Aphmau POV

Right now, I am cooking some pork chops since it is 1 am right now. We went to sleep at like 4am so we are all tired but I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. As soon as the food is done, I shake Ross and Travis awake.

"Morning Jess." They both say at the same time. That's kinda creepy.

"Morning. I made you guys food. Where's Miku?" I ask. Suddenly, Miku's head pops out of the covers that Ross was under.

"I'm here!" She yawns. I pick her up and take her to the dying fire before giving her some nuts. Everybody starts to eat, including me.

"This is good!" Ross speaks while eating.

"Don't eat with your mouth full!" I hit him over the head.

"Ouch!" Ross cries while Travis tries not to laugh. I look over to him.

"If your going to join us then you're going to have to get use to this craziness. Especially from the leaders." I stick my tongue out at him. He smiles back at me.

"Can't wait to meet them." He replies to me. As soon as we are finished, Ross stands up.

"Well I have to continue doing my job. Sky ordered me to find the squid kingdoms base." Ross says, walking over to the water. "I think you guys should go back to the house." He says before jumping into the lake, turning into a narwhal as he lands.

"You can't. It's covered by a spell. I can dispel it though if you let me come with you." As I am saying this, my chest stars to glow lilac.

"Your chest..." Ross drifts off.

"It's from when I absorbed the gem back at the shrine. It will lead us to any spell that has been cast around the squid kingdom and if we get close enough, we can destroy the spell." I explain as I walk closer to his head that is bobbing out of the water.

"But Sky will kill me if I took you anywhere near the squids." Ross starts to push me away from the water with his narwhal horn thingy that I forgot the name of but I just cannonball into the water before wrapping my arms around his neck.

"Let's go! Travis wait here or teleport to Katelyn and stay with her! Take Miku!" I shout before turning my garland into an oxygen thing like on Pokémon and put it in my mouth. Ross dives under the water and swims at the same speed as I do with my superhero speed. Maybe faster. I look side to side, trying to detect the spell with my lilac glowing eyes as I kick my legs with Ross who is also looking around. I point in the direction that I see something shimmering and as soon as we are close, I let go of Ross and place my hands on the shield before closing my eyes. I concentrate on the shield breaking. I feel it start to crack so I let go and swim away before it completely shatters. The good thing is that the squids won't notice that the shield is gone because they could never see it anyway. Before the squids could notice us, I grab Ross' scarf and motion him to swim away as soon as I put down a waypoint. After a few minutes, we reach land and we both walk up to the tent area. Nothing is here but a book.

I took the tent with me. I will explain that you guys will be late.

"Lets teleport back then." I say. Ross nods before turning into a squirrel and jumping in my hood. I teleport us back and into Mitch.

"I'm not even going to say anything." Mitch says as he places his forehead on the ground.

"You just did." I sass him. He just sighs.

"I'm telling Max..." Mitch threatens but drifts off at the end. He looks at somebody behind me as soon as he stands up. I turn to see Max. I gulp.

"Where have you been." He says in a dark voice.

"I have been saving the world with Ross." I say, pretending not to be effected by him. He is scary when he is mad.

"And you didn't bother to tell anybody?" He crosses his arms.

"I left a note explaining why I was gone! It was an emergency and I only could bring Ross and Travis." I raise my hands up in surrender. He just sighs as Ross jumps out of my hood and turns into his human form. Travis then walks into the room and stands next to me.

"Did you find the kingdom?" He asks me. I nod, showing him the lilac light from my chest.

"The gem proves useful." I simply say. I turn back to Max to see him looking at my chest with wide eyes.

"Eyes up here Mr!" I shout at him, making his eyes shoot up to mine.

"Why was your chest glowing purple?" He asks.

"It was a gift for saving the world. It helped me remove the spell off of the squid kingdom." I say, motioning to our wet clothes.

"You can explain later. For now, let's go to Sky's room. All of the other leaders are there. We are having a meeting." Max says before turning to Travis.

"I will just go and hang with Katelyn." Travis says before walking out of the door. I follow Max to Sky's room before closing the door. I use my fire spell to dry both mine and Ross' clothes off as we talk.

"You're safe!" Barney shouts as he jumps on me. I hug him back.

"Nice to see you too." I simply say. He let's go and walks back over to the chair that he was sitting in just before. I sit next to him, facing Sky and Max who are in front of us. Ross sits next to me.

"So you disobeyed us and left... again. You need to bring at least one of us before you leave again!" Sky says, getting straight to the point. Suddenly, everything turns black except for the area around me like a blindness potion. I look around before facing forward.

"Next time you leave then I will tie you to your bed and set the whole room on fire just so you can't leave." Max threatens me. Before I could reply, I see... Loki. He grins at me evilly before shooting a shadow all at me. Before I could do anything, he runs straight through me, making me scream so loud. I feel myself fall backwards out of my chair and crawl backwards into a corner before wrapping myself into a ball. I start to rock myself.
