"Time to go Kate" mum says as she shakes my shoulder gently.i silently yawn and get ready.we rush down a series of hallways before reaching platform 7d."umm,our daughter is in a wheelchair how will she get up?" Mum asks a flight attendant."oh,for that we have a special ramp,follow me" says the short,dark curled man.we follow him quickly.we approach the set of stairs and a ramp.mum gets behind and pushes me up the ramp while the others take the stairs.when we're up we put our luggage in the conveyer belt and we take our seats. I find a good seat,about half way. i lift myself into the window seat and a flight attendant takes my wheelchair into storage for me.

I smile gratefully at the women and look out the window. Everyone gets boarded into there seats." this is your caption speaking travellers,this plane will be taking off in 15 minutes,I repeat flight leaving in 15 minuets." An announcer says. i relax in my seat,I haven't been able to do this in ages. i reach into the seat in front of me a small tablet emerges in my hands. i turn it on and put the headphones in. i select a movie called Jamie and start to watch it. i recline the seat and relax. i wouldn't of been able to do this in the hospital. I feel the plane take off soon. i don't really notice that much since I'm concentrating on the movie I'm watching. This flight will take 12 hours to get back to Australia. Later the movie finished. i look out my window I can't see much,mostly clouds and blue sky. I decide to put on some music and go to sleep............................................................

The plane vibrates and I jerk my eyes open."just a bird" mum says as she softly touches my hand. i nod. i decide to watch an episode of bones-season 6 I was up to this season anyway with Sirena so I thought I could catch up. i turn my phone on and switch aeroplane mode to the on position. immediately I  get a number of text messages from sirena,relatives and of course Blake ."hi darling,yeah me too I can't stop thinking about you,you drive my crazy,I hope you can pull through this,everybody knows that your a fighter -xxx Blake ❤️" I smile at this I can't believe he still likes me. i text him back telling him that I pulled through but can't speak or move my legs. I text Sirena saying the same thing and that I am flying over. I text my relatives as well. "Hello mam,would you like something to eat,it's free and healthy."yeah ok,we will have a salad bun and some water each thanks" mum answers for me. i smile at mum then turn back to the tablet and un pause bones and keep watching. is it wrong to almost have a boyfriend and yet have a movie crush? Because I really love Booth.  The waiter comes back with our food .i finish it then I watch 5 episodes.  I check the time.we're due to land in 4 hours. i should have another sleep. I quietly turn both devises off and slowly drift into a light sleep.........................

I open my eyes and look around. most people are awake or just waking up.i decide to check the time. We are landing 2 hours so I decide to listen to some music on the tablet while I text on my phone.after about half an hour I take another look around. almost everyone is awake now. I look at mum.she has just woken up. She looks over to me and smiles. "15 minutes to landing." A voice says over a speaker. I pull my phone out of my back pocket and text mum "what about my wheelchair ?".

  "Oh,um excuse me miss but my daughter will need her wheelchair back to un-board the plane." Mum says to a flight attendant."of course" the lady says as she turns and walks towards the front. The lady returns pushing my wheelchair. I smile at her as she hands me it. I lift my self into it but I still hold onto the seat in front of me though.i look out the window.i can see land emerging. First I see the top of a sky scraper then I see some big buildings finally I feel the plane slowing and dropping and I can see the highway. I see the landing strip and relax as we start to get closer. "Preparing to land" says the caption...............
