Morningpaw's eyes slowly started opening, I'm alive? Morningpaw started trying to move but he stopped he felt the harsh pain when moving his legs ow, Morningpaw started to look around the area he was in. He was in a cave he could see faint light coming threw a whole, the entrance, but for him, the exit. Morningpaw started trying to get up again, despite the pain. He started feeling the pain in his back too, he started slowly padded to exit before collapsing out of the pain, Morningpaw ear flicked, he heard something, like falling stones, no..... footsteps! A tortoiseshell she-cat came threw the entrance, her green eyes were stuck on Morningpaw. "W-who are you, G-g-get away from me" Morningpaw hissed at the she-cat, he unsheathed his claws, and slowly started backing away, "rude"  the Tortoiseshell cat said, she slowly started walking up to Morningpaw, "I am stoneteller" she meowed, "be more nice I saved you" Stoneteller said, is she a Clan cat? Morningpaw felt his fur bristle from fear, "ugh" Stoneteller flicked her tail, she went over to the edge of the cave where the shadows covered her, she then came back with Chervil and Cobwebs. Morningpaw stared at the she-cat is she a medicine cat Morningpaw watched the she-cat start chewing Chervil, then spit up the leaves, then she spited up the juice on her paw. Stoneteller rubbed her paw on Morningpaw's back on a deep wound he didn't notice yet, she then put the cobwebs on it, "are you sore" Stoneteller asked "my legs are" Morningpaw nodded his head, Stoneteller went back into the shadows and came back with Burdock root, "chew this" Stoneteller had dropped the root in front of the golden tom "but isn't that for rat bites" Morningpaw commented "it has different uses too" Stoneteller calmly meowed "just chew it up" Stoneteller told Morningpaw, weird he thought. He started chewing up the root "just swallow the juice not the root" Stoneteller meowed, Morningpaw then spit out of the root trying not to spill any of the juices. Stoneteller started walking back , to the entrance of the cave "it's best to rest" she said before leaving. Morningpaw laid down his head, and started trying to sleep but the thought of where am I, Who is she, I want to get home pledged his mind.

Driftsong padded over to the fresh kill pile, two robins, one beetle, and one rabbit, she started eating one of the robins, she spotted a brown tabby, Wrenfern "Oh hey Wrenfern" she called out "wanna share this Robin" she asked the tabby, "sure" she responded. Wrenfern padded over to Driftsong, they both started eating the robin together, Wrenfern licked her lips and said "thanks Driftsong" Driftsong meowed "you're welcome" your my sister after all she silently said to herself. Driftsong smelled Rainbreeze , Mistyclaw, and Sootpaw oh the patrol is back, wait where is Morningk-Morningpaw Driftsong looked over at the entrance shocked to Sootpaw, Rainbreeze, Mistyclaw were covered scratches and blood "What happened" Cloudpath was the first one to speak up "ShadowClan patrol" Mistyclaw said "Where's Morningpaw" Driftsong cried out where's my kit "mom, I'm sorry" Sootpaw ears flattened his ears on his head the Gray and white Tom fell quite, "what do you mean sorry!" She hissed "he means that Morningpaw is dead, he fell of the cliff" Rainbreeze said, the Clan had fallen silent, my, my kit is dead!
