I found another survivor, and we're sticking together now.

I think that all of the sectors are now completely infected, if not dead.

This person I found, he's.. interesting.

I hope we can help each other through this. I'll need all the help I can get, and I suppose he'll need the same.

I like to imagine he's you, reader.
It makes me feel like I know him better...but that's funny, because I know you less than I know him.

It makes me feel like we're more aquatinted, at least.

Heh, well then I'll go now. We'd best head off to sector 3. It's where the higher-ups live. I don't think they'd help us, or even if they survived, but we might be able to scavenge something from some of their homes.
