I awoke once more and started to look around a bit, I didn't know how long I was out but from what I could tell it was only for about a few minutes or so. I saw blurred figures as one that was white with what looked to be orange stripes of some sort on it, walked up to me and I notice it was speaking but I still couldn't hear it, did that explosion completely make me deaf? I held my ears in pain and started to panic a bit which the bot seemed to notice and a blue light hovered over my body turning red by my ears and some of my needle punctures.

It turned for a few seconds then turned back and reached for my ear making me flinch in fear as it put something by it, and clicked a button as my ears ringed for a few minutes, then I heard beeping and a sigh was let out by the white and orange robot as it spoke, "can you hear me now little one?" He said as I nodded slowly in fear which made him sigh again, then he turned to the blue and red one from earlier and started to speak, "she'll be just fine now Optimus, the explosion that went off must have effected her hearing but that's fixed now, we just have to be careful next time something happens like that ok," he said as the bigger one he called Optimus spoke, "I am sorry Ratchet, I hadn't known a little girl would be in a place like that," he sighed as he turned to me and started to speak again "are you alright young one? What happened to you, why were you in that place?" He spoke as I just looked at him not saying a word. I mean what could I say if I could speak anyways, it's not like this is a normal thing right? It couldn't be, giant robots, that's preposterous, I thought as I hung my head in silence which seemed to confuse them.

I tried to think of a way to tell them but it was harder than you'd think. I looked up at them and started to play charades with only my hands but they didn't seem to understand what I was trying to say as the so called Ratchet looked at the so called Optimus with confused eyes and in response was given the same look back causing me to slap my face with a sigh. They both looked back at me causing me to slightly fear them as Ratchet started to talk to me, "you can't speak huh," he said as I shook my head and he continued, "ok well umm... lets see," he said turning to Optimus, "do you know if we by any chance have paper and a pencil?" He said as Optimus started looking around for such things.

He ended up finding one and handing it to me as I thought about what to put. I haven't been in school for years so my spelling probably won't be the best, but I was still educated and some of the stuff they injected me with was ment to make me smarter than a normal human child, and it worked I'm guessing since I was able to do things that were being used in colleges when I was around twelve, as I wrote that my name is Sharlet Timber and I've been in that place since I was ten and I just turned seventeen today. This seemed to shock them as a look of pity swam across their faces and Optimus spoke up, "that is awful, so what they were doing to you when I found you, they've done that over and over for years?" He said as I nodded a sad yes and he continued, "what were they even trying to do?" He asked as I shrugged to show that I didn't even know myself. I wrote on the paper wanting to know what they were as Optimus spoke up, "we are autonomous robotic organisms from the planet cybertron," which sounded kinda monotone but that was besides the point as Ratchet spoke after him, "but you can call us Autobots for short," he said as I nodded to show that I kinda understood.

I told them how I got there and other stuff, then it was quite for a few minutes until Optimus cleared his throat and spoke calmly, "well your safe now so get some rest and we'll see what to do ok," he let out a sigh as I nodded and laid down to try and rest, just then I heard the revving of engines and looked up to see a blue motorcycle with a person on it, a huge green truck, and a yellow Camaro with black racing stripes then their doors opened and kids came out surprising me as I hid from the kids on the giant bed I was laid on and watched what they were doing.
