Safe in the town it was time for another training lesson. After Kakashi explained that Zabuza was in deed still alive, and he can barely stand, it was clear they needed more training, so that's exactly what they are doing. What type of training? Something Lauren can't do; the way everyone else can and is suppose to at least. Walking straight up a tree. How? With chakura.

Chakura is equivalent to magic energy for Lauren, still it's different. Chakura is the elemental life energy a ninja uses in jutsu, it's the source of all there power. It has to forms, physical which exists in all the cells in the entire body, all working together, and spiritual energy the primal source of power which is intensified through training and experience. The two forms but be brought our and used together in order to perform jutsu. It's all the hand signs that everyone makes when using jutsu that focus and realise the chakura.

This exercise allows them to have great control over their chakura. Something that is very important in battle.

Only challenge for Lauren is, magic energy works differently. The substance in which magic energy or power, is built is called Ethernano. It's founded in the air and wizards as well as everyone in earthland, have the power to absorb it into their bodies. Transforming ethernano to magic power into requires intense focus, meditation is the best to draw in ethernano. Every wizard has a vessel, a limit to their capacity for magic power and the amount of ethernano the can absorb. When you magic you empty your vessel but your body continues to draw in ethernano on its own. In a relatively short time your vessel will be replenished and be able to use spells again without having to do anything at all; not even mediate. There's no limit to the amount of ethernano in the air. There's more to it though, something very vital to using magic. That is the power of a wizard's feelings. It's almost impossible to use magic well without feeding off of a wizard's strongest emotions so accessing them is very important.

In order to climb a tree without using their hands, or simply walking or running up it, they need to combine physical and spiritual chakra.

Sasuke was able to make it up decently far for the first time, Naruto didn't make it up at all, and Sakura got high enough to be able to sit on a tree branch.

'Fuck. Well, there is one thing I can do.. I just hope no one notices puncture wounds in the tree.'

"Heh, you're all losers." Lauren said. 'Oh god, I'm acting like a thirteen year old. What in the world has gotten into me! I'll be twenty four in a couple of months, I can't act like a child!'

Using iron dragon slaying magic, Lauren was able to create small arrowheads on the bottom of her feet - luckily she has extra pairs of sandals.

"You haven't even started yet." Kakashi said. "I wouldn't be talking if I was you."

"Oh yeah, check this out."

Lauren got a running start and ran right up the tree, all the way to the top, then even hung upside down from one of the branches like Kakashi did early.

"What the?! How did you do that?!" Naruto said.

"It's just as Kakashi said." Lauren said making her way down. Once back on the ground she stopping using her iron dragon slayer magic and sat next to Kakashi. "I don't really know how to explain it to help you guys other wise I would really! Just give it another try, I know you brats will get it." Lauren wasn't watching she said when she called them brats. Luckily all she got was nasty glares.

"It's Kakashi Sensei and that impressive for a first timer, you didn't cheat did you?"

"How can I cheat at something like this, Kakashi."

Kakashi sighed as the girl still wouldn't listen to him, "I suppose you're right there."

That was the end of conversation for Lauren. She had her form of training to do. Sitting with her legs she held her hands intertwined - except for her middle and pointer finger, her middle fingers were pressed together straight, while her pointer finger was bent, but the pads of the two fingers still pressed together - in her lap as she had her eyes closed, meditating. She was doing her best to focus while Naruto whined every time he fell, the annoyed grunts from Sasuke - that only she can hear to do her enhanced hearing - and heaving breathing from Sakura. Every time she meditated, she was in complete silence so this was a challenge that she found to be great training.

When Kakashi looked down to her at first glance he was confused as to what she was doing making a hand sign, but at second glance he realized that wasn't a hand sign at all, but just something she does. He also wondered why she mediating, here of all places, and why. "Why are you meditating here? And why?"

"I'm training, and here to help increase my focus. I have extremely good hearing, I like to say the hearing of a dragon, they are my favorite animal after all, so meditating here really increases helps me increase my focus from all the noise they are making."

"I see. When we get back, we need to talk."

"I see, I'm getting you lunch then?"

"Yup."

"I might as well get you a new book as well since you'll need to knock me out again on the way back, unless the bridge finished by then."

"What ever helps you sleep at night."

"Sleeping on your back was pretty~ comfortable. Even with your backpack there."

Kakashi sighed dropping the conversation.
