Home.
That was all it took for my memories to be flooded with the thoughts of my parents.
I'll never have a home.
Before I even realised it, I began weeping.
"It's alright, child. Don't cry," she said, wrapping her arms around me.
The other ladies and the boy walked out of the room.
I cried some more as the lady rubbed my back.
"What happened? Why did you jump off that cliff?" she asked.
"My parents. They're dead," I said through sobs.
"Shh, they'll always live in your heart," she softly said.
A few moments of silence passed by.
"What's your name, my child?" she asked.
"Amy," I sniffed.
"Why did you save me? I didn't want to be saved," I said, breaking away from her embrace.
"I didn't save you; my son did."
