But now, for round 4 - 1.

This round, we challenge you to write a Christmassy science fiction story featuring a spunky heroine. 

True, that's the theme of the Tevun Krus Holiday issue this year. Since Ooorah is the sponsor profile for this round, your story will be featured in this issue, if you are happy to allow us to do so.

Also, if you already submitted a story for the issue, please feel free to resubmit it here (and enjoy two weeks of SmackDown holiday) — or, if you feel inspired, add a whole new story on top.

Your story must qualify as science fiction for this round and be written in English. It can be as long as you like, but please keep it a short story (normally under 5000 words).

The deadline for Round 4 - 1 is Saturday, December 14th 2024.
