Seeing Zygarde gying, Ash did not know what to do.

Zygarde: Ash Ketchum!

ASh: yes

Zygarde: you are the last hope of our world, as the pokemon of order, and on behalf of me dead brothers and sisters, I command you to take the responsibilities and power of ORDER.

Ash: what should I do now?

Zygarde: Go to Hoenn, and restore the order of the world.  the war between the resistance and the empire will not seize as the former holds the Crystal of Life, the remains of Arceus and the later holds the orb of destruction, the remains of Yveltal.  With the sword of Order, my remains, the war can be stopped.  

Ash: then what about you?

Zygarde: when the three instruments reunited after order is restored, I, along with Xerneas and Yveltal, will be revived.

After saying that, the green aura around Zygarde faded.  the Zygade cells scattered around the world and the two care merged to form a sword, with a scabbard.

Ash: wait, this is so heavy

his blue aura the lighted up, the sword's green aura too.

Ash: wow

He saw words on the handle, saying: 'only by the hands of a worthy person'

Greninja: Master, I think the sword has accepted you.

Pikachu: pika pika pika

ASh: now... We have to head to Hoenn...

Ash's POV

I reached my strap bag, 

thanks to Hoopa, who used his magic to enlarge my bag capaciy without enlarging the size of it!

Great

I gave a little pep talk to my pokemon and we camped in Terminus Cave

I though to myself: let's go

Under the cloak, I wore a tatical vest, with some clips of bullets.

Though I don't really need a gun, but I thought that it may come in handy.

and the sword some how merged with my right arm leaving dragon like tatoo on my right forearm.  Well, zygard is a dragon type...

I returned my pokemon except charizrd and Pikachu.  

Hoenn, I am coming

???'s POV 

A: we have protect this crystal no matter what

B: You are right. this is what Xerneas told us

Me: Have Clement and Bonnie returned from scouting?

Clement: we are back

Bonnie: with bad news

Me: don't be so sad, we should never give up until the end!

A boy: this is what he would say

Tears formed in my eyes, again.  I turned around.

the boy: sorry, serena, I didn't mean to

Serena: no, it is not your fault, gary.  we have all lost him, without him we would not have come this far.  I know he is important to every single one of us in the room, not to mention that he is your best friend and rival eversince he is a toddler

A: yes, May and I would not have been top coordinators and good battlers without him!

B: of course, Without him I would still be a fool with my torchic 

(A: dawn, B: May)

Me: i gave them a smile.  So break the news, would ya, Bonnie?

Bonnie: they have been testing their new weapons

Clement: with Clembot 3.0 I analyzed the energy and it is terrifying.  That thing is way too strong to be a prototype

Bonnie: and that energy is almost the same as the energy of Yveltal.

Me: so they can use the orb now

Iris: yes, now I think we should try to break into their base before their weapon is completed

Bonnie: It is almost impossible, their new base is almost the most powerful one compare to the others, it is set up in Ever grande city, with the Geographical advantages and the forest...

Me: Bonnie, don't lose hope yet... we we still fight until the end!

Bonnie: ok

Max: Let's see, our team's is set up in the Battle frontier, It is very close to their base and according to the new intel from clement and Bonnie, they can wipe us out easily

Iris: but they haven't

Gary: that means they aren't ready yet

May: we have to act fast!

Paul: we can't be reckless, too.  We have to secure Mossdeep city first and secure the sea routes so we can isolate their base!

Me: I agree.  Lilycove city and Fortree City afterwards

Dawn: so we are not going to take that base?

Me: it is too risky, we should cut their supplies first

Gary: Serena, you are our leader, so we will all follow your lead!

Emergency alarm went off

May: huh??? is it an alarm

Then Miette and Calem ran in, this is not an attack, but the grunts are retreating from Mossdeep city's base.

Then the TV in the room showed a face, that is professor Oak, the chief commander of the resistance

Oak: team, time to move!

Miette: but we just abandon all the facilities here?

Oak: this is a mobile base, remember? this is the battle pyramid you are staying in.

Paul: what if it is a trap?

Oak: I thought so too,but scouts reported that someone is taking the base down on his own

Calem: it is a powerful base, how is that possible?

Oak: There is high possibility that the hood has returned!

Gary: what?

everyone is shocked too.

The hood is believed to be killed in an explosion

Oak: now team, move, It is important to secure that city.

We set the pyramid to stealth mode, then we flew all the way and hover above the base.

Clement: wait who is the pilot just now

Bonnie: big brother you installed the auto pilot system earlier, didn't you remember?

Clement: ahhh

Me: ok, Calem, as usual, you will be in the air, assisting the ground force .  Miette, Bonnie, and Clement and Iris, you will be protecting the base and updating us with new intel

Clement: k, I will get the aerial cam ready

Me: max, Dawn, May, Gary and paul, we will head down.  We don't have time to wait for troops to arrive so it will be just us.  Gear up and ready to go down.

Me: Ready? Let's go

We all jumped off the pyramid and released our pokemon with flying abilities.

Dawn released Togekiss

Paul released Salamence

Gary released Pidgeot

Max released swellow

I released Charla

We flew down.

But we saw strange energy and beams

Green and blue lights can be seen and the buildings exploded.

Radio: Team, Energy reading is high in the south side of the building, it is aura, I guess, from a guy... apparently fighting the grunts, Clement out

Gary: it is the Hood

Me: alright, Calem, Paul, Dawn, to the North side.  Gary, Max, May follow me to south side!

Ash's POV

Greninja: MAster, it is happening

Me: Greninja, let's go stronger and stronger!

Wait what???

Greninja and I was actually fusing, physically

Lucario, Charizard, Pikachu, Sceptile, Infernape who I brought along were surprised too

Then when the veil of water surrounding me disappear, There stood the ultimate Ash- Greninja.

Greninja(in my thought): Master, we underwent fusion

I replied, this is incredible

Greninja: but we look similar to the ash-greninja form earlier.  But I feel that we are stronger now

I said: it is the same on the outside, but inside we have truly been one.  Together! Greninja

He replied with his  battle cry

I raised my arm, trying to use water shuriken, but instead, two large water shuriken formed on the webbed hands

(Like this but with the water shuriken on his back and the 'Ash" features on the head)

I thought: awesome

I attacked the coming grunts with those Aura infused shurikens.  My speed is incredible now

Then I saw some one descending

Then I recognised the girl on the charizard,

Serena

They landed, trying to join the fight, but they can't, coz My pokemon and I are dominating the area.  They are smart enough to notice if they join the fight they may end up getting hurt my me.

But more grunts are coming...

I decided to do this.

I yelled: Everyone return

Then the five pokemon turned into some red energy, travelled across the air and disappeared into the area around my waist, where the pokeball are supposed to be before my fusion.

Then, the tatoo on the right arm emitted a green energy, the sword of order appeared in my webbed hands in the form of a katana.

With all the Power I have, I released the energy and swing the sword.  

I finished every grunts at once, But it makes me so tired.

I stood there, knowing that all grunts are down, I returned the sword.

I looked at Serena, who looked at me.  Then I figured why, the patterns on my head.  It is just the same as the Ash-Greninja she saw in the Kalos league

I felt Pikachu wanted to get out of his luxury ball, but through aura I told him the situation, that I don't want to reveal myself yet.

What I am doing is too dangerous.

I want to keep her safe

She is alive, maybe what I should do is follow her team and protect her secretly

Then a flamethrower is shot towards me

I took the attack, because such weak attack won't harm me a bit.

I heard: sweetie are you ok?

Serena: Calem, stop, he is not an enemy! and stop calling me that!

I looked at them, seeing Max, May, Dawn, Gary, Paul, and that Calem dude.

Sweetie?

that guy called serena Sweetie?

My heart shattered

I should have let her know I love her when I have the chance

Now she has a boy friend

Greninja(in my though): Master, you want to reveal yourself?

I replied:no, no....But tell them there is someone in the base, they are people caught by team rocket.

I can't speak or move, seeing her with another boy... I ...I

Greninja took over my body

Serena asked: Greninja?, where is your trainer?

Greninja spoke, which made the gang jumped

"I am on my own, who are you"

I saw serena become upset... but why would she care about me, she has a boy friend

"there are people captured in the base" greninja said.

Gary: We are the from the resistance.  But How can you talk and why you have this appearance, Greninja?

Calem: he must be some experimental mutation created by team rocket, we should kill him

and of course, no one give a sh*t to that Mother F+cker

I turned around and left

I heard serena said: wait, please don't leave

Without looking back, I ran away.

A tear fell and streamed down my cheek.

No one's POV

Back in the pyramid, Serena did not speak after returning

Calem: what's bothering you sweetheart

Serena: Calem, I said stop calling me that, you are not my boyfriend!

Calem: Oh I know, I am your future husband

Serena: shut the f*ck up and leave me alone!!

After a while Bonnie came in

Bonnie: Serena, what's wrong

Serena: I looked into that greninja's eyes, and they are so familiar

She started crying again

Bonnie: huh?

serena: that greninja, looks just the same as Ash's greninja

Bonnie: what? no way, that means Ash is still alive?

Serena: I don't know, but that Greninja did not recognise me...

......

In another room, Gary is in deep thought... 

Gary thought: Not long ago when I head back to the ruins of pallet to visit ash's grave, the pokemon in grandpa's secret basement was all gone... wait...

Gary: Alakazam come on out!  Teleport me to Pallet graveyard

Gary thought to himself, If I remember correctly, that blue ribbon should be there in the box...Wait, that box is gone? then where is the ribbon... Oh no, serena will be so sad when she found out the ribbon is no longer there...

Gary looked around hoping that he would found the ribbon

'Gary' a voice said.

Gary turned around and there stood Ash.

Ash: I have been waiting for you

They two bros hugged.

Gary: ash, do you know how much I missed you?

Ash: I missed you, too Gary, I missed everyone, I thought you are all dead!

Gary: Come with me, we still have a chance to fight team rocket!

Ash: No..

Ash then rolled up his sleeve to reveal his tatoo

GAry: you are that... greninja? but how

Ash: I wil explain everything when the time comes, but I don't have much time, I have to head to Lilycove city, team rocket is preparing to fight back.

GAry: I will go with you

Ash: no, you head back to tell Professor Oak, he should have arrived in Mossdeep City

Gary: Ash, do you know how long Serena took to get over with your apparent death, 

Ash: no, I guess she did...(irritated)

Gary: no!, it took forever, she has been crying on her own every night but she just act that she's strong... and yet even when you know she's alive you don't want to reveal yourself to her?

Ash: Gary! You have no idea why I have to do this.  It don't want to do so too!  I don't want to give her hope now.  What if I died later? It will just hurt her even more... 

Gary: If you care for her, I think you should reveal yourself and we all fight together!

Ash: perhaps she would live a happy life without me

Gary: What?

Ash: drop that subject for a sec, warn the team about the coming attack.  If they ask you where you are, just tell them you are with professor Oak

Gary: What, but professor Oak is at Battle pyramid now

Ash: Professor knows that I am alive.  And he told me I will be meeting you here

Gary:...

Ash: one more thing, leaf should be one of the hostages you saved.

Gary: your sister?

Ash: you may not recognize her coz the las time you saw her she is still so small.  Take care of her, please, she is the only sister I have ever have

Gary: ok, you can count on me

Ash: I have to go

Gary: I still think you should go back with me

Ash: Serena has someone with her already.

Gary: huh?

Ash: bye

GAry's POV

Ash disappeared...

But wait, he believed serena has someone?

Oh he must have thought that Calem is Serena's Boyfriend...

I get it now... 

Ash, I would keep the secret for you but some day you will still have to reveal yourself to her...

Done! 

I chose Hoenn because remembered correctly, Serena went to Hoenn at the end of the XYZ series :)
