tendencies!" She said in between her fits of laughter. "I'll do it too."

Ruby playfully rolled her eyes as Lisa poked her sides as she began to squeal. "Cute! I can definitely see why lar-bear likes you so much." Ruby began to snicker. "Lar-bear? That's cute!" She said.

That night, we left the basement and went back to our apartment. Ruby went straight to bed and I stayed awake, drawing a Sakura blossom, Ruby's Second favorite flower. I planned to give it to her during Girl's day tomorrow since we didn't have school. The reason why is because some kid made dead frogs come to life.  After I drew the first Blossom, I went to sleep, using my sister's voice as white noise.
