Zara, Amber and I had just arrived in San Diego and Amber was in amaze while Zara was looking around in curiosity.

Me: The Uber is here.

We grabbed our luggage and headed towards the uber.

Amber decided to stay for a week after the fashion show and begged for us to stay with her. Zara wanted to explore a new city and state that she has never been in and I wanted her to have fun so I had no choice but to stay.

I had already sent over the models clothes. It was seven outfits for each model, so in total it was twenty one articles of clothing.

It took the uber about thirty to thirty-five minutes to get to the hotel. Once we got there, it was my turn to be amazed. The hotel wasnt too too nice on the outside but I knew Cat wouldn't put us in a shabby hotel. After all, that could somewhat ruin her reputation since shes known for spending lots of money.

It looked like a little mexican place but that wasnt why I was amazed, I was amazed because of the view. It was a beach/ocean view. It was beautiful and I bet it looked even more beautiful at night.

We thanked the uber driver and headed into the hotel. The inside was more prettier than the outside and it made me wonder how the room or rooms looked.

After checking in and getting our room we were settling in.

Amber: Oh my God, this view is so damn gorgeous!

Me: Yeah tell me about it.

I sat down my luggage and looked at Amber.

Amber: Okay so now we have to call Ms. Grahm.

I held Zara while Amber took care of that.

Zara: Jab ham vaapas aate hain, to kya aap angrejee seekhane mein meree sahaayata kar sakate hain? (When we come back can you help me in learning English?)

Me: Haan. Main yahaan tak ​​ki madad ke lie flashchards laaya. (Yes. I even brought the flashcards for help.)

She nodded and Amber grabbed her crossbody.

Amber: Lets go. The car was already nearby heading to the arena, so it'll be here in less than ten minutes.

Me: Okay.

Zara got off my lap and grabbed my crossbody and her jacket. We walked out the room, through the lobby and to the front of the hotel. There was a bench so we sat there.

Me: You do know we're not in San Diego, right?

Amber: We're not?

Me: No. We're outside of it. About ten minutes.

Amber: Hm. Well then.

The got inside the car and it pulled off.

Amber: Hell Im not even the fashion designer and I'm excited about this.

I playfully rolled my eyes and looked out the window until we got there. Which didnt take too long, maybe twenty-three minutes tops. We got out and a lady came up to us with a clipboard.

Lady: Zoe Matthews and Amber Rose?

Amber: That's us.

She looked at Zara.

Lady: And the kid?

I picked Zara up.

Me: Is my daughter. Got a problem?

Lady: No. Of course not. Ms. Grahm is looking forward to meeting you.

She turned around and walked off. I looked at Amber and shrugged as we began to follow her.

Niyah | Home

I was in the backyard shooting hoops just thinking about the past. Its crazy how I thought (and somewhat hoped) that I wouldn't see them again and voila, I'll be seeing Kodie on the twelfth and Zoe on the fourteenth (most likely).

I heard the door open and heels click against the pavement.

Jalice: Hi baby.

I sighed and sat down at the metal picnic table.

Me: Hey.

Jalice: What's wrong?

Me: Nothing. Just um...just thinking about my past.

She sat on my lap and looked at me.

Jalice: You know, I've been seeing you do this alot lately.

Me: Do what?

Jalice: Hold something in. You seem so mad.

I sighed and leaned my head on my fist.

Me: What would you do if your bestfriend slept with your girlfriend and your so called bestfriend used you to get closer to your bestfriend?

Jalice: Woah. Um I would drop both of their asses.

I chuckled at the memories of the revenge Zoe and I did to them.

Jalice: Has that happened to you?

I nodded making my bun slightly move.

Me: Yeah. Um there were four of us, me included. Lets call them Z, L and K. Z was a dancer, L, K and I were basketball players. Z was from the country, like me, except she's from Tennessee, so we all decided to go down there to her home. Z and K was together and me and L were together. Z and I found out that K and L were sleeping together behind our backs, so Z and I got revenge on them and somewhat nearly killing L in the process cause we were on the lake and I shook the boat making Z, K and L fall into the lake. L couldnt swim so z had go get her. We didnt want her dead. But um during the revenge time, I somewhat began to develop feelings for Z, im pretty sure she had feelings for me as well but we didnt date, just kissed once but she began freaking out because we both had just gotten out of relationships. I haven't seen them since graduation and Im not planning on it.

Jalice's mouth was formed into an "O".

Jalice: Wow. That's so fucked up, but what makes you think your going to see them again?

Me: Because um, Z is Zoe Matthews, K is Kodie Shane and L is London Brixx.

Jalice: No way. You know all of them?

Me: Yeah. That's why I didn't want to go to the fashion show or Kodie's performance.

Jalice: Well now we're definitely not going.

Me: Yes we are, you want to go so we're going. End of discussion.

She playfully rolled her eyes but kissed me.

Jalice: Your too good to me.

Me: Eh, yeah I know.

She laughed and pulled me up.

Jalice: Go shower. We're going somewhere.

Me: Where?

Jalise: You'll find out.

Me: You shouldn't have gotten dressed so early.

Jalice: Why not?

Me: You could've showered with me.

I laughed while walking into the house as she yelled after me.

Jalice: That's not fair, Syniyah!

Me: Life isnt fair Jalice!

After my shower, we were now im my car heading to the Balboa Park, which is Jalice's favorite place.

Jalice: So where did everyone go after graduation?

Me: Um, I think, London went to college, Zoe stayed in Tennessee and Kodie began her world wide tours.

Jalice: Do you think about them alot?

Me: Nope.

The park was only a fifteen minute drive from my house, so we got there pretty quickly. Once we did Jalice grinned and got out, running towards the water. I got out and followed after her.

Why she likes this park so much. I dont know.
