That day went by as usual as another simple and honestly quite boring meeting held by Histoire took place.

It was mainly a debriefing on what happened yesterday with Arfoire being revived and stronger than before along with Alex and Alex Õ battle.

After more brief conversations, Histoire had dropped a bombshell as he revealed that Kurome control of the graveyard was growing too far out of hand and action must be taken immediately.

With that, she said that in 2 days, they'd barge into the area and attempt to take down Kurome once more.

That left one day of preparation which was tomorrow.

With that, Histoire bid everyone farewell and wished them good luck in 2 days.

Alex immediately went home after that for rest.

Even after chugging down tons of coffee in the morning, he was still VERY tired from the fight.

He didn't think the hangover of using the gate's full power would be this severe but it was hitting him hard.

He eventually made it back to his apartment room and absolutely no one was home as usual for the past few weeks.

He was little upset about always coming back home alone but if anything he brought that upon himself.

He had kept all the CPU business to himself and didn't telp anyone, not even his mom.

Though it was best to get some mental help, he just didn't wanna get them involved into an issue that didn't involve them cause honestly it didn't.

Kurome didn't affect time so Akari clearly had no reason to get involved. She hadn't attacked the Black Jacks at all so Jackie had no reason to be involed, same with Hyperion.

Legitimately no one else had a right to get involved unless they were affected, at least, that's how Alex thought about it.

Being home alone again, he just walked up to his room and slept immediately.

The Next Day

Turns out the hangover must've been really strong since Alex had slept the entirety of yesterday afternoon and woke up this morning.

On the plus side, he no longer felt extremely tired and was back to normal.

Though this rest is short lived as today was the day of preparation before tomorrow's invasion.

Alex got out of bed and walked into the living room to see, nobody.

He wasn't suprised.

Jackie always left to Base Kamno early, his mom and Yae were always out and about early as well as Rita, and he wasn't gonna wait for Kaitlyn to make up.

'If they're gonna live with me then the least they could do is wait for me to wake up and greet them.' Thought Alex who was slightly annoyed.

He was gonna go into the city either way but they still could've at least waited to leave.

Regardless, he left the apartment room and headed off to downtown Lastation.

On he was in downtown, he got a tap on the shoulder and turned to see Kunsil.

"How unusual to see you outside of Lowee." Said Alex to Kunsil as he shrugged.

"Isn't that rare kid. Anyways, I'm here to pick up something from Blanc from Noire. Apparently it's something every main CPU will have for the raid tomorrow. Blanc didn't say what it was so it's most likely a suprise."

"I see. Well good luck with that then."

"Have you told anyone else about this?"

"Nope. Absolutely no one and will never tell anyone."

"Alright. Anyways, see ya later kid."

Kunsil walked off towards the Basilicom as Alex continued his stroll in the city.

Honestly he didn't know what to for preparation as he was never one to really train or workout as he honestly found all that stuff meaningless.

He just stuck with whatever he had and never forced himself to be better.

That was just one of many ways of how humble Alex was.

After a nice little stroll, Alex ran into Kunsil again who was on his way back to Lowee and informed Alex on what the girls were doing for tomorrow.

Turns out they were taking it really seriously and some were even legitimately worried and how tomorrow would turn out.

With all that being said, Kunsil left and Alex now realized that he was the only one who was kinda indifferent on how things would turn out.

'Shit. Maybe I should be a bit more worried about this whole ordeal.'

It wasn't that Alex didn't care or worry about this. He just didn't know how to approach this situation.

As he was contemplating this, he got a pat on the back and looked to see the other Alex next to him.

"Sup buddy. You look like your deep in thought." Said Alex Õ.

"Yeah. I just learned how seriously everyone is taking tomorrow's raid. I made me worry if I'm not taking it seriously by just taking a stroll."

"That don't mean anything. A stroll could help clear your mind in case you have any doubts about tomorrow. Say, why don't I join you on this stroll to help ya out?"

Alex was about to accept his offer until he got a call. "One sec other me."

Alex answered his phone and was greeted by his Uncle Roy.

"Hello Mr. Mustang!"

"What's got you so joyful Uncle Roy?"

"Well, I got some intresting information and would like for you to head on over to HQ. I got some important things to say."

With that, Roy ended the call as Alex looked over to Alex Õ. "Sorry. My uncle needs me over at our base."

"I'll come with. I'm intrested to see your job and where you work."

Alex nodded and led him and his other self out of the city and into the woods.

After a long trek through the forest, theh eventually made it to HQ.

The two entered and walked their way up to Roy's office while other employees were shocked and confused on why there were 2 Alexs.

Eventually, Alex knocked and the two walked into his office as Roy spun around in his chair to see the two.

"Ah. You must be this Alex from another dimension I've heard about." Said Roy.

The two were confused on how he knew so quickly.

"Um, how do you know Uncle Roy?"

"Your lovely girlfriend Uni told me about what's been happening recently. I decided to help you out for tomorrow for old times sake."

Alex was confused on what Roy meant by that. "What's that supposed to mean?"

Roy simply smirked. "You should know where to find an old relic of the past. Good luck kid."

Alex took those words and immediately knew what Roy meant as he thanked him and immediately headed out with Alex Õ following in confusion.

After heading a couple of miles away from HQ, they made it to a hill.

On the hill, Alex Õ saw a tombstone and next to the tombstone, saw a sword stabbed into the ground.

"Hey Alex. What's that?" Asked Alex Õ.

Alex simply smiled and chuckled.

"It's just an old relic of the past. Back in use."
