Written Appearance
Cyder is a slim boy with soft, pale skin.  He has central heterochromia, which means that the inside part of his eyes is different from the outside.  In his case, he has a combination of a dark, deep ocean blue inside, and a hazy, almost grayish light blue outside.  It's as if his eyes are a gradient.  His hair is a light purple with white undertones, falling slightly above his eyes and touching the nape of his neck in the back.  Many people have described his hair to be fluffy and infinitely soft, like clouds.  He's rather short for his age, standing at barely 5 feet, but it just adds to his image.
Personality
Cyder, despite being very silent, is actually quite expressive.  He is never seen without a small hand held notepad, in fact, he even has a built in pocket in the inside of his sweater, which is the perfect size for said notepad. Cyder has a horrible stutter, so instead uses his notepad to communicate properly. His brain runs ten thousand miles a minute, bursting with new ideas, new theories.  From what his notepad and his expressions have told us, Cyder is a very gentle person, he hates it whenever people talk about violence or curse.  When he's not in the mood for talking, which is more common than you would think, Cyder could be seen drawing on his notepad or writing little poems and stories.
Likes
As said earlier, Cyder enjoys poetry and drawing, he has a soft spot for any of the fine arts really.  He's a huge dog lover.  He loves card games but is actually /horrible/ at them.  It's almost a given that he likes sweets and pastries. He likes pastels, as shown from his outfits, but prefers monotone colors and faded colors.  He loves drawing the sun as his favorite color is yellow. 
Dislikes
He hates it whenever people go into his personal space.  Also really hates his work (poetry and drawings) being made fun of.  Of course, he isn't keen towards violence, which makes him close to Mira.
Fears
His greatest fear is being worthless, he's always felt lesser than the others, but to be convinced that he is truly worth nothing would completely break him. His worst flaw, I would think, is the fact that he really does not trust anyone easily.  Like, you could sacrifice yourself for him and lose two limbs and he still wouldn't trust you.  As a teenager, his emotional control isn't the best, he can go from calm and collected to panicking in mere seconds.
Strengths
I'd say most of his strengths would be more mental than physical, he's very observant, and is very thoughtful in a way that he thinks things through thoroughly.
Weaknesses
He's physically unfit, he doesn't have much stamina and can hardly hold himself up in a fight. 
The more telepathic links open at a time, the more migraines he will have.
Talent
I'd say his talent is drawing, poetry? Not so much, he simply does it as a past time and as a sort of.. well.. it helps him calm down.  Now drawing is where he gets good.  He has amazing memory as well.
Backstory
Cyder has never been a fan of keeping things hidden, which means that everything written in the backstory, most likely the whole organization would know.

Let's start this story from chapter one. Cyder was born inside a loving family of five. His mother, his father, his older brother, and his grandparents. At first, they didn't think anything was wrong. He learned to speak much later, but they still loved him.

It was when he was ten and his older brother had passed away of a brain tumor that his powers started manifesting, it started with just his hair color and eye color shifting to what they are now.  His parents, fearing for their own life (as they belief that it was Cyder that prompted the death of their beloved older son), quickly left Cyder with his grandparents, who died of old age. 

Blue, his older brother, then revealed in a letter that he left for Cyder he was an Abnormal himself, and that he was on par with a certain organization that would love to have Cyder by their side.

Main Powers
Telepathic Links: Cyder is in possession of a power which he has named telepathic links.  Like the name suggests, once he's made a link with a person, he would be able to speak with them and them towards him within the confinement's of their thoughts.  But only if he opens the link.  The link is signified by a tattoo on the wrist that only people with said Link would be able to see.  This has become somewhat of a password between Organization members that they would have the marking shown beneath this.

Now, Cyder's real power, which is the reason why he has such a useful power such as telepathic links, is that his way of attacking is purely in the mental realm. The way that Cyder attacks is that he can cause splitting pain to erupt in a targets mind, which side effects' are dizziness and temporary blindness.  Sometimes it can become so severe that the target would lose consciousness or die (but for the sake of the roleplay, the dying part is mostly banned). 

Should you open the mind of a targeted person, it would reveal that what Cyder is doing is actually causing very specific nerves in the brain to snap or become deprived of oxygen, resulting in the death of the being.
