Delia, or as most of her friends call her, Dee-dee, is playful and endlessly charming. She is a joy to be around and lights up the room with her presence.

She loves her older sister with all her heart, and has endless respect and admiration for her, often bragging about her sister anytime that she can.  She would go to the ends of the earth to defend her and hates anyone who is on her sisters bad side.

Delia can sometimes be blatantly dismissive of authority figures.  She just.. simply doesn't care if she gets in trouble or not, though, since her sister gets disappointed, she always tries not to.  She plays by her own moral code, not by the stupid rules of the school.

Dee can be unknowingly dense when it comes to romantic advances.  She never realizes when people are flirting with her or simply being really nice. Unless you're really obvious about it, then she'd just close in on herself. She can't handle too many things at once and when she's faced with stressful or scary situations she tends to run away from them.

Delia is one of the kindest people you'd ever meet, the girl would never even hurt a fly. She's cried over every sad movie and is generally a very sensitive person, although she tries to hide it. She has a bit of a pride streak, not wanting to show people her weaknesses to anyone except for her sister.

Cordelia has a generally warm and approachable appearance, always donning a bright, encouraging smile and an open expression. People have told her that she's very easy to read, as she never tries to even hide any of her feelings from her expressions. Her hair could be described as honey blonde, though when wet it is almost dark brown.
『Likes』
•Delia's "favorite person EVER!" and role model would be her older sister. In Delia's eyes, the girl could do no wrong.

•Actually really likes fashion.  You'd never see her ugly even if she's dead.

『Backstory』
Cordelia is the younger sister of the Head of the Light House.  It's probably impossible for someone like Cordelia to grow resentful and hate her older sister for being so talented, so instead she began to admire and look up to her.  She's had an amazing childhood that shaped her into the person that she is now.  As a child, Cordelia was even more rambunctious and excited, getting into a lot of trouble for doing things she wasn't supposed to and being too pushy with the other children.  She grew out of this, mostly, sometimes she can get too riled up, and forget to be considerate of others' feelings.
