It's been a while since Katherine and Stefan were killed, so Katherine can be in hell forever. Ever since it was finally the day when Katherine was dead forever until one day, she was back to back.

Katherine's POV:

I heard voices across my head as my eyes opened and looked around. I leaned up from the bed and realized that I'm in the hospital.

"Wait, why am I in the hospital!? I'm supposed to be dead with Stefan!?" I panic as the doctor came in

"Ms. Pierce, I got you some food." The doctor puts my food down on the tray.

"Um, thank you."

"You're welcome."

"I'm sorry for asking this, but what year am I in?"

"You're in 2030."

"2030!?" My eyes widened like a grape

"Yes, ma'am."

I looked at the doctor as he said

"There's nothing to worry about. You're fine."

"FINE!? You called that fine!?"

"Ma'am, please calm down." The doctor tries to hold my hand

"Get your hands away from me!" I punch him with my arm and he flies to the wall and hits it.

I got up from the hospital bed and pulled out the needle in my knuckle.

"Ma'am you can't do that!" The doctor tried to stop me, but I wouldn't let him.

"Yes, I can."

"You can't." I look at the doctor as my eyes are covered in veins

"What the…Who are you…"

I smiled

"I'm Katherine Pierce, I'm a survivor. And I'm also a vampire."



I bit the doctor's neck as he screamed in pain while trying to get me away from him.

Elena's POV:

I was getting my patient's flies when I heard a scream that sounded like Mike.

"Mike!"

I dropped the files to the floor as I was running to find the scream. Every doctor and nurse was looking at me running to the scream.

"I'm coming, Mike!"

I went to 502 and saw Mike on the floor who was covered in blood. I screamed as I covered my mouth. The smell of blood was so fresh that it almost made me faint.

"Oh, Hello Elena."

I recognized that voice as I looked up and saw Katherine alive.

"What the hell!?"

"What's wrong? Have you never seen your vampire doppelganger and ancestor alive?"

I looked at Katherine as she smirked at me. I thought Katherine was dead after she and Stefan were dead, so she could stay in hell forever. How did this happen? Was it a witch?

"How are you still alive!?"

"What? Are you not happy to see me?"

"No!"

"I have a feeling you weren't."

"But you didn't answer my question, Katherine. How are you still alive?"

Katherine looked at me as she was quiet.

"Well?"

"I have no clue."

"You don't know how you are alive?"

"I guess not."

"But anyways, what did you do to Mike?"

I looked at Mike's body as Katherine licked her lips

"I killed him."

I look at Katherine

"You…killed him…"

Katherine rolled her eyes

"Of course I did."

Katherine walked over to me.

"Why!? He didn't do anything wrong!?"

"Why should I tell you? You're just a doctor, I can't tell you."

"You should because I'm a doctor and a doctor is supposed to know what happened."

As I was about to say something else about how the doctor should know what happened Katherine slapped me.

"Shut up!"

I looked at her as I rubbed my cheek.

"You doctors can't know everything you bitch."

"Don't call me a bitch, bitch!"

I went to Katherine as she rolled her eyes

"Oh, please it's not like you can't do anything to m-"

I grab her face and snap it as Katherine falls to the floor.

Damon's POV:

I was cleaning the dishes as my daughter was mopping the floors. Then my phone rang.

"I'll be back Stefanie."

"Okay, Dad."

I grabbed my phone and went to the living room, then I answered my phone.

"Elena?"

"Hey Damon, I have a problem."

"What's wrong?"

"Katherine is back alive."

I dropped my phone as my daughter looked at me.

"Dad, is everything okay?"

"Um, yeah everything is fine,"

"Is it because Katherine is still alive?"

I was shocked as my daughter knew about Katherine.

"Damon, how did she know about Katherine?"

"I don't know…"

"Um, Elena I'll call you back."

I grabbed my phone and hung up.

"Stefanie, how did you know about Katherine?"

"I saw old pictures of her and I saw her in my dreams."

"Dreams? What dreams?"

"Mom's past."

I looked at Stefanie as I sighed. 

"Well."

"Is it not good to know her?"

"I never said that."

"Then what?"

"Maybe we should wait until your mother gets home."

"Alright."

Third-person POV:

Elena was watching Katherine as the nurses took care of Katherine while Katherine was unconscious due to Elena snapping her neck.

"Elena." Bonnie came to Elena

"I just got your message. I can't believe she's alive."

"Me too but I don't know how is she still alive

"

"Was it a witch?"

I look at Bonnie

"I'm not sure."

"Maybe I can help but it will take longer to find the person who brought her back to life."

"Do you want me to find someone to help you?"

"It doesn't matter."

"Alright."

Elena was about to go to her office

"You know Klaus is dead right?"

Elena looks at Bonnie

"He is?"

"Yes."

"How did you know?"

"His sister Freya told me."

"He has another sister?"

"Of course."

Freya walked over to Bonnie and Elena 

"You must be Elena right?"

"Yes, you must be Freya, Klaus's sister."

"Yes."

Freya looks at Katherine who was in the hospital bed.

"Katherine told me she and Klaus have met before. And Klaus needs Katherine's blood to stop the spell."

"Ah."

"Maybe we should go."

"Alright. I need to get home now."

Elena went to her office.

"Elena, wait."

Freya and Bonnie followed Elena

"We're coming with you."

"Really? But why?"

"Because we want to help."

Elena smiled as Bonnie was telling Elena that she and Freya want to help.

Then suddenly They heard a scream.

"Katherine!" 

Freya, Bonnie, and Elena went to 502 and saw the terrifying thing.

They saw that the nurses were dead.

"Holy Shit."

Freya covered her mouth

"Do you think Katherine did this?"

Freya looks at Elena

"I don't know because she's gone."

"Oh really?"

They turned to Katherine who was wearing her red lace top with black pants and a jacket on her shoulder.

"How did you get out of the hospital bed?"

Katherine walked to Elena

"Well, all I know is that a nurse told me I'm going to be discharged."

"That's not true, they would have told me that."

A doctor came in

"Mrs. Salvatore I forgot to tell you that Ms. Pierce is free to go."

Elena was speechless as she looked at Katherine

"Told you."

"Wha-"

"But where are we going to see Damon or what?"

"Um, yes just wait in the car."

Katherine grabs her jacket off her shoulders and holds it as she leaves.

"Elena, are you sure this is a good idea?"

Bonnie looked at Elena.

"Yeah, I think so."

Damon's POV:

I was sitting in the living room waiting for Elena to arrive since it was nighttime and was almost midnight.

I heard a car pulling up as I got up from the couch, went to the door, and opened it.

Elena was getting out of the car as she looked at me.

"Elena."

"Damon."

Elena went to me and hug me.

Katherine got out of the car and rolled her eyes.

"Ugh, romance."

I look at Katherine

"Katherine.."

"Damon."

Katherine smirked

"Let's just go in the house." 

Bonnie said as she and Freya got out of the car.

Katherine went to the house, and so did Elena and me.

"Freya, are you coming?"

"Just a minute because I need to call my sister."

"Alright."

Bonnie went to the house Freya looks at Bonnie.

Rebekah's POV:

"Freya are you serious!?"

I said as I was walking around the living room

"Yes, I'm serious Rebekah I need your help."

"But Klaus has been trying to kill Katherine for 538 years. And you expect me to help?"

"Well, can't you get Hope to help?"

I look at Hope who was sleeping.

"I mean I can try. But how is Hope going to help tho?"

"Hope can help Katherine with her last name and take her to Salvatore school."

"Oh, that's smart. But won't Caroline know?"

"I think she will know."

"Do you want me to call her to let her know and do you want me to send Hope to Elena's house?"

"Just sent Hope to Elena's house then call Caroline."

"Ah, got it."

"But I got to go Rebekah."

"Alright." I hung up the call and sighed.

Hope's POV:

I was sleeping on the couch when I got woken up by the sound of an owl.

"Did you get some get to rest?"

Rebekah was walking to me

"Yeah, I did."

"That's good because I need your help."

"Which help?"

Rebekah sighed

"I got a call from Freya and she told me that I have to send you to Elena's house."

"For?"

"Katherine Pierce is back."

I look at Rebekah in shock.

"Katherine Pierce? You mean the old picture of her that I found?"

"Yes. Her."

"But what does it have to do with me tho?"

"Freya wants me to take you to Elena's house and help Katherine."

"Alright."

"And you're going to help Katherine to hide her real identity with a fake identity with her last name."

"I'll see what I can do."

"Then I'm going to call Caroline to see if Katherine can be in Salvatore school."

"Alright."

I looked at Rebekah and then at the fireplace as the fire sounded louder, louder, louder, louder, and louder.
