Daniel: 30 September 1997 the day Maxy was born in Belgium. Fun fact: Max never lived in the Netherlands.

Daniel: Jos was still driving in Formula One, so Max was in the paddock a lot. He always says it was one big playground.

Daniel: Max start karting in 2005 as a 7-year-old boy. He wins the Belgium championship. Next year he also wins the championship by winning all 22 races. In 2007, he also wins the Belgium championship and the Dutch one AND the Benelux one. Just to annoy all the other kids, no other reason, Max wins all those championships in 2008 and 2009.

Daniel: In 2010 12-year-old Max started to kart international. In 2010 he won 4 and came second 2 times. 2011 wasn't that successful, but he managed to win the euro series. Even in 2012 he had some incredible achievement we have to talk about the greatest meme ever, the inchident. 2013 was again very successful for Max. He won 6 series that year. He won two European championships.

Daniel: In 2018 something happened that changed our lives. After Baku Horner forced us to talk. He locked us up in the same room and we couldn't leave till we made up. That is when I knew I had to switch to a different team.

Daniel: Abu Dhabi 2019. Max get second in the race and he finished 3 in the championship. He showed up drunk that night. He first gave me a whole speech about why Hulk is the worst, then about why I am the worst and then he just kissed me. That night we started dating.

Daniel: There are so many things why I fall in love with you. The moment you won the championship and I was so proud of you. I thought I would be jealous 
but I did not. I knew then for sure that you are my soulmate. For some reason I can't say this enoug; I am proud of you and I love you so much.

I wrote this before the news....... I am going to write something but I don't think I have the strength yet to do so. I am just hoping he get a seat and we don't have to goodbye. I don't know if I could handle Seb and Daniel leaving the sport.
