A's POV (this is what the story will be most of the time, so if I don't put a POV, it's A's :D)

My eyes open slowly, and I'm back in my room. I breathe a sigh of relief. It must have been a dream. A crazy, painful dream.

I sit up, swinging my legs over the side of the bed. That's when I know it wasn't a dream.

Yes, I woke up on my bed, and that could tell me it was a dream, but the dizziness making the ceiling sweep under my feet? The sharp pain in my back? Definitely not a dream.

I flop back down on my bed, attempting to put the ceiling back in its place.

Then it hits me. Rose. Darkclaw. Ty. Jason. Sky. Did they make it out of the cave alive?

I sit up again, and while the dizziness isn't as bad (the floor is only moving slightly), the pain in my back is still there.

The door suddenly opens, and I jump, wincing as I land back on the bed.

Sky's standing in my doorway, looking shocked, relieved, and concerened all at the same time.

I grin at his shocked exression. He looks at me like something's strange.

"Don't tell me." I laugh. "I have a third eye in the middle of my forehead."

Sky grins. "You really are my sister."

"Oh really? Gee, when did you figure that out?"

"Shuddup."

"I don't have to-"

A chill goes down my spine as a thought occurs to me. "Sky, where's everyone else?"

"You remember what happened in the cave?"

"No." I say sarcastically, rolling my eyes. "Wait! I've got it! We all were almost murdered by coal!"

Sky laughs. "Even with an almost fatal accident, you bring up sarcasm?"

"Sarcasm is in my code, Sky."

"Fair enough. Everyone else is fine, the coward teleported away after Darkclaw scratched up his pretty face. Oh, wait! He didn't have one." Sky grinned.

"Thank Notch. I got scared there."

"You got scared? We've all been worried sick about you."

"I'm fine." I lied.

"You had a sword slice right into your back, A. That's not 'fine'." Sky counters.

"Well, I'm alive, aren't I?" I fully believe in the motto, "what doesn't kill you is going to die".

Sky shook his head. "You have a weird motto."

"Hey! It keeps me going, doesn't it?"

"True that. Like that one time, when you fell off of the roof of the house and broke your arm?"

"And I still demanded to go mining." I laugh, remembering.

"You're crazy, A."

"I know. I've known since I spawned." I smile.

"That day was crazy in itself." Sky says, and I can tell by his face that now he's lost in his own thoughts. I do that, too. In fact, I do that a lot.

I know what he's talking about when he says that day was crazy. Our entire group had spawned thousands of blocks away from each other, Sky and I being the only two together. That's why we considered ourselves brother and sister.

It took me about thirty seconds to figure out I had powers, same with Sky. It was really fun, hanging out with my 'brother' and just exploring the world we had been put into.

The world was a lot different back then, too. There were no hostile creatures, so we didn't need a shelter to protect ourselves, we didn't have to go hunting for food, because animals were everywhere, and there was pretty much no danger to us or to anything else.

Until that one fateful day when we all met each other...

"Well, hey, if you're feeling better, we could go downstairs and go on with our lives?" Sky suggested.

"Huh?" I jumped, snapping out of my thoughts and back in to reality.

"We could go downstairs and carry on." Sky said.

I jumped up and down on my bed. "CARRY ON MY WAYWARD SOOOooOON! THERE'LL BE PEACE WHEN YOU ARE DOOOOOOone!" I scream-sang at the top of my lungs. (A/N: Supernatural, anyone? XD)

Sky winced, plugging his ears but still laughing. "Okay, okay! I'm gonna assume that's a yes!"

I hopped down off of my bed. "You were the one who said the words." I put emphasis on "the words".

"Yeah, yeah, I know. Never say the words around you." He smiled, and I returned it.

"Let's go! I wanna go greet the world again!" I say happily, and bolt out the door, him running after me.
