Background:

Luna is Princess Celestia's younger sister and Equestria's former co-ruler. She was Nightmare Moon at that time and was banished to the moon by her elder sister and later returned and threatened to create an eternal night. She was later purged by the Elements of Harmony and was invited by her sister to rule by her side again. Luna then enters the dreams of her subjects, mostly children, to assist them in defeating the nightmares.

Things were peaceful and kind with Princess Twilight Sparkle now ruling Equestria until a mysterious meteor struck down onto their home, leaving nothing but dust. They later find themselves in Heaven and are in their human body with their angelic wings and Sera and Emily welcome them with open arms. Luna and Celestia are tasked to be guardians of the moon and the sun, much to their joy. Even Twilight and other Equestrians are tasked with other things as Sera have acknowledge their work and friendship, looking forward to their projects. Everything is almost like their own home of Equestria as much as they will miss it.

One day, Luna discovered a terrible secret amongst Heaven as she found out about Exorcists and that every year they would fly down to the pits of Hell to destroy demons. As much as she thinks they deserved it, it's not right to just kill. She even saw the Exorcists with their own sickening smile like they enjoyed bloodlust, which made her question about Heaven if they're even pure. Luna later confronted them and told Sera about it, but was instead banished to Hell for questioning them and for telling them what's right and what's wrong. Celestia and others that know Luna were devastated by such horrid news as they too learn about the Exorcists after Luna told them before confronting Adam, the Exorcists, and Sera.

After she was banished to Hell, Luna will learn how to survive and made a vow to protect those sinners that may or may not deserve it as she could tell they're still normal beings just like the others. And perhaps make her own kingdom.
