Kurome sat in her throne room at the graveyard's tower watching the CPUs trying their best against Arfoire.

'Impressive. Without even needing to transform into the Deity Of Sin, the girls can barely hang in there thanks to their numbets. Guess the enhancements I gave Arfoire worked like a charm. After all, she did always fail in the end.' Thought Kurome.

Suddenly, Kurome mentally felt a connection snap.

She kept quiet for a bit before sighing and giving a small chuckle. 'Seems as if that kid freed himself. Oh well. I hate to cut Arfy's fun short but I can't risk him getting involved in that battle.' She thought.

With that, Kurome stood up and conjured up a dark rift as she stepped through it and immediately appeared at the battlefield.

From the looks of it, she was right.

Arfoire barely looked like she broke a sweat as Purple Sister, Black Sister, and Orange Heart were all panting heavily.

If it wasn't for their superior numbers, this battle would've been over.

The fight was broken off as Kurome walked into view giving a slow clap. "Good job Arfoire. I told ya those improvements would work well."

Arfoire simply smirked. "I'll say. Time to kill these brats!"

Before she could do anything, Kurome simply grabbed her to prevent her doing anything else.

"Sorry but we gotta cut this encounter short. The boy's finished his fight, and though severely weakened I don't wanna risk another loss. Let's head back and prepare. It's obvious they're gonna come back again. Hopefully with the CPUs this time."

Arfoire groaned and begrudgingly agreed to stop as she walked away.

Kurome looked at the three and gave a simple wave. "Farewell you three. Hopefully you bring you older sister along next time."

Kurome walked back into her rift and vanished leaving the three girls to process what happened.

That was until Black Sister suddenly remembered something. "Oh crap Alex!"

With the remaining energy she had left, Black Sister took off and flew wherever she went and hoped to god she'd find Alex.

Thankfully she noticed a decently ravaged area and flew down towards it.

As she did, she saw Alex laid down, back rested against a tree and saw Alex Õ stood up, leaning on the tree as well.

Black Sister eventually landed and reverted as she immediately went beside Alex.

"Don't worry." Said Alex Õ. "The kid's just resting. He used a little too much of his strength, but, he'll be fine."

With that said, Uni calmed down ans smiled, softly stroking Alex's hair as he slept peacefully from exhaustion.

Soon Purple Sister and Orange Heart arrived and saw the two boys and eventually Alex Õ moved away from the tree.

"We should be leaving now. Monsters could infest this area at any moment now."

With that, the group of four all took off and left the graveyard.

[TimeSkip: A Day Later]

It was very early in the day and the sun was barely rising as Alex had recovered pretty well though he was still heavily fatigued and was now just resting his head on a table and was trying his best not to pass out and sleep again.

Thankfully his mother Akari had accompanied him and immediately woke him up as he jolted up after Akari placed a hot but not scorching hot coffee cup on his cheek.

"S-Sorry. I'm just really tired after yesterday." Said Alex a little sleepily rubbing his eyes.

"Mind telling me what you did yesterday that caused so much fatigue?" Asked Akari.

Alex was gonna answer but this was an issue only concerning him and the CPUs so he didn't wanna get anyone else involed.

"I just stayed up really late yesterday. My bad." He said as he took a small sip of his coffee to at least get a little energy for the day.

If anything he's glad Alex Õ had drained his power faster than Alexs.

Being in that state having unleashed the full power of the gate felt like Alex was holding up tons of force cause once he exited that state, he was immediately out like a light.

After a nice morning. Alex bid his mom goodbye as he went on ahead to the Basilicom.

As he arrived at the living room, he got an unexpected warm greeting from Noire as she expressed concern causing to blush a bit and stammer that he was just fine.

He then got a hug from Uni which he returned the hug.

After talking for a bit, Noire and Uni began to set up their camera for Histoire's meeting.

Before Alex could join them, he noticed Alex Õ was there at the baclony entrance as he called him over for another chat.

Alex agreed and walked over as the he entered the balcony and saw Alex Õ at the ledge, arms resting on the railing.

Alex walked ahead and stood behind him.

"You got something to say?" Asked Alex.

"Yeah. I'm sorry for yesterday. I got easily controlled and manipulated. It was careless of me. Especially since I had fought and defeated a different Kurome from the Gamindustri I went to."

"Really?"

"Yeah, but, I gotta say this. The Kurome here is potentially way more dangerous than the one I fought 2 years ago during my adventure. Just know your gonna need all the help you can get kid."

Alex simply chuckled and patted Alex Õ shoulder as he stood by him. "Yeah I know already. By the way, since we've already beaten the shit out of each other, wanna tell me your full story?"

Alex Õ smiled and nodded. "Sure thing kid. I was born into a family of three. My mother and older sister. Apparently my father, who was gonna marry my mother, ended up leaving her before I was born. For most of my childhood, it was enjoyable as I lived in a big city.  Then it all changed. At age 10, I was sent to a nearby village to pick up supplies for my mom. After getting the supplies, I began walking back when I saw that the city had suddenly ravaged and destroyed. I ran back to my home to see it on fire, only moments from blowing up. My sister was missing and as I tried to carry my mom out, the house blew causing her to die. After that, I lived alone for two year until I got to reunite with my older sisrer. Then at age 13 all that Gamindustri stuff happened. Then move forward two years to age 15 and here I am." Said finishing up his long story.

"Wow. So your still an orphan huh? I used to be like that. I wasn't born in the city but at a slums here in Lastation. Life was rough. While my father didn't leave, he was an ass. Kept abusing me and my mother. Then at age 7, I ended up having to massacre the slums, parents included,  to prevent a civil war. Then at age 10 I went to war, age 11 became Uni's boyfriend, to 13 I reunited with my mom who ended up being alive somehow and killed my father who also had lived somehow." Said Alex as he finished his long story.

"So, you got to reunite with your mom huh?" Asked Alex Õ.

"Yeah. If you want, I can introduce you to her after this meeting is over."

"No thanks. I'd just get in the way. Anyways..."

Alex Õ turned towards Alex and held a hand out for a handshake.

"Let's let the past go by and agree to be partners and stop Kurome." Said Alex Õ.

Alex smiled and shook his hand in agreement.

"Yeah. We'll be the best team, me."
