A fever can't be healed with love, but time.

*three months later*

Finally, you have fully resolved your relationship with Rin. After a few touchy subjects, talking about Nora, and what happened with to two men, but, it eventually was all behind the both of you.

You and Rin visited Nora's grave once every few days. And today, would be one of those days.

You walked with Rin, hand in hand down the path of the cemetery. However, a small hand also held yours. Shio. He had also been much better. He smiled, laughed, and played everyday. He was almost like a son to you.

The three of you reach the headstone that belonged to Nora. Ironically, it was placed next to her husbands. Ever since Nora had been gone, it had been hectic, but slowly things became calmer.

Rin looked at the headstone of his older sister. He hand a soft smile on his face. "Nora.. I'm sure you were watching what happened for the past few months. I was pretty stupid.. maybe it was because I don't have the guidance of you anymore, is why I did all these stupid things.. Eh.. I didn't really mean to.. I guess.. you know.. Eh.." He scratched the back of his head. "Anyway.. you probably know that I'm back and not going to leave like that ever again. Ever. I hurt your son, and (F/N) that way.. and I'm sorry.. But, we're starting new.. fresh.." He leaned down, placing the flowers in front of the headstone. "I.. I hope you're happy up there with him. I want you to smile again.. If I could see it one more time, I'd be set for life.. But, anyway.. I love you sis.."

You smiled softly at Rin. You saw a stray tear fall down the side of Rin's face. He immediately wiped it away, since he promised there would be no more crying. You look at the small headstone and kneel down, putting your hands together and closing your eyes. I wish you the best of luck and the happiest life in heaven. I'll keep your brother and son safe.

When you stood up, you looked at Shio. He was staring at the ground, with his eyes closed. He squeezed my hand tightly. "I hope you're happy with daddy, mommy. I'm going to grow up big and strong like you wanted me to. Maybe I can be as big as Uncle Rin, or daddy." He giggled and looked up at Rin and I after opening his eyes.

I had a feeling our future together would be a good one. The three of us.. and actually soon to be..

"HAH?! YOU'RE PREGNANT?!" You heard Rin scream as you held up the pregnancy test. You had a huge smile on your face.

"Oh c'mon... You're not happy~" you groan as you threw the test in the garbage and hugged him. "I know it wasn't expected or planned but it doesn't matter!"

Rin hugged you back and sighed. "Of course I'm happy.. I'm esthetic." He laughed softly. "But eh.. didn't we use protection?" He asked quietly.

You nodded and looked at him. "Yeah. But it's only 97% effective."

"WHAT?!" He yelled in your ear and pulled back. "I thought it always works!" You shook your head.

"Not always," you laughed at his surprised manor.

"I need to call that damn company.." He moved and grabbed he box from the drawer and looked at the back of the box, immediately calling the company to complain.

You laughed a little and moved out of the room and went to find Shio. It had been a year after everything had happened.

Shio was in his room, playing with his stuffed animals on his floor. He looked up at you and got up off of the floor, immediately hugging your legs. "I heard Uncle Rin yelling.. Did you two fight?" He whines.

You shook your head and smiled. "No no. He was just surprised about something.. Hehe.. We're having a baby," you said, patting his head.

His small eyes widened and smiled brightly. "Really?! Theres going to be another little person here?? When? When?!" He yelled as he stood up, bouncing up and down.

"9 long months~"

"That's too long from now though!" He groans.

You laughed and picked him up, hugging him. "Oh but the wait will be worth it won't it?"

"No~" he stuffed his face into your chest and laughed.

You heard Rin yelling at the condom company, and Shio complaining about how long it will take for the baby to come. But you couldn't help but laugh. All of this was coming together. You were starting a family with Rin, and Shio was most likely going to be with the two of you until he's an adult.

Nothing could get better than this.. ever.
