Coming out off of the bus with about thirty other people was not how I wanted to spend my weekend.

Okay, so remember that trip my mom and I were talking about this morning? Yeah, this is that trip. Ugh, I really do not want to be here, but I can't complain it is a nice and educational trip.

Meaning, we are at a really nice hotel, it's a great escape from the house, and it is a cool educational trip. If you hadn't noticed, I'm the nerd who loves educational trips. Though you have to emit, the architecture of the hotel is breath-taking.

Anyway, I followed the group into the hotel. Walking in was better than I had excepted, pictures does not do this hotel justice. Stupid pictures...

"Come along to the ball room! That is where we will be for most of the weekend!" The head teacher yelled over the noise.

Did I mention that this is a school field trip? No, well it's a school field trip.

The group moved towards the ballroom. On the way, I got a weird dizzy feeling, but ignored it and continued walking with the group.

Once we got into the ballroom, I first came to the realization that no one else was in the hotel (except our group).

And, then I noticed that it was dark outside. 'Didn't we get off the bus in the morning...?' I thought, trying to figure out what was going on.

I must have paused for a while, because someone came up to me and lifted my arm, dragging me to the group.

I didn't see the person real well, but I heard them muttered something like, 'stupid newbies'. What?

I felt extremely confused, but felt slightly angry for some reason.

I walked faster to the group, leaving the person to quickly follow.

The next thing I know, I'm walking around the hotel alone.

I passed a kitchen, where that head teacher, Marina Kelly, and a student, Ashley Bernard, were cooking.

I came across a dance floor, that used to be the boring and plain ballroom.

Many tried to get me to dance, but I declined, stating I wasn't feeling good, some actually pouted at that.

I blinked, before moving to a more quiet room.

I finally reached a room where they was only a man. I walked in and sat down, thinking I hadn't seen this man in the group.

Suddenly, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a stick. I was confused, until I realized it was sparking.

Sparking? My eyes widened, and I dove out of the way as he came forward to the spot I once was.

I quickly got up from my position on the floor and got in a defensive stance.

The man laughed, before trying to lunge at me again.

I dodged the electric stick and grabbed his arm that held the stick. I twisted his arm and knocked the stick out of his hand, then knocked him out.

I stood over his unconscious body, panting. Feeling my adrenalin leave me, I walked out of the room.

Coming out into a hallway, I was surrounded by four other men with sticks.

"Crap." I muttered, realizing I was outnumbered. Yeah, I know math, nerd, remember?

"Alright, who's first?" I asked, settling in a defensive position.

A man came forward, lashing out his stick and acting like it was sword. I rolled my eyes, before they widened, as the stick became a sword.

Well, that happened.

The next few minutes (or hours, hard to tell), became a blur and it ended with the four men unconscious.

I moved down the hall, walking to the ballroom.

"Agent KK!" Came a voice, once I entered.

I stumbled for some reason, before falling to the side into a pair of arms.

I heard multiple sets of footsteps, as my eyes close.

"What happened?" Someone asked.

"She disappeared on me. I don't know where she went. She left me." A voice defended.

"Kayla, can you hear me?" The first voice asked. I didn't move.

"I want agents to check down the hallway." The second voice commanded. "That includes you Agent GG."

The third and the voice that defended herself mumbled something, before her presence left.

The second presence knelt next to me. "Agent CC, I want you to take her back to HQ."

"On it, Boss." The firs voice carried me away, as I finally fell into darkness.

"KAYLA!"

I bolted straight up, panting from my dream.

Wait, dream?
