Owlstars POV

I sit in the middle of camp as my clanmates leave the camp for border and hunting patrol. I decide that I will go hunting by myself. I leave the camp feeling the wind blow through my fur. As I walk, I suddenly go into a vision. I see a cat with me, but it seems like it will come soon. I come out of the vision and try and hear anything suspicious. She heard footsteps. Owlstar looked the way that she came from. She saw a white and grey tom walking her way.

"Talonclaw," She greets.

"Owlstar," He greets back,

"Did you follow my footsteps here?" I ask playfully.

"Possibly. But anyone could have scented you out, Owlstar," He smiled, his eyes gazing at her.

I blushed a bit at his flirtatious tone, although he couldn't tell. Owlstar watches him as he scents out a squirrel. He gets in a hunting crouch and crawls forward and goes up a tree to where the squirrel sat. He pounced at it being it down to the ground sinking his claws into it. Talonclaw picked it up and walked to where I sit.

"Nice catch!" I mew.

"Thanks! Now it's your turn!" He laughs.

"Fair enough," I get up and sniff the air. Rabbit! I get into a hunting crouch and go forward, seeing the rabbit. I pounce from far away and still end up sinking my fangs into the rabbits neck. I proudly pick up my catch and bring it back to where Talonclaw sat. I drop my catch at his feet and raise my eyebrow.

"Fine, fine you win. Let's get back to camp. It's getting cold," He mews and picks up his catch. I pick mine up and walk back with him. He was unusually close to me, our fur brushing. We walk into camp and drop out prey on the pile. Cats stare at us, cause we were standing so close. I snickered a bit and walked to my den.  

Spottedstars POV

I see Flameheart walk into my den, as I sit there at the back eating my squirrel.  He didn't even ask to come in he just strut in. I new this was going to be long because I new him. He was flirty and has been trying at me for awhile now.

"Hello, beautiful," Flameheart mews coming face to face with me. I ignore him.

"Ignoring me now huh? Well, I bet you can't resist my handsomeness soon, you better be ready," He mews and walks out. I stand up and watch him leave as he walks out of camp. I tilt my head confused.

'Whatever,' I thought and went to go sit back down and continue eating. It had been not long until Flameheart came back into my den. His pelt was slicked back, the red fur shining like a fire. His orange tail tip flicked back and forth as he pulled out a lily and put it behind my ear.

"You really have tried your best this time, haven't you?" I laugh, "but can't you do better? This is kinda... What's the word, uhm... Too perfect. Here is MoonClan we don't do things that way," I mew.

"You want me to do better? Fine, you asked for it," He laughed and came forward, licked my cheek and touched my nose to his.

I was surprised. Very surprised. I didn't think he would go that far. I was flattered and it was like there was a spark between us. But I was leader. I couldn't possibly fall in love, can I? He looked into my eyes.

"Spottedstar. I love you," He whispers in my ear. This time I was surprised even more. He couldn't have just said, right? This is getting freaky, very freaky. But I couldn't resist it.

"I-I love you, too" I meow.

There was a hint of surprise in his eyes. "Really?!" He asks.

I laugh, "Really,"

He came and sat with me in my nest and groomed my fur.

'I can't believe we are mates. Never thought this would ever happen,' She thought. I purred and lied my head on his shoulder.

Foxstars POV

I decided that I would see what Spottedstar was up to so I used my power.

'I can't believe we are mates. Never thought this would ever happen,'

I decided to stop cause it seemed like she was in something personal. But now I al least have something to tease her about!

I sat there In my den thinking. I concentrated really hard and all of a sudden it said really loudly in my head, 'Hmmm,' my eyes widened in amazement. 'Wow! Am I just talking to myself?' I think.

'Would you stop in trying to think!'

'Who was that?' I ask.

'Who else? Spottedstar,'

'Wait wait wait. Are we talking in our minds? To eachother?' I ask.

'...'

'I'm taking that as a yes,' I say.

'How are you guys doing that?' That sounded like Ravenstar, 'Woah! I just did it! And again!'

'Ravenstar really?!' I laugh.

'Owlstar! Rosestar! Can you hear us!'

'Yep!'

'Yea! But how?' That was Owlstar.

'Maybe it's an addition to our powers,' Ravenstar says.

'I just wanna say that Spottedstar has a crush!'

'Really Foxstar! You read my mind didn't you! But you had to tell them!'

Foxstar laughed.

'Well this is new,' Owlstar mews.

'Well duh!' Rosestar laughs.

'Sooooo what now?' Rosestar asks.

'Did you guys fall asleep?'
