"WAKE THE FUCK UP MARAUDERS!" Lily yelled bursting into the room making the boys groan and Remus mumbling curses at her. "I'm stealing Jade from you today. You all are not allowed to be near her until six o'clock."

"Lils, it's like eight in the morning." I mumbled and sat up. Sirius yawned and sat up also.

"Wrong. It's seven-thirty and we need a big breakfast for today." Lily grabbed my hand and pulled me from Sirius' embrace who immediately whined. "Sirius, I'll be right back. Calm down."

"Whatever, Lily." Sirius mumbled and laid back down.

"The girls have just woken up also, we're going to the Great Hall for breakfast and then we're all confined to our rooms until six." Lily said happily as we entered the girls' dorm and I immediately threw myself on her bed starting to fall asleep again. She grabbed a few things and turned to face us. "I'll be right back and I expect all of you to be decent."

"Whatever, Lily."

~Sirius POV~

As soon as Jade and Lily left, I stood up from my bed and started to shake James.

"WAKE THE FUCK UP! IT'S TODAY!"

"WHAT!? MOONY, WORMTAIL WAKE THE FUCK UP! IT'S TODAY!" James fell to the floor in a tangled mess.

"WORMTAIL WAKE UP!" Remus sat up and threw a pillow at Peter who was still asleep. Peter finally woke up and suddenly the boys were in a frenzy running around the room.

"What the hell?" Lily walked in and was hit with a shirt. "I came to give Sirius something and I've been attacked."

"Do you have it?" I asked Lily. She nodded and took out the box from the bundle of shirts.

"Here it is, safe and sound." Lily handed me the box and I hugged her smiling. "Like I've said, you can thank me at the wedding."

"I will. See you tonight, Lily."

~Jade's POV~

"Why can't I sit with my boys?" I whined.

"Because you fucking can't. You're ours today dammit." Alice said and served me a big breakfast. "Today we're making you so beautiful that Sirius will literally die when he sees you. We're also making that belt explode."

"Today's the last day I'm wearing it, I swear." I laughed.

"Ladies, can I borrow my sister for a minute?" James appeared. "Just for a quick moment and then she's all yours, I swear."

"Make it quick, James. We have a tight schedule." Lily said not looking up from her breakfast. James took my hand and we left the Great Hall and went to the Gryffindor tower.

"Why are we here?" I asked.

"Last week, Pads and I snuck into Hogsmeade and I bought you something." James pulled out a few boxes and handed them to me. "I know that Lily has been teaching you to walk in heels all semester and you didn't have any so I bought you some and some jewelry to go with the dress."

I sat on his bed and opened them.

"Bam Bam, this is so beautiful!"

"And that's not all. Open the next box. I believe it's something fit for a queen." James smirked.

"Is this-"

"It is. Mum sent it the night you were with the girls. Directly from the Potter vault and it's perfect for my sister." James put the tiara on me and wiped my tears. "You're gonna look amazing tonight. There may be three champions but you're gonna steal the show. We're gonna make damn sure of it. Now look at the shoes."

"James, I'm gonna fall flat on my ass in these shoes." I laughed and looked at them. "But they're beautiful."

"You won't. Trust me." James winked. "Our job is to make sure you look like a goddess and I believe we're doing a damn good job. By the way, don't wear any rings tonight, it'll take away from the simplicity of it."

"I'm wearing a necklace that probably costs more than my life, Prongs. There's nothing simple about that." I laughed and hugged him.

"I love you Didi."

"I love you too, Bam Bam."

~Sirius POV~

"Sirius stop looking at the ring. I'm afraid it'll break." Remus smirked.

"I'm excited, Moony." I looked over at James who was already smiling at me. "Sunshine's okay?"

"She cried when I gave her the tiara. That was a nice touch, Pads. I forgot that she has always loved that tiara. How do you even know that?" James asked.

"The day that you and Fleamont went to get new brooms, Euphemia, Vix and I went to the vault and she told me the story that she always wore that tiara as a kid and that she's always dreamed on wearing it to a Ball. And guess what? Tonight's the Ball. I wrote to Euphemia a month and a half ago asking for it and she sent it no questions asked." I smiled big which made the boys smile.

"Merlin, now I can't wait for tonight. I feel like I'm gonna cry." Remus said wiping a fake tear.

"That time of the month hitting you hard, Moony?" Peter laughed.

"You have no idea. And I sound like a girl." We all laughed at this and started to tease Remus for a while.

"Where's her dress!?" Lily and Alice barged into the room. "We need her bag and her dress!"

"On the corner." James said to a flushed Lily. "Like what you see, Evans?"

"In your dreams, Potter. Don't flatter yourself." Lily rolled her eyes still blushing and Alice had to pull her out the room.

"Maybe she likes me after all." James smiled.

"Maybe she does."

~Jade's POV~

"Dorcas stop pulling my hair." Marlene whined.

"Stop crying. We need to tame the baby hairs. Let me do the edges the way Mum taught me." Dorcas pulled out a small brush and started to fix Marlene's hair.

It was hilarious because Lily was doing my hair while I was doing Alice's while she was doing Dorcas' who was going Marlene's. A beauty train if you will.

"So I saw James." Lily mumbled while doing my hair.

"LADIES STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING! LILY SAW JAMES!" The girls stopped and turned around. "So?"

"Damn he's hot." Lily blushed and we started screaming.

"How does he drive you, Lils? Why don't you sing for us?" Marlene smirked. Lily groaned and jumped on the bed.

"Honey honey, how he thrills me. Uh-huh, honey honey. Honey honey, how he kills me. Uh-huh, honey honey." Lily grabbed my hand and we started to dance and sing together. "I've heard about him before-"

"I wanted to know some more-"

"Now I know what they mean-"

"HE'S A LOVE MACHINE!"

"OH HE MAKES ME DIZZY!" We all sang in unison and laughed.

"I swear if he doesn't kiss you tonight, I'll kill him." I laughed and finished Alice's hair. "Frank's coming right?"

"He is, believe it or not." Alice smiled. "Tonight's going to be perfect for all of us. Jade's going with her hunk of a boyfriend, Lily finally admitted her feelings, and Dorcas and Marls are going with Remus and Peter. How come no one's asked you guys?"

"According to Durmstrang, I intimidate them." Marlene shrugged.

"And I'm a bitch." Dorcas rolled her eyes. "Besides, going with the boys is more than perfect because the inner circle stays together."

"That is true, Dorcas."

"Can I go see my brother? I want him to put on the necklace and crown." I asked Lily who was zipping up my dress. She nodded and left the room.

~Sirius POV~

"IT'S ALMOST SIX!" Peter yelled and suddenly James was running around searching for his socks. "On top of your bed, Prongs."

"Moony, fix my bow tie please." He nodded and fixed it. "Thanks."

"Hey, I need you all to leave the room. Jade wants James to put the necklace on her." Lily entered and James' jaw was on the floor. "You clean up nice, James."

"Y-you look beautiful, Lily." James fumbled over his words and we all smiled at them.

"Thanks." She blushed. "Now I really need you three to leave the room, especially Sirius. You're not allowed to see her."

"How is she doing? Is she happy?" I asked her.

"She hasn't stopped dancing and singing. And when Marlene and I put the dress on her, she hasn't stopped spinning. The dress looks beautiful on her. Just wait until you see her." Lily smiled and escorted Remus, Peter and I out of the room and downstairs.

~Jade's POV~

"Hi, Bam Bam." I smiled and walked into his room. "You're looking handsome tonight."

James turned away from the mirror and sat down on the bed in shock.

"Didi, you look so beautiful! Like a true Marauder Queen." James stood up and grabbed my hand giving me a spin. "Green is definitely your color."

"Well, I am a Slytherin after all." I smirked.

James smiled at me and put the tiara and necklace on me.

"There you go. Now you look like a true queen. Let's get you downstairs so Padfoot can drool a damn ocean once he sees you." James kissed my forehead and grabbed my hand.

"Save me a dance?"

"Always." James smiled and we walked down the stairs. "May I present, the Queen of the Marauders and all of Hogwarts."

Remus and Lily covered Sirius' eyes smiling at me. Peter stood there with his mouth agape and the girls started screaming.

"Let me see her!" Sirius said impatiently and smiling big. James moved me so I was in front of him and Lily and Remus slowly moved their hands from Sirius' eyes. Sirius opened them and immediately started to tear up.

"Hi, handsome." I smiled at him.

"Merlin, you look so beautiful." Sirius cried and hugged me. "My beautiful sunshine."

"Little Vixen looks like a queen. But we have to go now, if not Minnie will come and yank us by the hair." Remus said and we all left the common room. Sirius held my hand tight and smiled at me.

"My beautiful sunshine."

"Jade, you look amazing!" Regulus said and hugged me. "Rocking the Slytherin green, I see."

"Gotta represent the snake skin every once in a while." Regulus laughed at this. "You look great, Reg. Who's the lucky lady?"

"A girl in my year. Last name Rosier." Regulus said.

"Sacred 28?" He nodded. "Your mum?"

"You know it. But she's really nice so I'm not complaining."

"You like her?" Regulus nodded blushing a bit. "Well there you go! I'm happy for you, Reg."

"Thank you, Jade. I'm happy for you too. My brother and I are so lucky to have you in our lives." Regulus smiled and I hugged him.

"And I'm very lucky to have you both in my life. Try and have fun okay? Don't look so stiff." I shook his shoulders laughing and kissed his cheek. "I better see you dancing your ass off later."

"Same goes for you, Jade. I better see you showing off that dress later tonight." Regulus gave me one last hug and went to look for his date.

...

"Can I steal my sister for a while?" James and Lily waltzed over to Sirius and I.

Sirius nodded and handed me over to James and started to dance with Lily.

"How's your date, Prongs?" I smiled at him.

"She's amazing as always. I can't stop bloody smiling, Vix." James said and making me smile big. "How's yours?"

"Handsome as always. Though he seems nervous and I can't figure out why? I was dancing with Moony when I saw him talking to Peter, Frank and Alice and he was shaking like a leaf. What's going on?"

"Nothing, nothing." James shook his head smiling and decided to change the subject. "Everybody's been looking at you all night. Even Nott couldn't find anything horrid to say to you."

"As if I care what Nott has to say to me. He's been making my life a living hell this past years. I can't wait until I never have to see him again." I shrugged and laid my head on his shoulder.

"You and I both know that we'll be seeing him again and not in a good way." James mumbled pulling me closer.

"Don't ruin the moment, Bam Bam."

~Sirius POV~

"So it's almost midnight. You're excited?" Lily asked once we started dancing.

"I've been shaking like a leaf the entire night and I think Vixen is starting to notice." I looked over at Jade who was smiling and dancing with James. "She looks so beautiful tonight. Thanks for everything, Lily."

"She's my best friend, Sirius. As long as you make her happy, you have nothing to thank me for. I'll gladly do it a thousand times over if it means that we see the smile she has now." She looked over at the twins who were laughing as James twirled Jade about five times.

"How's Prongs treating you? Do I need to talk to him?" I smirked at Lily who immediately blushed.

"He's been a total gentleman the entire night. How's Jade?"

"Like a goddess." I smiled and laughed when James dipped Jade and she almost fell. "I bought a house over the summer."

"What!?" Lily lost her balance and almost fell.

"My favorite uncle passed away and he gave me his inheritance. So with that money, I bought a house by Godric's Hollow and James and I furnished it." Lily smiled and started to get really excited.

"So the nights that Jade was with me and the nights you two escaped on the motorcycle?"

"Prongs and I were at the house getting everything ready. Even Euphemia and Fleamont knew and they helped us buy the furniture. It was tricky trying to do everything without Vixen knowing but we managed." I twirled Lily who looked like a kid at a candy store.

"Can you two get married after tomorrow? I can't wait for this!"

"Calm down, Evans."

~Jade's POV~

"He's doing it again."

"Who?" Remus asked once we started dancing again.

"Taking to Frank, Marlene and Peter. But he's looking nervous." Remus looked at Sirius and sighed.

"Give me a minute." Remus said and stomped towards him. Remus started to scold Sirius and hi him upside in the head before making his way back to me. "All better now."

"What the hell was that?" I laughed.

"It's better if you don't ask, Little Vixen."

~Sirius POV~

"You ready, Pads?" James asked and put an arm around me. "She's getting really suspicious."

"What if she says no?" Frank slapped my arm and forced me to look at him.

"Listen here, you twat. Stop stressing out and just fucking do it before I drag your ass up that tower. She's going to say yes. Now go ahead because Jade is looking very suspicious and the Ball is almost over." I nodded and walked towards Jade who was dancing with Peter.

"Hey, sunshine. The night's almost over. You wanna go for a walk?" I asked nervously. Peter smiled at me and moved out of the way.

"Sure." She smiled and grabbed my hand. "Why are you nervous? What's going on?"

"Nothing, nothing. Wanna go to the Astronomy tower before bed?" She nodded and we headed to the Astronomy tower with my nerves eating me alive. I looked back and saw that the guys and the girls were giving me a thumbs up and following discreetly.

Here we go.

...

"The stars are out tonight!" Jade smiled and tan towards the railing. I looked towards the staircase and saw everybody looking at us and smiling. James even had tears in his eyes.

"Do it now." They mouthed at me.

I walked towards Jade and wrapped my arms around her waist.

"You had fun tonight sunshine?"

"The best night ever." Jade turned around and smiled.

"Can I say something?" She nodded and I took a deep breath trying to calm my nerves. "You're the best thing that has ever happened to me, Jade. I'm so fucking lucky to have you in my life and I don't want to let you go. Everybody says that I'm whipped but I just don't see it. I just fell in love with you and fell hard not caring about the consequences, and I'm so glad that I did. Why? Because I've got the best girl in the entire world by my side. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Jade. I know we're young but I don't care. You're the one for me sunshine. I want to wake up next to you everyday, not just random days in the dorms. I want to hear your laugh when you're happy, wipe your tears when you're feeling down, be your shoulder when times get tough. I want the random dances at three am in the kitchen, the late night talks on the roof, the sleepy conversations when you're exhausted but don't want to fall asleep. I want all of that with you, sunshine. Everybody calls me a player but they don't know me like you do. I've always had eyes for you and I always will. I don't want anybody else because they're not you, dammit.   I never wanted you, I needed you. I needed your hugs, your smiles, you wiping my tears and telling me that there are better days. I need you in a way that nobody understands. And that is why I'm going to do this."

I got down on one knee and pulled out the ring. Jade gasped and immediately started to cry making me cry also.

"I want to spend the rest of my life with my sunshine. You're the absolute light in my life and the only person who saved me from myself. So, Jade Amelia Potter, will you let me spend eternity by your side and give me the honor of marrying you?" I cried.

"Yes." Jade nodded still crying and fell to her knees hugging me. "A million times yes!"

I kissed her and put the ring on her finger and immediately heard cheering as everybody emerged from the staircase.

"MY DIDI IS GETTING MARRIED TO MY PADFOOT!" James ran towards us sobbing. "I'm so fucking happy for you both."

"You knew?" Jade cried and hugged her brother.

"Of course I knew! We all did." James gestured to the guys and the girls who were all crying. "We've known since summer break."

"What!?" Jade looked at me smiling. I nodded and she hugged me again.

"We've been planning all of this since school started. From the color of his suit to the location." Remus said hugging us.

"I can't fucking believe this. You all are insane!" Jade laughed and walked towards the girls who immediately started to scream when they saw the ring.

"Congratulations, Sirius. You're officially on the famous ball and chain." Frank laughed giving me a pat on the back.

"And I wouldn't have it any other way."
