Chapter 2: The Size-Replicating Monsters

General Militarizer is still in his jet. He decided to communicate with Professor Aluminum's robot assistant and theirs as well, Kinger Myung.

"Kinger, dear robot. Please save my teammates. Unleash the size-replicating monsters. There's four of them, right? Get them in each of the places these powered kids are in." General Militarizer ordered Kinger.

"Ah, sir. I could really do that, but the only thing is, these size-replicating monsters..they can't be teleported, due to their components. In fact, they may be even too slow for that matter." Kinger replied.

"Okay, sure. Just get them here in Buckingham Palace. Use also your three drones to teleport the three others going there. I want to see the four of them suffer altogether there. We might get victory. In fact, since they do not know each other yet, it might cause arguments between them as they try to fight. I came to believe that one of the best tactics that I have ever learned myself is that the best time to attack your enemies when they are all in doubts. And making them meet each other will give them doubts." General Militarizer said.

"Aye, sir! On it!"

Kinger did what General Militarizer told him to do.

Meanwhile, Rumby Knight and Agent NC split up to try finding General Militarizer.

"Where did he go? Is he a coward? I thought he's supposed to be a brave man!" Rumby Knight said.

"I'm still looking, still looking! This tracking device of mine is losing signal ever since he attacked us here!" Agent NC replied, while keep trying to track General Militarizer through his tracking device.

They waited for the tracking device to work, until it finally did.

"Okay, finally. I got him. He's somewhere in the sky. Right..DAMN! I just lost signal again!" Agent NC said about what he has tracked of General Militarizer.

"Um, sir. How about we just split up to find him? We can't really rely on this one. Time is running out. Have you remembered the direction, or anything by the few seconds of your tracking device?" Rumby Knight suggested.

"Yeah, I do. And that's what I've been thinking about too. You go left, I go right! Go! Now!" Agent NC immediately replied.

The two then split up. Rumby Knight headed left, while Agent NC headed right.

On the other hand, Nechro-logy continued electrocuting Professor Aluminum.

"Look, I can't take it anymore..please have mercy on me! Trust me, if you free me from here, I'll be in no state or shape to fight you. I'll no longer take it! You are a good guy, right? Have mercy!" Professor Aluminum begged.

"You sound a little sincere. But, no. The criminals who killed my parents sound like you. They only pretended to be sincere at first, but they really intend to kill my parents. Sorry. Let me think about it first. I might believe a bit that criminals deserve no mercy. And you? You are a worse criminal than the regular criminals, since you abuse the use of science, you use it for evil, for dominating the world!" Nechro-logy replied.

Soon, two drones arrived. One drone teleported Professor Aluminum somewhere, while the other drone teleported Nech-rology somewhere else.

At the same time happening was the battle between Dragon Wrestler and Vehicle Shifter wherein Dragon Wrestler has the upperhand.

Dragon Wrestler just keep destroying Vehicle Shifter's vehicle bodies, which keeps weakening him. It suddenly came to the point Vehicle Shifter was forced to stop and give up. His body, due to his pain and condition was forced to transform back to normal, human form. Most of his bones are now broken, he already has several wounds and bruises, and his clothes are completely dirty and are slightly destroyed.

"Ha! So you gave up already that fast? Wow! For someone who at first boasts how strong he is, you are way quick to be defeated. You are an easy opponent, you know that! I wish you will be stronger next time. I won't kill you yet, because I want a better match next time wherein it will be more fun, since you are stronger. Such a weakling! Anyway, I hope you liked the showdown between you and me, the one and only Dragon Wrestler!" Dragon Wrestler told the beaten up Vehicle Shifter.

"Oh, y-you will s-see. Y-you're right. N-next t-t-time. I'll show how s-stronger I....am. You...w-w-will...s-ssss...see." Vehicle Shifter stammered, while suffering the pain.

Vehicle Shifter's eyes closed already, and he stopped moving. However, he is still alive. He is just knocked out.

Dragon Wrestler grinned, seeing his victory.

Two drones reached their area, which teleported each one of them in two different places.

Lastly, Breakneck continued to run around Laser Man, even if Laser Man's laser body is already weakened and powered down.

"Wooh-uh! You want more? Just pick, bruh! Two choices. One is, have time to watch TV with me or just have friendly conversations with me about fun things. And second, is I continue doing this to you. Come on, man! Just pick the first choice, we'll have fun together instead of fighting! Stop dominating the world! We could just be friends, right?!" Breakneck told Laser Man, as he continued running around him relentlessly.

"No..ya' can't jus' make me give up and fall unto dat' easily. I won't yield that yet, youngstah'! I will still try to beat ya'!" Laser Man said, even though he is having a hard time fighting back.

Breakneck continued running and running around Laser Man, without noticing two drones in the sky that are ready to teleport him and Laser Man away.

The first drone teleported Laser Man going back to their base. The second drone teleported Breakneck going to the area of Buckingham Palace in Westminster.

He continued running around in a circle, without noticing the change of place. At the same time, Nechro-logy and Dragon Wrestler met each other, as they both teleported at the same time and same place.

"Um. I think I just got teleported here. I saw a..drone. It must have did it. And it must have been Professor Aluminum's work. And this place..this is in Westminster, right? The Buckingham Palace!" Nechro-logy said.

"What? What are you saying? I don't understand! And who are you supposed to be? A weird-looking teenage engineer with goggles, metallic gloves, boots, with a jetpack and..well, a lot of things, let's just say technology, so to be straight to the point, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?" Dragon Wrestler asked Nechrology, upon hearing him.

"Oh! Let me introduce myself. I'm Calum Necrolie Portendorfer, you can call me Nechro-logy. It's my alias, since I got superpowers myself, all by my technology! I'm from here, London, too, but not in Westminster. I was originally from North Ireland, but after the first day of summer came with the package of my parents' deaths, I moved here. Criminals killed them, if you would ask. I'm half Irish and half English. What about you? You seem to be a guy with superpowers as well. You got muscles, and your body is heating up, which is really not for a normal human. And I was saying that I was teleported here, due to a drone, while I was fighting a super villain who has superpowers too, out of his own technology like me, and was successful in the battle. It's only this..I got teleported. Were you, too?" Nechrology answered, with some questions in the end.

"Yes. I'm a guy with superpowers as well, I got super strength, I'm really super strong, believe me. I can also fly. And with rage, I heat up and get stronger. My alias is Dragon Wrestler. It fits, right? My real name is Gareth Pollux Edevane, I'm from Cardiff in Wales. I also lost my parents, but more recent than yours, for two weeks now. I'm assuming yours is only for a month. They're also killed by criminals, which I hate right now! And regarding about the teleportation, I think we were really teleported. But why? I was facing a super villain too, a boastful weak villain calling himself Vehicle Shifter. And who the hell is that weird little kid running around in a circle like us crazily? He seem to have powers, too, since he can run very fast in a circle relentlessly." Dragon Wrestler answered.

They took time to stare at Breakneck, who still doesn't stop from running.

Dragon Wrestler was about to smash the ground for him, but Nechro-logy immediately stopped him.

"Okay. I got this. Trust me, this is the safe way." Nechro-logy told him.

From his technological gloves, Nechro-logy shot taser at Breakneck's area, which caused the latter to get shocked and suddenly stop from running.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! What was that? And - WAIT A SECOND! Where am I? And how did I get in here?! A while ago, I was in Edinburg, but now -" said Breakneck.

"You are in London now, you little Scottish breakneck boy. Not in somewhere else for you to run in a circle. It looks like you have been teleported here too, like us." Dragon Wrestler replied.

"Wait, what? How did you know me? How did you know my alias? I'm Breakneck, alright? I got superpowers of super speed, that's why! How? And who are you two? You both look cool, by the way! Do you have powers too? I'm Zorb Elton MacQuoid, from Edinburg, Scotland! A proud fifteen-year old Scottish boy! Hence, I'm really glad that you immediately recognized my nationality, by my Scottish face and accent!" Breakneck immediately reacted on Dragon Wrestler's statement.

"Oh, did I? Maybe it's just a coincidence, because I know that word to mean very fast, in the dangerous way." Dragon Wrestler replied.

"And to introduce ourselves, we are-" Nechrology added, but was immediately interrupted by the bubbly Breakneck.

"I'll give you a very interesting trivia about my alias! I've been using this alias ever since I knew about this word. I was very young then. I really didn't refuse to use it all the time, since I knew how fast I am in running and how dangerous my tremendous athleticism could be. I also use it in many video games as my username. Oh! And speaking of video games, you must know that I'm a real excellent gamer! Interesting, right?" Breakneck told them.

Breakneck continued chatting with them, which only results in both Nechrology and Dragon Wrestler shaking their heads and having their face palms in exasperation.

Meanwhile, Rumby Knight continued in trying to find General Militarizer.

He kept trying, but only ended up seeing four gigantic creatures made up of goo.

"What? What in the world are these?" Rumby Knight said, as he saw the creatures.

The creatures went nearer and nearer, and he decided to fight them. Rumby Knight prepared his sword and shield.

Without fear or hesitation, he ran very fast, then used his sword to try to impale a monster. He also threw his shield to another monster.

Unfortunately, his attack was nothing to monsters. With the latter's strength, he was pushed away, sent flying far away, with his sword and shield.

He ended up at the area where Nechro-logy, Dragon Wrestler and Breakneck are at. He fell on the floor, where the three immediately saw him.

"What the hell? Who the hell is this kid?" Dragon Wrestler immediately reacted.

"He looks like a knight! Hmm. From this palace? I don't know where we are, so definitely not even this palace I do know." Breakneck added.

Rumby Knight immediately gave his reply, as Nechro-logy helped him rise.

"No time yet for introducing myself. There are four weird slimy monsters out there, I don't really know about them, but I need to stop them now and you three need to stand back, stay away. They are too dangerous! I'm the only one here who is safe against them." Rumby Knight replied.

"What? But I wanna fight them! And hello? You are just a knight to be that cocky! I got superpowers, I'm super strong, unlike you! I can fly also and heat up with rage!
Just let me fight, ya' knight!" Dragon Wrestler said.

"Yeah! The three of us have! He, Dragon Wrestler is strong. I, Breakneck is fast. And him, Nechro-logy is very intelligent, he can use his invetions in combat. Believe us! Doesn't it look obvious that we have superpowers?" Breakneck added, while having a lot of rounds of running fast heading to Rumby Knight.

Nechro-logy also showed off his technological body.

"Alright, then. The name's Rumby Knight, I got superpowers like you three. It looks like you were the three others here in United Kingdom who has superpowers aside from me I have been informed of. Okay, okay! Cut it all out, here they come! Let's work together!" Rumby Knight replied.

Before anyone could ever react, they all were stunned by seeing the monsters.

"Wait for my signal, guys. I've been a lot with my superpowers, using it to fight against some opponents, and one of the things I realized is that, the attacks take good timing too." Rumby Knight told them.

"Sure! Let's see what they got, anyway." Dragon Wrestler said, as he started heating up in rage and excitement.

"GO!" Rumby Knight told them, giving the signal to start attacking.

Breakneck, who is super fast was the first to attack. He immediately ran around one goo monster with breakneck speed.

Next was Dragon Wrestler, who was very excited to fight. He took on another goo monster. He smashed and smashed the goo monster with rage.

Nechro-logy used a technological electrocuting tentacle on the third goo monster. He was attacking long-ranged, from a far place.

Lastly, Rumby Knight attacked the last goo monster. He blasted light on it.

All of a sudden, the four boys got flabbergasted upon seeing the goo monsters multiplying into more yet tinier copies of themselves as they are hurting them.

"What the hell?" said Dragon Wrestler.

"Whoa! Cool!" Breakneck exclaimed in astonishment, but the three others stared at him with doubt. "I mean..not cool. It's just really weird. Who can explain it anyway? Science? Science is not here for us!" he continued, smiling in abash.

"Actually. Science is here. We have somebody to bring him in, and he is currently working on it." Rumby Knight replied, while pointing to Nechro-logy, who is already scanning the goo monsters using his technological goggles.

"Okay, I'm still scanning. And..there! It says here that they have the superpower of size replication. Once they get hit hard, they will replicate, make many smaller copies of themselves. They continue to get smaller and smaller, if they get hurt and hurt." Nechro-logy told them.

"Alright, genius, any plans on them? I can't think one, but maybe you can, since you understand the things about them." Rumby Knight asked Nechro-logy, while continuing to fight the goo monsters, even though they are smaller and nimbler now.

Dragon Wrestler and Breakneck continued fighting the smaller goo monsters as well, and they began to get smaller in size and more in number.

"Yeah, I got one. Just keep fighting, they'll be smaller and smaller, but while they get smaller, they get weaker. It's that simple." Nechro-logy answered Rumby Knight's question.

"Alright, that's a great plan. You heard the man, people! Let's continue fighting!" Rumby Knight replied.

Rumby Knight, Nechro-logy, Dragon Wrestler and Breakneck continued fighting the goo monsters as they become more in number, smaller in size, and nimbler. Rumby Knight used his sword and shield, but also with his blasts of light projection whenever he has enough energy. Nechro-logy continued using his electrocuting tentacles, and also used his shoulder guns to kill as many goo monsters coming nearby as possible. Dragon Wrestler was on full rage; he was able to kill a lot. Breakneck became dangerous to the goo monsters as well, using his breakneck super speed to kill many goo monsters. Breakneck was also talking a lot while fighting, childishly.

They continued fighting and fighting the goo monsters, as they continue to get smaller and weaker, until they were all finally gone.

"Alright! Are we done? Man! That was sticky! I got goo everywhere in my body! Gross, dudes!" said Breakneck, while looking at his body, fully covered in goo.

"Well. Don't speak like you're the only one! All of us are, you see? Even the long-ranged fighter, Mister Genius out here is filled with some goo. Me and knight boy are just like you, you know?! And be a man, don't be like girls who feel their own ways when it comes to these things. Face these gross things as a man, Scottish boy!" Dragon Wrestler said, while trying to remove the goo in his body.

Breakneck spun his body very fast, which caused all the goo to be immediately removed.

"Haha! An early Christmas gift of my powers! I'm squeaky clean, so good as new!" Breakneck said, seeing his body shining in sudden cleanliness.

Rumby Knight, Nechro-logy and Dragon Wrestler were amazed by what Breakneck has done to his own body. Before anyone could react, Breakneck immediately ran around over the three of them. He used his super speed to go around their bodies, and in just a few seconds, the three of them were very clean again, having the goo in their bodies removed just like Breakneck.

Now, all four of them have their bodies shining in cleanliness.

Agent NC was secretly watching them from far. He was impressed with them and also glad that they became a team in fighting.

Just then, a crowd of many people cheered at them.

The four looked at each other, then at the people. They realized that they're being praised and cheered as heroes.

"They like us! They're shouting at us! They're cheering for us! They are happy, look! We are popular! We are getting praised as heroes!" Breakneck exclaimed, with a big smile.

"Yeah, we are. I have to admit. Having that fight a while ago with you guys, filled with our teamwork was really fun. Now, we are getting the praises together." Dragon Wrestler told Rumby, Necrolie and Zorb, then suddenly smiled, not frowning anymore.

"We deserve this, guys. We did good. We really did. Although it's sad that they knew about our superpowers already, the good thing is, people knew that there are actually heroes out there always ready to defend and protect them from any evil forces to come for all of us. And that's us. Also, one more important thing is, we became a team. We worked together and succeeded. That's a good start." Rumby Knight added.

The crowd took photos and videos of them. Rumby Knight was at the middle left. Nechro-logy was at the leftmost. Dragon Wrestler was at the middle right, Breakneck was at the rightmost.

They all smiled, seeing and hearing the crowd.

On the other hand, Agent NC took the chance on taking them immediately, before anyone like reporters could make them spend a lot of time for interviews or some other things.

Agent NC used a jet, piloted it, then made it park at the area where the four heroes are standing at. The crowd went farther as they saw his jet coming.

Nechro-logy, Dragon Wrestler and Breakneck were confused and astonished of the sudden arrival of the jet. Rumby Knight, on the other hand was already familiar with the jet. He knew it was Agent NC's, and also knew that it was Agent NC all along, coming for them.

The door if the jet opened, and Agent NC slowly showed himself.

"Agent McHawkins? The director of Vigilantary?" Nechro-logy reacted, about Agent NC, who seem to have recognized the latter.

"Yeah, it's him. Hey, sir! Welcome back! I'm glad to you see around, and I hope you are as well by seeing the four of us here." Rumby Knight replied.

The crowd became quiet as Agent NC enters.

"Greetings. This is Agent NC McHawkins of Vigilantary. With all honor and pleasure, I would like to request something with these four young lads for a while. May you excuse me, because I am going to talk to them. They are heroes, and I am a man who usually talks to and manages such heroes. So, may you all please excuse me." Agent NC told the crowd.

The crowd simply nodded, and remained quiet.

"It's really obvious that they have a lot of respect for this guy, whoever he is. But I think I know him, been hearing of him a bit." Dragon Wrestler told Rumby, Necrolie and Zorb.

"Yeah, me too. He's kinda popular, specially because of being a secret agent." Breakneck replied.

"Rumby Knight. Nechro-logy. Dragon Wrestler. Breakneck. I need you four to come with me. We have a lot to talk about. Come on. There's no more time to waste here, climb on board." Agent NC said.

Rumby Knight immediately followed Agent NC, but not the three others.

Rumby immediately noticed this.

"Hey, guys! Come on! Let's go! He needs us! We're special, you know that! We got some cool superpowers to be proud of! This guy is a guy of vigilantes, and he really wants a talk with us, who are vigilantes of a different kind!" Rumby Knight told them.

"DO WE EVEN TRUST THIS GUY?" Dragon Wrestler asked angrily, having his body heated a bit already.

"Okay. Sorry, I guess, it's good to come with him now. I just feel the same way as Dragon felt, not trusting him. But since you know him and it seems many people trust him, I'll go. Come on, Break." Nechro-logy replied to Rumby.

Necrolie and Zorb followed Rumby in climbing Agent NC's jet, with only Dragon Wrestler remaining.

"Well, another question is... DO WE EVEN TRUST EACH OTHER?" Dragon Wrestler asked angrily again.

"Come on, man! Just come! There's nothing wrong and there really won't be." Rumby Knight told Dragon Wrestler.

"Sorry, you guys. I really don't trust you. I really really really don't trust anyone but myself in this world!" Dragon Wrestler replied.

"Alright, this is a waste. I ain't got time for a waste here. Breakneck, I need you to-" Agent NC spoke about what is happening, while preparing a technological gun from his vest's pocket, but was interrupted of Breakneck's immediate move.

"Consider it done, sir!" Breakneck immediately said, with Dragon Wrestler inside the jet with them already.

"Okay, then. We're all settled already. Nice job, kiddo. You must be cleverer than me." Agent NC said, then immediately shot Dragon Wrestler with his technological gun while Breakneck is barely holding him in his raging state.

After the shot, Dragon Wrestler was sedated.

"I'm sorry. I ran out of control, my paranoia became too much. It has been here with me so much ever since my parents got killed by those criminals." Dragon Wrestler apologized.

Rumby, Necrolie and Zorb just looked at each other in doubt and confusion, then the three of them looked at Agent NC.

"That was AWESOME, sir!" Breakneck immediately reacted.

"What did you do to him?" Rumby Knight asked.

"And what about that amazing technological gun you used?" Nechro-logy added.

"This is for sedating him. I figured out that his mind is getting affected by paranoia too much, and this weapon could sedate anyone. Questions and other talks are to be entertained later. Let me just start the jet, get everything settled, and ensure we'll have a safe and stabled flight, alright?" Agent NC answered.

"ALRIGHT!" The four heroes answered altogether.
