As they flew, Oeznik was serving Zemo his drink.

"Apologies if that's a little warm, the fridge is out. But I will see if there is some good food in the galley," Oeznik said.

"Если он не прошел тест на запах, отдайте им," Zemo instructed.

(A/N "If it doesn't pass the smell test, give it to them.")

"It's good to have you back, sir," Oeznik chuckled as he headed for the exit.

"Oh and Oeznik," Y/N called, making him turn back to her, then said, "Лучше пройти тест на запах, иначе ты меня рассердишь. И ты этого не хочешь."

(A/N "The smell test better pass or you'll make me mad. And you don't want that.")

Oeznik's face turned to fear before nodding quickly and disappearing to get the food. She noticed the other men, looking at her really shocked.

"Since when did you learn their language?" Bucky asked.

"I may have learned some during the Blip. While having Steve helped, I still felt lost without the ones who were gone. Especially you," she answered.

Bucky showed a small smile before holding out his hand to her. She took it and he gently pulled her into his lap, him kissing her cheek.

"I must say, I'm impressed, Mrs. Barnes. If only I was lucky enough to win you," Zemo remarked.

Y/N glared at him as Bucky lightly gripped her then she said, "One, I would never be with a psychopath like you. And two, I'm 103."

"Fair. Again," Zemo remarked.

Then Bucky let her sit back in her seat.

"You don't know what it's like to be locked in a cell. Oh. That's right. You do," Zemo said.

"Why don't you tell us about where we're going?" Sam asked.

"I'm sorry. I was just fascinated by this. I don't know what to call it, but this part seems to be important," Zemo said, looked through Bucky's book, and asked, "Who is Nakajima?"

Then Bucky got up and grabbed Zemo by the collar of his shirt.

"If you touch that again, I'll kill you," he threatened.

"Babe," Y/N called, putting a hand on his shoulder.

In response, Bucky took a deep breath and let him go before sitting back down with the book in hand.

"I'm sorry. I understand that list of names. People you've wronged as the Winter Soldier," Zemo said.

"Don't push it," Y/N said with a glare.

Then Sam noticed the book he had.

"I've seen that book. It was Steve's when he came out of the ice. I told him about Trouble Man. He wrote it in that book. Did you hear it? What'd you think?" Sam wondered.

"I like '40s music, so..." Bucky answered.

"You didn't like it?" Sam asked.

"I liked it," Bucky answered while Y/N gave a small eye roll with a smirk.

"The look on Y/N's face says otherwise," Sam said.

Bucky looked at her then asked, "You couldn't back me up on that?"

"I didn't say anything," Y/N said in surrender innocently.

"It is a masterpiece, James. Complete. Comprehensive. It captures the African-American experience," Zemo explained.

"He's out of line, but he's right. It's great. Everybody loves Marvin Gaye," Sam agreed.

"I like Marvin Gaye," Bucky remarked.

"I know I did," Y/N commented.

"Steve adored Marvin Gaye," Sam said.

"You must have really looked up to Steve. But I realized something when I met him. The danger with people like him, America's Super Soldiers, is that we put them on pedestals," Zemo explained.

"Watch your step, Zemo," Sam snapped.

"They become symbols. Icons. And then we start to forget about their flaws. From there, cities fly, innocent people die. Movements are formed, wars are fought. You remember that, right? As a young soldier sent to Germany to stop a mad icon. Do we want to live in a world full of people like the Red Skull? That is why we're going to Madripoor," Zemo continued.

"What's up with Madripoor? You guys talk about it like it's Skull Island," Sam said.

"It's an island nation in the Indonesian archipelago. It was a pirate sanctuary back in the 1800s," Bucky replied.

"It's kept its lawless ways. But we cannot exactly walk in as ourselves. James, you will have to become someone you claim is gone. And that means your wife can't be there to stop you from what you have to do," Zemo explained.

Y/N looked at Bucky worriedly, hoping he could handle what Zemo would throw at him.

Meanwhile, Karli visited with someone very close to her, who was extremely sick and close to dying.
