•PERSONALITY•
Delia, or as most of her friends call her, Dee-dee, is playful and endlessly charming. She is a joy to be around and lights up the room with her presence.
Cordelia is loyal to her friends and would go to the ends of the world to defend each and every one of them, especially The Queen, who she looks up to and admires.
Cordelia is blatantly dismissive of authority figures.  She just simply doesn't care if she gets in trouble or not.  She plays by her own moral code, and usually rules go against that. 
Dee is the princess of coyness; with her wide eyed smiles, cute giggles, and batting eyelashes, it's hard to believe she is anything but innocent, and yet all this is just a farce, her own little way of flirting. 
She may act like your typical spoiled little rich girl, but Cordelia has a good head on her shoulders, there's an intelligent glint in those eyes of her, one that even she cannot mask under a pretense of the "dumb blonde" stereotype.
To her girl friends and anyone really, Dee can be quite the tease, "Oh..? Was I in your personal space? I'm so sorry!" But you know she really doesn't mean that.  She does it secretly and with an innocent enough face that she could fool most teachers that she's simply being friendly.
Cordelia is known to sometimes be the most spiteful and most unforgiving. She could and would gladly make anyone's life a living hell. Once you've been written in her black list, there is no chance of getting out. She holds long grudges that could possibly even last a life time.
Despite being The Queen's self proclaimed best friend, Delia is actually quite nice. This is a side of her that no one really expects. She loves to help people, and never actively hurts anyone unless they hurt the ones she cares for. She loves bragging about The Queen, and most of the time the only thing you would hear from her lips are complements. Sometimes she can get too riled up and say things that she doesn't mean, or forget to take others feelings into account, but this happens so rarely that when it happens it's usually brushed over.
•LIKES•
•She loves to party! Something about the close bodies, the atmosphere, and the thrill that she can't help but love.
•She's The Queen's self proclaimed follower, so while she doesn't like whenever The Queen gets mean, she will forever stand by her.
•She really loves fashion, and would've become a designer if she wasn't a Cupid. You would even find a few of her dress ideas scattered around her room.
•She likes owls, bananas, the color yellow, green tea, any candy that stains her lips, and the number five. I know, they're really weird and random, but those are just a few of her random interests.
•DISLIKES•
•Despite loving owls, she actually hates most birds as she finds them annoying and loud.
•She doesn't like going swimming.
•She doesn't like talking to the shy group because she never knows what to talk about.
•She doesn't like people with lots of tattoos, a few tiny ones are fine, but those with sleeves just make her kind of intimidated.
•SHORT BACKSTORY•
Cordelia came from a very supportive family, she never once felt that she was out of place or unloved in her household. She had an older sister who she was very close to, and though she loved her mother she was definitely a daddy's girl. Their family was almost picture perfect if it wasn't for the fact that Cordelia's sister cut herself off after she left for college. Cordelia never understood why, but she knew that nothing she could do would bring her older sister back, and just accepted it.
