Torri looked around the room uneasily. There was so much going on. Ethan was somehow sleeping. Torri always thought he was weird, and this  further confirmed her suspicion. Alice was sitting on a purple couch with a look of disbelief. Snorri looked sad, while Nicko looked stressed.
    "Er, Alice, I don't know what's happening." She stated. Alice looked up.
    "Oh! Sorry Torri. I-I don't know how to explain it." Alice but her lip. Torri glanced down at the orange tabby cat on the floor, because it got bored by the chair. She picked up the cat.
    "It looks like I have a family now." She whispered. Ulr meowed and she set him down. Torri sighed. Who were her parents?
    Alice felt terrible for Torri. She had no clue who her family was before today. Torri had no mother, so Alice sympathized with her there. Alice stood up.
    "Torri," she said, "I don't know how to start, but I-I am going to tell you about who we think your parents are." Alice looked at Torri's expression slowly change.
    "You know who my parents are?" Torri asked starry-eyed. Alice looked at her. She pushed her dark bangs out of her eyes.
     "Let's go into the library. I'll tell you there." She said. Torri bobbed her golden curls as she got up. Alice started to walk up the steps. She heard Torri behind her.

      Torri couldn't believe what Alice had his told her. So Simon Heap was her father, and Lucy Heap was her mother. The corners of her mouth started to turn upwards in a smile.
    "I-I have a... I HAVE A FAMILY!" She shouted. Everyone in the Wizard Tower could hear her, but she didn't care. She ran down the stone steps to the ExtraOrdinary rooms and shook Ethan awake.
    "Ethan! Wake up!" She cried. Ethan stirred.
    "Erm, no." He said as he opened his eyes. He instantly blushed. He tried to hide it, but failed. Torri didn't notice. She was too excited.
    "Ethan, I have a family." She breathed. Sure, it was only a speculation, but it meant everything to her.
    "Well duh. Those people over there are related to you." He retorted. Torri have him a look and slapped the back of his head.
     "I mean, Alice thinks she knows who my parents are!" She smiled. Ethan rubbed the back of his head.
     "That's awesome, Torri!" He laughed as she squeezed him. He gasped. Torri soon realized what she was doing. She watched him gasp do air for a minute. She smiled at her friend. Best birthday ever.
