Traitor

We follow him back into the notorious underworld.

"Heh. Pigs." Hiccup the Evi- whatever I'll just call him Hiccup mutters quietly while the Fallen in squirming.

"Why are we following him?" I ask The Prince and he narrows his eyes at Hiccup.

"I don't trust this punk." The Prince snarls, "I'm ensuring he does the job right."

"But exterminating evil spirits is his job. I'd doubt he'd blow it." I tell him.

"Well he might carry hatred amongst us demons. And as The Prince, I need to make sure nothing out of hand happens in The Underworld." He explains to me, "I am the security around here."

I laugh, "That explains how hell ended up like this."

"Shut up angel."

Hiccup laughs loudly and turns around and looks at us.

"On second thoughts, you're like an old married couple. But you guys are seriously annoying, just let me do my damn job alone and I'm out." He growls at so does his dragon puttong out his sharp teeth.

"The quicker you do your job, the less time you have to spend with us." I tell Hiccup and roll my eyes.

I see a smirk grow on his face.

Oh no.

"Actually, I should spend some more time exploring this unpopular tourist attraction. Savor my time here." Hiccup lifts his chest up and says, "Toothless stay here with the Fallen. I'm going to look around Hell."

I lift up my eyebrow, and look over to The Prince tightening his fist.

"Just finish your damn job!" The Prince yells at him.

"I will in a few hours." He tells me.

"I'd rather follow him around than follow your orders awaiting in the palace." I say and smile maliciously at The Prince.

"Great. The angel can be my tour guide." Hiccup says and puts his arm around me and smirks at The Prince.

The Prince rolls his hand in a knuckle and holds it up, shaking in anger, "How dare you-! You're my slave and yet you take sides with the enemy!" He yells at me.

"You're a demon prince, I'm pretty sure you're the enemy. Let's go Ms ...?"

"Elsa." I respond.

"Well okay, Ms. Elsa. Let's leave this bastard." Hiccup turns around and puts hus hand behind my back guiding my back.

"You are not having a date right before my eyes!" The Prince yells angrily and chases after us

...

He ends up tagging along.

"Ah! This place is truly wonderful ... burning places, feuds between demons and just the heat ... it's like some tropical beach." Hiccup says in sarcastic awe.

"I don't think Hell and Tropical Beach match up." I tell him, "I think Tropical Beach times 1000."

"Ugh shut up. Just finish the job!" The Prince moans.

"Oh, that's right. Let's burn it now and collect the money with it." Hiccup says, I can almost see dollar signs in his eyes ... he's smiling and rubbing his hands.

We arrive back, and the Fallen Angel

... it's gone.

"Toothless! You were to make sure it doesn't escape!" Hiccup yells, "Oh wait- Toothless already put the creature in the eternal flame."

The Prince gasps loudly, "SO I HAD TO MONITOR YOU FOR NOTHING?!" He yells, he gets so angry and frustrating his golden eyes turn black and sharp fangs emerge, "YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS!"

Hiccup gets defensive and holds up his fire and slowly backs away and Hiccup and Toothless run to the portal as fast as they can.

The Prince settles down, his black eyes fade and his fangs go back inside his gums and he narrows his eyes, and says in a serious tone, "That's what happens when a Prince gets angry."

... He needs anger management.

The Prince turns sharply, I can almost see flames emerging out of him, "And you ...! You'll pay for your betrayal!"

I tighten my fists, "Hey! That guy was on the same side as us! You just have personal issues him! It doesn't concern him!" I shout at him.

"He's an 'Evil Spirit Assassin'." He reminds me.

I tilt my head, "You're not evil." I say, "Well yeah, you try to act tough and you're really mean and cruel but you're not evil."

"... Really?" He asks and a huge smirk widens as he looks at me.

... help.

...

The Prince brings me to the damage caused by the Fallen Angel. The buildings that already looked like ruins, are now ruined ruins.

"I expect you to clear up this mess." He tells me, smiling.

"Huh? This is heavy labor!" I protest.

Sometimes I want to punch his face, but as an angel I must maintain my composure.

"... And you must also repair it."

"I CHANGE MY MIND! YOU'RE GODAMN EVIL! YOU'RE THE WORST! CRUEL, GROSS, AGRO IDIOT!" I burst out.

Composure ... lost.

"You know those are all compliments to a demon." He laughs.

"That explains such a heavy punishment. Because I didn't call you evil." I say, calming down.

"No because you betrayed me ..." He mutters.

"What? Get over it." I tell him.

He looks at me with tender eyes, with such a serious look I haven't seen before.

"I can't. I only allow the relationships in my life to have pure loyalty." He tells me, looking straight at me.

That explains Rapunzel ... when she explained her story you could tell she was very loyal to The Prince.

"And I'm with you the most, Elsa." He says, "I would expect loyalty from you, for the time you're with me."

"I am though, that thing with Hiccup was nothing. I was just doing anything so he could finish the job." I tell him and assure him.

"Ah really?" He breaks out of the serious state and lays back, "In that case, then your punishment is lifted."

I raise my eyebrow, but I don't question it he might change his mind ... he's cruel like that.

"Don't try to leave me again, 'kay?" The Princes says, "Stay by my side at all times." And slowly closes his eyes in front of me.

Huh? What's this?

I touch my face, I'm in hell ... and my face has never gotten this hot before.
