I, Augustina Belle Toretto, am back and on the run.

(August P.O.V.)

Brian and I are on the road somewhere in Rio. We are looking for Mia and Vince. As Brian drives he holds my hand. I turn the radio on, so we won't be sitting in silence.

"Here's what we know so far. There were 26 high-risk inmates being transferred. A daring midday breakout where everyone onboard has been accounted for, except for one, Dominic Toretto. Police have just released the identity of the man and woman they believe to have orchestrated the shocking escape that amazingly resulted in no fatalities. The man is a former federal agent, Brian O'Conner. The woman is a former federal agent, Alex Wilde, or also known as Augustina Toretto. A fierce manhunt is underway for three fugitives tonight. Multiple federal and local agencies have joined forces in the search for Dominic Toretto and his accomplices Brian O'Conner and August Toretto. But despite every eye in the country looking for them, where Toretto and O'Conner are now is anyone's guess." The radio reporter says. Now the whole world knows our names. I turn the radio off and we sit in silence until we pull up in front of some favelas. This is where Mia and Vince are supposed to be.

"It's got to be it, right?" I ask Brian as we start to walk up some stairs. Some guys start coming out of houses with guns.
"Let's get out of here," Brian says grabbing my hand.
"Whoa, whoa! Easy, friends. She's with me." Vince says as he comes into view. The guys with guns leave. "August."
"Vince," I say and we hug.
"Buster," Vince says in a serious tone. They have a stare off then Vince smiles. "Come on." Vince starts leading us up the stairs.
"Dom here yet?" Brian asks.
"No," Vince answers.
"When was the last time you heard from him?" I ask.
"A couple of weeks ago. Up in Ecuador somewhere." Vince answers.

"How does it feel?" Vince asks.
"What's that?" Brian asks.
"To be on the other side of a wanted poster?" Vince asks.
"Freedom," I answer to keep them from fighting. "He'll show up."
"Yeah," Brian says. Vince leads us up to his house. We enter and I see Mia holding a baby, he must be Nico.

"Mia!" I say and she turns around with a big smile on her face.
"August!" Mia says and we side hug since she is holding Nico.
"So, this must be Nico," I say holding my hands out to hold him.

"After you eat. You both must be starving." Mia says looking between me and Brian. She leads us into the kitchen after she sits Nico down in a playpen. Brian and I scarf the food down, because as Mia said we were starving. Mia washes dishes while I play with Nico. From the kitchen, I can see into the dining room where Vince and Brian are. I see Brian look up at me and smile seeing me holding Nico. I wish Brian and I could have a family but that's not possible at the moment.

(August P.O.V.)

"Time for bed little one," Mia says once she is done with the dishes.
"Can I bring him?" I ask her.
"Of course," Mia says. We walk into the dining room so Vince can say good night. Mia and I then take Nico to bed. I lay him down and he giggles.
"Aw," I say watching him.
"Good night," Mia and I say as he falls asleep.
"You would make a great mother," Mia says.
"I wish, but right now with the life I'm living I don't want my child growing up in that," I say before we go back to the dining room with the guys.

"Why Rio, Vince?" Brian asks as Mia and I sit down.
"You mean after you screwed everything up in LA? We ended up free-falling through South America, you know, hitting every hellhole on the way down. We would have kept going if Mia hadn't of made a friend with Rosa." Vince answers.
"So, listen. There is a job coming up. I was hoping Dom was going to be here by now but this one is clean enough we can do it without him." Vince says. Brian and I share a look of uncertainty because Dom told us to lay low. "It's a good gig. A couple of high-end cars, easy targets. A guy I know is putting together a team to swipe them. Just need a few more willing bodies." Vince explains.

"I don't know," I say looking at Brian for an answer.
"I'm going if August goes," Mia says.
"Look, the way the car scene is down here we can unload them quick and get top dollar. It's easy money. And from where I'm sitting, it looks like you both could use the payday." Vince explains. Brian and I agree. The next morning Brian, Mia, and I go and catch the train that the cars are on. Rosa is taking care of Nico for Mia. Mia and I sit on one side of the booth in the train and Brian is on the other. Mia is looking out of the window and I'm looking at a travel guide.

"What are you reading?" Brian asks me.
"Travel guide," I answer.
"Yeah? Tokyo. Moscow. Goa," Brian says naming off the place on the page I'm looking at.
"You want to know what all these places have in common?" I ask him setting the magazine down.
"Huh?" Brian asks.
"No extradition," I answer and we share a quick kiss.
"Here we go," Mia says as the guy with the access card walks in. I get up with Mia and Brian not far behind me. I bump into the guy and make it look like an accident while Brian swipes his card.
"Excuse me, buddy," Brian says as he passes him. We find the freight we were looking for and get in. Brian calls Vince. "Hey, we've found them. Yeah, second to the last freighter." Brian says. I find the keys to the cars and they have DEA tags on them.

"What is it?" Mia asks.
"DEA tags," I answer looking at Brian.
"These cars have been seized," Brian says grabbing the keys. We uncover the cars and put the keys in. After a few seconds of waiting for the other guys with Vince, they start cutting through the wall.

(August P.O.V.)

"Look who showed up," Vince says as he and Dom enter the train.
"God, I'm so happy you're okay," I say as Mia and I hug Dom.
"I thought I told you to lay low," Dom says to Brian and me.
"Been running on fumes," I say.
"Had to make a call," Brian says.

"Hey! Quit talking. We only got a two-minute window." The guy in charge says.
"Let's go, Vince," Dom says. Vince hugs Mia and gets into the first car. They take him out of the train then lower him to the ground. Then he is off.
"I'm taking the GT40." The guy in charge says.
"Ladies first," Dom says motioning for me and Mia to get in.
"Hey! Hey!" One of the other guys say.
"This car suits me better," I say getting into the car.
"See you, baby," Brian says giving me a quick kiss.

"It's okay....we're all going to the same place. We'll get the car there," The guy in charge says to the other guy. Dom walks over to Mia's window and bends down.
"Change of plans. Wait for my call." Dom whispers.
"Let's go!" The guy in charge says. They take us out of the train and lower us to the ground. As soon as I'm on the ground I take off in the wrong direction.

(Brian P.O.V.)

August and Mia take the car in the opposite direction than the one they are supposed to go.

"Where is she going? Where is she going?" The guy in charge yells at us. "Hey! Go after the girl!" Dom punches him. Dom and I fight all of the guys. I end up on the truck and it crashes into the side of the train. DEA agents come into the freighter. The guy in charge kills the DEA agents. There is a bridge coming up.

"Bridge! There is a bridge!" I yell at Dom. He gets into the other car and drives out of the train. The train is almost to the bridge and I jump onto the car. We start to run out land to drive on. "Oh shit!" I yell as we fly off of the ridge. We land in the water below. When we resurface the edge of the water is surrounded by men with guns.

"You had to make a call, huh? Shitty call, O'Conner. Shitty call," Dom says before we swim to the shore. The men take us back to a warehouse and chain us to a pipe attached to the ceiling.
"You two stirred up quite a bit of trouble today. Killed some of my men. Three DEA agents along with them. Of course, this is just business and sometimes things go astray. All I care about is the car. Tell me where it is, and I'll let you go." The actual head guy says.

"This roofing plastic says you're full of shit," I say.
"I don't know how you guys do business in your part of the world, but here in Rio, I like it when all parties know what they're up against," The guy says.
"That's funny. Because it goes both ways," Dom says.
"You know, I hear your sisters are very beautiful. Wherever they hide I will find them," The guy says. I tense up and pull the ropes. The guy and all but two of his men leave. I take one out with my legs and Dom pulls the pipe down and takes the other guy out. We head back to the warehouse where the girls are hopefully.
