'I am Deisy. I will be taking your theory class from now onwards. I know there is a new girl here named Savannah, who was brought in just two days ago by Cecila, our head of Etis.' The new lady who was supposed to teach us said. She had a whispery voice and thin white hair. Her face was slim and her eyes were blue. She had a dreamy smile. But who was this Savannah? Ryan pointed at a girl sitting at the very last bench with her head up straight. She had stark black hair falling on her bust and a strict expression on. She looked as if she was in her early adult days, but she had small eye bags under her eyes, which made her look older. Ma'am Deisy gestured her to come and sit on the front bench and kept her gaze fixed at her when she did so. Savannah had a different kind of vibe, and we were all inclined to look at the direction she walked and sat on the first bench. 'I also know about a girl who was brought in by her friend.'

That she was referring to me. We locked eyes for a moment, and tiny pieces of ice came out of both her hands while we did so. She quickly looked at Ryan and then began, 'Who are you?'

'I'm Ryan Roy, son of Mr. Roy, Retired Shalec. This is my girlfriend Karishma, I'm the one who brought her into Etis.'

'Karishma.' She whispered. She seemed to be lost in her own calculations. 'We have four domains in Etis. The Air Realm, the Water Realm, and the Enchanted Islands. We must not forget the Beguiling Island but. Today we'll learn about them in detail, and how actually the world of Etis runs.'

Beguiling Islands? Why had no one ever talked about that ever before?

'Let's start with the Enchanted Islands, where we are setting foot. This place isn't of much use to the other realms, according to me.'

She's telling what?

'There are six main groups of people here. The Warriors, those who protect our borders. The Officers, who take up the proceedings of all documentation and administrative work. The Cultivators, who look after our Doiye Seeds, banana, paddy, and tea plantations. Builders, who have put up all the infrastructure of Etis. The businessmen, who look after everything from the market to the exports and imports. And then the Artists, which include people like me and well, anyone who works with art. Theatre, Writing, Singing, anything. All of you will soon begin to take up your choices and train to become one of them.'

There is a rule in the classrooms of Etis. If you aren't interested, you can leave. Well, only I and Savannah were left in the room. That was weird, because how could you do this to a teacher? She continued speaking although.

'The Air Realm is home to the Season Sisters, who well, control the seasons in Etis. The Air realm is also the provider of consumable birds, which are properly bred in one section of the place. It also has the Orchards where the fruits and vegetables grow. It is also responsible for the regulation of Oxygen. The people there have hidden wings to themselves and can channelize gases and air through their hands after properly discovering their abilities. The Water realm is the place where seawater is converted into fresh water and is supplied to the other parts of Etis, they are responsible for it. The merfolk can take human form and can breathe in both land and water. They can generally channelize the ocean water to create phenomena and they can channelize water in remote places. A small group of them can control river water, with the spirit's permission of course.'

Even Savannah walked out. I mean it was great knowledge about the place in detail, but I was so bored that I stood to leave too.

'Wait.' She called out as I reached the door. 'I want to talk to you.'

Why me?

'I know this is very new to you, but Etis is not as beautiful as it seems. It has a fair share of bad things happening, really bad.'

'Is this how you scare away youngsters?' I snapped. 'I heard you were in the Pentatox before. You got shoved out and this is your new plan? Bore kids and those who aren't bored, tell them horrible lies in prophetic tunes? If there is so much worse, why didn't you explain in detail during class?'

'They think Savannah is the one. The one.' Her voice became restless. Shaky. I was totally creeped out.

'What is one? What are you talking about? Please don't take my peaceful life away from me. I've seen enough of Etis I guess. It has no flaws at all. I know that stuff that is too perfect is supposed to be even worse, but this Etis is different. Three months, and I haven't faced any sign of danger. I am sure there aren't any villains in the story.' I mean I hated being creeped out. I was falling in love with the normal life, a better life I was having at Etis. School, Work, Outing, Dates, Salary, it couldn't be any simpler.

'You'll understand! I'm always there! With open hands!' She shouted as I ran, leaving the classroom and Deisy ma'am alone.
