A few more days of fighting and preparation for the big day passed, and now is my time to shine. Our army of more than 200 Killjoys met up in front of the diner, and we took time to talk, know one another, and tell our stories. Our "main seven" stood in the middle of the circle that the rest had formed after telling our stories. They held hands with one another, taking deep breaths in and out.

Poison began a speech, as the rest of us in the middle listened and backed them up, also jumping in. "This is our time to fight all together. No more dilly-dallying, no more fighting alone. It's time to be serious today. We are going to win this war!!!" Poison exclaimed.
          This was followed by cheers, then by Kobes and I joining in with our hands together and up in the air. "Who wants to love with no limit!?" asked Kobes to everyone.
          More cheers, claps, and "yeah!"'s. I looked at Kobes's adorable face and we agreed to do the thing we were both thinking. The official declaration to the world of our love. He grabbed my waist, I wrapped my arms around his neck, and we kissed. Even more cheers, claps, and "aww"'s followed. "You should get married!" yelled one Killjoy (I couldn't catch their name).
          "Slow down!" Kobes and I simultaneously yelled back with laughs.
          "Anyway," continued Poison, "Will we let them take us alive?"
          "NO!" everyone answered.
          "Will they take away what makes us special!?" asked Ghoul.
          "NO!"
          "Are we going to stand by and let these things happen to our friends!?" asked Kobes.
          "NO!"
          "Will we wait another second!?" asked Jet.
          "NO!"
          "What do we have to lose!?" asked Kid.
          "NOTHING!"
          "Are we gonna fuck around this time!?" asked Rainbow.
          "NO!"
          "And will we stop for anything until we win!?" I asked.
          "NO!"

And then the march. Every one of us in our army got into our vehicles to drive to the front of BLI HQ, those of us not driving holding up the signs. Poison drove Ghoul, Jet, and Kid in the Trans Am, Kobes drove me on his motorbike, and Rainbow drove herself after attaching her signs to her motorbike handles. Those of us who were driving led the chants, as Show Pony followed on their rollerskates with the stereo blasting loud music.
          Then we finally reached BLI HQ. Scarecrows were guarding the building as usual, but this time I could see right through them. They were all doing their usual jobs right but I noticed now that they were just pretending to be shallow and emotionless. A few of them were shaking while aiming their guns at us. Some even dropped them.
          The chants continued, though, and a large mass of Killjoys walked into the building while some of us, including our team. A few of the former Scarecrows ripped their "robot" faces off, and revealed themselves to be real people. Human beings with emotions and personalities. There was something beautiful but also sad about it. I still remained wary around them, because you never know what ploy they could have up their sleeves, but they might not, either.

Anyways, we stormed the building with the army and former Scarecrows that turned to our side. From there, we split up to attack from all wards. I stuck with Kobes, while Rainbow joined Ghoul and Jet, then Kid stayed with Poison. Kobes kept a walkie-talkie with him to communicate with the rest of our team, and would even do so while fighting off bad guys.
          I took after Kobes's advice to hand-fight every bad guy we came across, chanting our chants as we succeeded. After every hallway, we just kept going. And I couldn't stop. I didn't want to stop until we won.

Soon enough, we came across my parents and Korse... but my parents were arguing with each other while Korse looked visibly... sad? Not like him. Or maybe it is like him, who knows. This was where we met up with the rest of our team, Poison holding Kid's hand. Ghoul did a quick surprise attack on a couple of Dracs then joined us, surprised at the sight of my arguing parents. As I fought more, I listened into the argument:
          "Why did you let all of our workers run free and join the other side!? Why did YOU join the other side!?" asked Dad.
          Mom yelled back at him, "Because I'm done living under your control!"
          "Well we better win against this atrocity! They stormed our workplace and are coming to indoctrinate them and you just don't care!?"
          "No, I don't care! You forced me to hurt our daughter and you forced me to almost kill her; I was doing everything only to please you for the time being. I'm done!"
          That's when I turned around and walked over to Mom, Kobes holding my hand in support. Mom turned to me and gave a look of sympathy. "It was you, when you just led them all in here to stand up for what's right, who inspired me to finally get out. I ain't got no time to pretend anymore."

I looked at the rest of the team, confused. I then turned back to Mom. "What is going on? Why are you suddenly defending me?"
          "I'll tell you why in a little bit, honey," she said. "Let's finish off the company first." She then went on to join our side by shooting down some Scarecrows that came across us. Then she gave Dad the side eye.
          Then I heard Poison gasp after an awkward silence, as if remembering something. "Destroya!" they shouted.
          "What about Destroya!?" shouted Jet.
          "It's back in the desert!" Poison answered.
          "What's Destroya?" I asked them.
