KAI P.O.V.
When Lloyd left the bounty I didn't sleep . Even if I was tired I couldn't .
I sighed. I think I was really harsh with him even if it was just some flirting with him he can't handle it . It's just when ever I am near him I want to do these things...
I really hope I didn't hurt him .

" k--Kai ... E..enough p-please. "
That weak voice stayed in my head . No matter how much I am trying to forget it it's keeps returning. I started to tear up but I quickly whipped my tears away .
Seriously what's got into me ...? I have controlled my feelings for him this whole time . Then why can't I do the same now ?
Maybe because I thought this can be my chance since we're alone...
I got up to see the sandwich he made for me .

" come on you haven't been eating very well since yesterday. "
I still don't feel like eating anything now .. But Lloyd is the one who made it . This can't happen every day . At least until I get better.
I kept staring at it for tow minutes. I remembered how he made that soup and fed it to me . I blushed a little .
I wanted him to feed me like yesterday but he is not here right now and it's gonna be weird to feed someone a sandwich.
I sighed.
" fine . I will eat it just because he is the one who made it . " I said to myself. I started to bite it slowly bits but stopped in half of it .
If I eat all of it that means he won . I looked at the clock it's been like 18 minutes since he left. The place he was going to bye the stupid medicine from it isn't really that far .

Then ... Why did he take all this time ? Maybe he doesn't want to come back cause of all what I did to him ...
" I am so sorry.. Lloyd . "
I waited for him just like five minutes but I started to get worry . I worried that something happened to him .
I shacked my head to make all the bad thoughts disappear.
Where's this stupid kid ?

UGH!! Dang it if he doesn't show in five minutes I will start searching for him !! I kept waiting and waiting .
I just don't understand how can a kid control all of my thoughts and feelings.
Well .. In the end he isn't any cute kid . He is my little flame ..

I was just thinking of him and smiling . He had always made me happy . And I really wish I can do the same for him .
But instead of that I am just ..
Keep hurting him ...

I noticed the five minutes is over.
" that's it Lloyd I am coming for you !! " I stood up quickly but when I did that I felt horrible pain all over my body .
I lost balance and was about to fall. But I struggled it and stood up hardly.

I walked to my room slowly feeling all my body is burning I know I am the fire ninja but never expected to feel like this someday .
I hardly changed my clothes. I couldn't walk easily so leaned against the wall . When I was walking in the hallway looking at the ground all what was on my mind is Lloyd.

I really hope he is ok .
" Lloyd please be ok , please be ok , be ok .. For me . "

With every step I felt worse and worse.
Then l lost it and failed to the hard  cold floor. I kept trying to stand but I couldn't.
I breathed heavily and started to sweat.
" I .. Really hate.... My ..self . "
Lloyd please come back I am not worried about myself I am worried about you . If he isn't safe I .. Would never forgive myself.
It's all because what I did to him . It's all cause of me . I am a horrible person who hurting everyone even his ... Love .
What was I thinking? It's not like he would ever accept my feelings.

Then I just realized I was crying... I don't know why .. Is it because I feel the pain all over my body?
Or is it because of the pain all over my heart ?

" I am sorry.. L.. Lloyd. " that was the only thing I said before everything turn to black .

( ok just before I continue.. There would be a moment of crying 😭😭😭😭😭 this is soooo saaaaad !!! )

LLOYD P.O.V.
After I quickly waved buy to Lars I was running as fast as I can .
" ugh !! Come on I don't have time !! " I formed my dragon and ignored everyone's eyes. It was just few minutes before I reached to the bounty .
The place was silent. " I think he is still sleeping." I said smiling. I walked to check on him still smiling cause I thought I am in time .

But ...

My smile disappeared when I saw something I wish I did never see ..
" KAI!! "
I saw him laying on the floor in the hallway. I quickly run to him and started shaking him .
"K-KAI ! What happened?! " I noticed that he changed his cloth .
Why .. ?
Did he just wanted to go out for a walk or something ?

Or .. Is it because I am late ...? Was he worried about me ..
Again ?

I was really scared worried and confused. What should I do naw ?
He didn't wake up when I shacked him . So I grabbed his arm and slowly warped it around my neck .

I walked him to my room since it's the closest room .I laid him on my bed slowly. And covered him with a blanket.
I put another bag of ice on his forehead . I sighed and smiled a sad smile .

" I am really making it worse.. "
And then .. I heard him mumbling my name again .

" l..Lloyd... " that made me sure that he was worried about me .
" sorry .. " I know that he can't here me but I couldn't do anything except that .
But what surprised me that he .. Said the same word when I did .
" uh ? K-Kai you awake ? " I leaned closer to his face but he was still sleeping . I blushed a little when I saw that we are closer than what we should be .

Honestly... What is he apologizing for ?

I took a deep breath and grabbed my phone. I will just tell Nya that I will take him to the hospital. Maybe it's stupid but I am really making him suffering even more .
Just before I call her l heard Kai gasping. And his eyes was shocked as he quickly got up . He was breathing heavily and sweating .
" Kai !! W-what's wrong?! You ok ? " when he saw me he quickly pulled me into a hug . I was really confused and worried.

KAI P.O.V.
Everything is black.. I can't see anything except darkness. Why ?
What happened to me ? Am I dead?
Oh !! I can see flash of light. I am hearing a weak voice calling me.
" k..Kai .." The voice kept calling me . My vision was really confused. After tow minutes I can see well .

But ... There's nothing to see . Everything is destroyed.
" Kai .." I heard that familiar voice calling me again. I turned around to see him .

" l-Lloyd! " he stayed silent. And he looked a little different.
" I am glad you're ok ." I said and tried to hug him but I couldn't.

Instead of that....
I passed through him . I was shocked what's happening?
" l..Lloyd? Why can't I -" before I could finish he cut me of .
" touch me ? Well maybe it's because I am not the real one . "

" huh ? I-I don't understand. Lloyd please don't play tricks on me !! "
" am not . I am saying the truth. And ... "

He stopped and pointed at something. I turned around to see what he is pointing at .
and I  couldn't believe my eyes.

" the real one is lying in there . "
I was really shocked . I started to sweat and couldn't even move.

Lloyd...

He was lying in there and there was blood all around him . There was cuts all over his small body. If that the real one is that mean this One is a ghost ?

I finally moved and ran to him . I shocked him but he didn't wake.
" LLOYD!! LLOYD PLEASE WAKE UP !!! "
I kept yelling his name many times but he didn't response.
I didn't even noticed I was crying .

Then that weird ghost walked up to me . But I ignored him .
a" l..Lloyd please ..p-please wake up ... D-DON'T LEAVE ME !! ... don't leave me alone.. "
That ghost sat next to me .

" t-tell me !! What happened to him ?! "
" the only thing I can tell you about is .. That it's your fault. "
" w-what ? "
" you promised to always protect him . But you didn't. "

L .. Lloyd... Sorry ..

" I -I don't understand anything!! This have to be a nightmare!! "
" yes . Your right . "
" huh ? "

" It's only a nightmare... "
Then all of a sudden I woke up . It was really a nightmare. But even if I finally woke up I kept breathing heavily and sweating.

" Kai !! W-what's wrong ?! You ok ? " I heard his beautiful worry voice. I don't know What should I feel now ..
Should I be happy cause he is ok ? Sad cause he may still upset from this morning?

Or ... Scared because of that horrible  nightmare ?

I couldn't do anything but pulling him into a hug .
I let out a tear fall down my cheek. I think I know how I feel now .
I am scared. Not from the nightmare. From losing him . If that nightmare was a reality I don't know what am I going to do .

" Kai ...? " he asked . I have been hugging him for along while. He must be confused.
" u-um s.. Sorry . " I apologized and let go of him . Then he shocked his head saying no . Now I am the one who's really confused.
" wha-" he interrupted me with a hug . Of course I hugged him back I have to admit that I am still scared .
" don't apologize. I am the one who should apologize if I wasn't late you won't be worried that much . "

Then he pulled away . I blushed a little. " I -I wasn't worried! "
He kept staring at me . " o-okay!! M..maybe I was a little worried... That's all . "
" a little? You have gotta to be Kidding me ! Kai you were lying like a dead person only because you were worried about me !! "

LLOYD P.O.V.
After I said that there was an awkward silence between us . I sighed .
" I am sorry . " I apologized. And he did as well the same time I did . We both blushed a little . But for real I am the one who made a mistake. I waisted much time with out anything useful.

I noticed that he ate half of the sandwich I made for him . At least he is trying. I smiled when I saw it then looked at him .
" why are you looking at me like that ? " he said blushing a little. But is it really a blush or is it cause of the fever? Ah . Never mind.
" a-ah!! Nothing . Hehe . " I said still smiling.
" well ... It wasn't that b..bad at all . "

" oh . Yeah I remembered the medicine. I will be right back . " I said that to him and turned ready to leave . But he grabbed my hand . I started to blush cause I thought he would do the ... Same . Like the last time .
" u-um k-Kai w-what is it ? " I said shyly with out turning to face him .

He stayed silent for a moment. " s..stay .... " he said with a soft tone .
" I will . After bringing the medicine. " this time I turned to see he has a sad face .
" no! Please stay. Your the only thing I need ... "

I didn't have a choice I have to agree . Who said he can't be cute sometimes instead of being the hothead ?
I took a deep breath before I answer him . " ok fine . Just this time . " I said and smiled at him .
I think. he is really upset from that nightmare he had earlier. I don't want to ask him about it .

When I told him that a big smile appeared . He quickly grabbed me making me laying on the bed . I started to blush again. I can't get out the ideas from my head that he might do it again.
But this time he didn't get on top of me he laid next to me .

Then he hold my hand slowly. " y-you don't mind ? Right ...? "
He said with a shy tone which made blush . I smiled. " of course I don't . You can hold it as much as you want . " he let a smile appear . He leaned closer to me but I didn't mind it at all .

In no time he fell asleep. He is really tired. I kept smiling at his cute sleepy face . I have to keep his cuteness a secret from the others. Cause you know he is Kai . He have to be the hot one not the cute one .

I think being cute is my job. But seriously everyone calls me cute even when I am mad !! They need glasses to help them seeing well . I am not cute .

It's been ten minutes and I am still staring at his face!! I blushed and tried to look away but I couldn't. I don't think I will fail asleep . I am not tired at all . A few minutes later and the things he had been doing since he had this fever came to my head .

My face turned red . Because I know that I k-k-kinda... L-like it . And again I want to kiss him !!

' no no no !!! Lloyd control yourself !! Just remember what happened last time you tried to do it !!! '
I kept telling myself that so I won't end up like the last time .

I Let out a quiet sigh. I took my phone good thing I put it on the deck near my bed .
" eh ? " there was tow new messages.
It's been just a few seconds before it's been send . ( maybe the grammar here isn't true . Sorry am not English 😅 )

I saw the name of who sent it .
