Han and Gisele came back with the print, which worked.

"Oh, no. Guys, guys!" Mia calls out to the guys. I am standing beside her.
"Guys, we have a problem," I say as everyone starts to gather around.
"The whole team just got burnt. Now we're all wanted," Brian says looking at the computer screen.
"How did this happen?" Gisele asks.
"US Diplomatic Security Service issued the warrants," Mia says. "Agent L. Hobbs."
"Hold on one second," Brian says bringing up Hobbs picture. We are going to have hell now. "Hey, Dom. Is this the guy you say in the favela?"

"Yeah," Dom answers.

"Hobbs is the leader of the elite task force for the DSS," Brian explains.
"So he's good," Tej says.
"When the FBI wants to find somebody, that's who they call. Because he never misses his mark. I've worked with him before. This guy is Old Testament. Blood, bullets, the wrath of God. That's his style," I explain.
"And right now he's hunting us?" Mia asks worriedly.
"Dom, we got to move up our timeline," Han says.

"Yeah, but how? This thing's already been difficult without Wyatt Earp on our asses. If anything, we need more room to breath," Rome says.
"Roman's right. Think we need to get some fresh air," Dom says and we both smirk. Mia stayed behind and everyone else headed out to the races. We were all gathered around talking and having a good time. Dom was leaning up against his car and Brian was leaning up against his while I was leaning up against him while he had his arms around my waist.

"Hey, Toretto. You're under arrest," Hobbs says as him and his men approach with a lady.
"Arrest? I don't feel like I'm under arrest. How about you, Brian, August?" Dom asks us.
"No, not a bit," Brian says.
"Not even a little bit," I say.
"Just give it a minute. It'll sink in," Hobbs says.
"We didn't kill those feds. That was Reyes," Brian explains.

"I don't give a shit. I'm just here to bring in three assholes whose names hit my desk," Hobbs says and I feel Brian tense up.
"Yeah, sounds like a real hero," I say.
"That's funny. From a girl and a guy who took the oath of a cop, then went against everything it stood for. Or being the sister of some wannabe tough guy prick who beat a man half to death with a socket wrench. Yeah, real tough," Hobbs says and I start to head towards him, but Brian tightens his grip around my waist. "You turn around and put your hands behind your back."

"I don't think so," Dom says standing up.
"Your mistake is thinking that you have a goddamn choice, boy," Hobbs says.
"And your mistake? Thinking you're in America. You're a long way from home," Dom says walking towards Hobbs till he's right in front of him. "This is Brazil." Dom raises his arms in the air. Everyone around us takes their guns out.

"Come on, boss. Another day. Come on, H, it's a lot of heat," One of Hobbs' guys says.
"I'll see you soon, Toretto," Hobbs says.
"I look forward to it, cop," Dom says and they leave. Tej was able to put a tracker on one of the trucks. Hobbs and his men left, then we went back to the warehouse.

We were practicing the course again. Gisele went and it still caught her.

"Close, but not enough," I say as she gets out of the car.
"Dom, the window is too small, man," Brian says.
"Only way we're going to beat the cameras is with invisible cars," Han says.
"And I know just where to get them. Let's take a ride," Dom says. Rome, Dom, Han, Brian, and I get into the van and Gisele drives. As we begin passing the police station where the police cars are, we all start to get on the roof of the van.

"Don't hurt yourself," Gisele says as we begin to jump onto the fence. Brian and Dom jump down first, then me which Brian catches me. Han and Rome then jump.
"Be careful," Brian says to me before we all run and each get into a car. We all pull up at a red light and Rome is a little further behind. It's me, Dom, Brian, Han and then a spot for Rome.

"It's been a while since I've been behind the wheel of one of these," Brian says.
"First time I've ever been in the front seat," Dom says and we smile. We all got a dodge charger police car.
"Rome, what took you so long?" I ask as he finally pulls up beside Han.
"Yeah, I thought for sure you'd be showing up with some chrome spinners or something," Brian says.
"Real funny. I got $100,000 that says I can take you all in the next quarter-mile," Rome says.

"Yeah, your broke ass has got a hundred grand," Brian says.
"If we pull off this job, I will. The next two lights. Hundred thousand," Rome says.
"We don't pull this job off, we're probably dead anyway. Let's make it a million," Han says. Brian looks over at me and smiles.
"I like that. All right, a million-dollar quarter-mile," Brian says looking at Rome.

"Let him win," I whisper so only Dom can hear me. "All right, then. You only live once." I agree with the race.
"Let's do it," Rome says.
"What do you say, Dom?" Brian asks him.
"We talking or we racing?" Dom asks.
"Just don't cheat this time," Brian says.
"Got to let that go," Dom says before looking at me and nodding. We wait for the light to turn green.

"Yeah!" Rome yells as he takes off right before the light turns green.
"Typical, Roman," Brian yells as we all start racing.
"Don't make it too easy for me, boys," I yell as I take the lead. Dom and I get neck to neck.
"No! Not this time, Dom," Brian yells as he begins to pull up beside Dom and me.
"You got to want it, Brian," Dom says. Coming up on the finish line Dom and I let off of the throttle and Brian crosses the line first, but doesn't notice that we let him win.

"Yeah! Owned you! Owned you!" Brian cheers. We go back to the warehouse.
"Good race, O'Conner," Dom says before he starts to walk off.
"Thank, Dom," Brian says. I hug him and wait for one of the guys to says something. "Do you know how long I've waited for that shit?" Brian and Rome laugh while bro hugging. Rome fake laughs.

"I told you he didn't see it," Han says. Brian looks confused.
"Your man and your girl right here?" Rome asks and Brian nods. "They let off the throttle at the line. You didn't do nothing. They let you win." Rome and Han walk away. Brian looks at me confused and I smile before walking away.
"Bullshit," Brian says.

(August P.O.V.)

Mia and I went to the market to get some food since we don't have any. Mia and I are picking out some fruit when I feel someone grab my arm and start dragging me. I look and see that it is Vince and he has Mia too.

"Vince, what are you doing?" I ask trying to get away from him.
"Quiet! They've been tracking you," Vince says.
"I know they're here! Find them! GO! GO! Go!" I hear someone yell. We make it out safely and head back to the warehouse. I walk in with Vince and Mia behind me. Brian is working on a car before he looks up to see me coming in with Vince behind me. Brian stands up and starts to head towards Vince mad.

"It's okay. Wait!" I say pushing Brian back. "Reyes' guys were waiting for us at the market. Vince saved my life." Brian calms down and pulls me into a hug.
"You hungry?" I hear Dom ask.
"Yeah, sure." Vince answers.
"Good. Because you're saying grace," Dom says and we all smile.
"Thanks, Vince," Brian says to Vince. We all go our own ways. Vince and Mia go to catch up. Dom goes to work on his car. Brian and I join the rest of them, which were watching Tego and Santos cook.

"Yo, you burned it!" Santos says.
"Yo, this is how my momma does it. Relax," Tego says.
"Yeah, but your mom is the worst cook in the world," Santos says.
"Yo, don't you be talking about my momma," Tego says and we all laugh. Han walks off to talk to Gisele. I smile at Brian and give him a kiss on the cheek before walking over to talk to Dom. As I reach Dom, Vince comes in.

"Hey, Dom. Listen. I know you're all set for this job tomorrow, but if you need an extra man, I could..." Vince starts.
"You're in," Dom says.
"There's always room for family," I say.
"Thank you," Vince says.
"Get something to eat," Dom says.
"Yeah," Vince says.
"Can you believe Mia calls this a curse?" Dom asks motioning to his car.
"She might be right," Vince says. Then we head to go eat. I sit on Brian's lap after handing him a Corona when I have one of my own. Vince sits beside us with Mia on his lap. Mia has a Corona, which she is only going to drink one since she is pregnant. We sit and talk for a while until Rome comes over.

"We're less than 24 hours from the biggest celebration of our life. Y'all need a refill. This is serious stuff," Rome says handing us each a beer until he comes to Mia.
"No, I'm good," Mia says.
"Cheers, baby," Rome says trying to get her to take one.
"No, she can't," I say making Rome look at me like I was crazy and Vince, too.
"What do you mean?" Rome asks.
"She can't," I say again.

"What do you mean she can't?" Rome asks again. Brian and I take our hands and rub my stomach. "What is..." Rome trails off noticing our hands then looks at Mia finally getting it. "Are you serious right now?" Mia nods.
"Really?" Vince asks Mia and she nods again. Vince gets a huge smile on his face.

"Why do I get the feeling that this has something to do with the quarter-mile?" Rome asks.
"No, that's messed up. No, you're not taking that from me," Brian says before anything else can be said about it.
"Congratulations," Gisele says hugging Mia and I kinda help but wish that I was Mia right at that moment, but she doesn't have the life I have so it is easier for her.

"Thank you," Mia says.
"How can you keep this a secret?" Tej asks.
"Crazy, huh?" Mia asks. They keep talking as Brian and I walk over to Dom.
"What is with the quarter-mile?" Brian asks Dom. Dom looks at me and smiles.
"I have no idea what they're talking about," Dom answers sarcastically.

"Toast," Tej says.
"Toast," Rome says. Dom smiles before beginning as we all circle around. Brian wraps his arms around my waist and I lean into him.

"Money will come and go. We know that. But the most important thing in life will always be the people in this room. Right here. Right now. Salute mi familia." Dom says.

"Salute," We all cheer.
