She can sing sing can can effect emotion of others, but if she isn't feeling the same emotion it's much weaker.

Chai can also summon merfolk to her side, two at a time, that are C Class Malefics.

Additionally, when Chai holds the Golden Trident, she can control water like a god, and even effect it's temperature.

Chai is very cutesy and an admirer of the heros, wanting to be just like them.
