~flashback~

I followed him to his studies silently praying he didn't hear me. I flew in right before the door closed sneaking behind the book self I watched him in the shadows.

"Are you alone?" a rough voice asked. It wasn't of any angel I knew it was different.

"Yes I am alone" he answered I watched him intensely I was aware he was up to something but speaking to a demon was forbidden.

"Good. Now how much progress have you made in your misson. Surely weakening the king could not take that long" the demon stated. So that is what he was planning to do.

"No much progress has been made. The king is immune to all our poisons we need a new strategy poisoning will not work" he stated thinking. Do they want to kill us without the king we are nothing.

"Do not fail me. This is very crucial in the upcoming war" he quickly nodded at the demon's words.

"I will not fail" he said a little too quickly.

"I hope not" and wih that the demon disappointed into the shadows.

Pain

So much pain. It was unbearable. My body was froze in its place held to get by the chains. Every muscle of my being was aching but I refused to cry. Crying would solve nothing.

I still remember clearly the small smirk on his face when I was being thrown out the look of disappointment on my parents face. All this for a crime I did not commit.

He planned this all of it. So I couldn't stop his plans of war. He knew I was onto him and he needed me out of the equation. But to stoop his low was unacceptable.

An angel under no circumstance must come it contact with a demon unless forced to but he wasn't he was having a conversation with that beast. Yet i, the one suffering the consequences.

The earth came into view it's stone hard exterior was enough to to give me shivers. I couldn't move no matter how hard I tried. I wouldn't die from impact but only sustain major injuries. I again tried to break my chains but nothing.

As soon as my skin came in contact with the soil a crater was created. Excruciating pain spread through the my being I screamed subconsciously. The chains broke from impact but the still burned. I layed there for hours trying to wrap around the thought. I was now apart of.....
