Percy shook Harry, "Harry, you need to wake up!"

Harry sat bolt upright and looked around, he saw Percy, "Percy you need to give me Riptide!" Harry said quickly.

"What?" Percy frowned, "no way!" Despite how he trusted Harry he wouldn't give Riptide up to anyone in a battle.

"Trust me," Harry said with absolute certainty in his eyes, he offered Percy his wand, "it's the only way that we can defeat Nyx."

Percy thought for a moment, finally he gave in, he picked up Riptide from the ground next to him and passed it to Harry. Taking Harry's wand in the other hand, "you know this," he gestured to the wand, "could end with me blowing us all up."

Harry shook his head, "I trust you not to blow me up." Percy laughed and pulled Harry up, "one more thing," Harry swung Riptide, "we need to get Nyx the hell out of that darkness before we can even hope to kill her."

Together they charged into the black mass.

It wasn't an understatement to say that even when not firing arrows Percy's aim was not the best. Spells bounced all around, Nyx seemed to be the darkness itself.

She did have a form, but it appeared to be made of darkness. Luke seemed to be taking most of her attention, but he was just annoying her. Snape was firing spells at her, but she seemed to hardly notice them. Harry charged at her with Riptide hoisted.

Percy stowed Harry's wand in his back pocket and charged at Nyx. He collided with her midriff in midair. This seemed to take Nyx by surprise. She clearly hadn't expected for Percy to charge at her like that.

That was why Percy was able to push her out of the black mass, which disappeared as soon as Nyx touched it.

Percy suddenly was dazzled by the daylight and Nyx was too. That gave Luke and Snape the opportunity to grab Nyx and hold her down. Percy jumped off of her and pulled out Harry's wand. He didn't intentionally cast a spell, but a golden light exploded from the tip of the wand, just as Harry stabbed Nyx straight through where her heart should be with Riptide.

The golden light encircled Nyx, Percy had to avert his eyes as Nyx's godly form was exposed. Then suddenly the light was gone, Percy looked around to see a massive pile of golden dust, with Riptide lying on top of it.

The golden dust was already trying to reform. Then a crack opened in the ground, Percy looked around to see Hazel with her sword stabbed into the ground, a crack spreading from her all the was to the pile. The dust began to fall down the crack and then Nico stabbed his sword into the ground as well, the crack widened, and Percy smelt the acidic air of Tartarus. Reyna put her hand on Nico's shoulder, lending him her strength.

The crack closed and both Hazel and Nico fell to the ground, their strength completely gone.

The monsters began to run when they saw their mother defeated. The Athena Parthanos zapped most of them before they were even out of the valley.

Percy saw Annabeth standing smiling looking at him. He grinned and ran towards her. He swept her into his arms and kissed her, and nothing else mattered.
