It has been about...2 years for Abyss...since he had stayed inside of the world that he is in. It is now...seemingly the first of January, in the world that he has lived in, and for Abyss...he has turned 18 about a month ago. Of course, Ravel Phenex is also 18, but will turn 19 once it becomes June.

Needless to say, for Abyss...it is a very...very unique experience for him, as he had started to grow up a little bit more. As the years went by, he starts to come more and more closer to the same height as Classic!Sans, being 5'4, although he still has a long way to go. He is now at the height of 4'8, and it is one hell of a growth spurt for Abyss. Ravel Phenex, on the other hand, is only an inch taller, being 5'8, and her physical body build resembles more like Xenovia. Atla Fayon also grew in height, and surprisingly, more taller than Abyss, being at the height of 5'1, much to his annoyance and shock. Seems like the CELL Cores worked a little too well for the 2 girls.

During Abyss' stay inside of the strange world that he lives in, Abyss learned that this world, it at least, the continent that he lives in, is simply known as Teyvat. Apparently, it is similar to Earth, from some point of the ancient times. It is divided into 7 nations, and the one that he is in, is called Liyue.

Clearly, this world is rather...interesting in Abyss' eyes...but he also could not let something suspicious of himself be known. He knows that what he is, and where he came from, it must remain a secret. So...he decides that, he will only have small pieces of technology with him in his hand, so that he can continue I remember who he is, and what he is fighting for, as well as a photo of himself and Papyrus.

As he learned more about the world, he learned of its gods that exist here, as well as the species known as the Illuminated Beasts, and how they can make hybrids. But interestingly, he notices that the Illuminated Beasts, many of them are based off of creatures from Chinese mythology, though there are some differences in the creature. In fact, everything seems to be based on anything related to Chinese, including the names that people have.

Abyss, ever since the day 2 years ago, has tried to find any sort of stuff that is able to heal Papyrus from the injuries that he has. He tries to look for them...but to his dismay, he does not find any. The items can only heal through eating, or through weapons, and that does not make Abyss happy at all. And even if there are people that can heal, these are people that are unaware of what is going on with Abyss' life, and it is making Abyss extremely irritated at the lack of progress that is happening. However, despite this, he does not give up, and he even takes the time to help in his own way. If he cannot find an actual healing item for himself to use, than he will try and make one by himself. But he needs the equipment to do this for himself first. And trying to find the necessary stuff for this sort of thing is going to be difficult.

Abyss has given himself 2 types of Jobs. One of which is one that he is very good at, and it is with the jewelry. And thankfully, since there are gemstones in the world that he in, each with 7 different elements, he decides to put them to use, and use them as weaponized jewelry. However, due to the different levels of effectiveness, and the fact that the currency in this world is different compared to the currency that Abyss lives in, Abyss had to carefully and correctly set the prices in a way that fits the world that he lives in. He used the most cheap on the ones that have the least amount of use, though it is still useful in a way, to the most expensive in the ones that have immense usefulness. And because of this, he was able to get enough of the currency in this world to be able to buy the equipment that he needs in order to get some of the necessary items that he needs in order to save his brother. But there are still some stuff missing, and that is when it involves the healing items. Thankfully, Abyss is able to see that he can use the items that heal onto the stuff that he has, the one that he has bought, and right now...he has gotten bits of the magic that involves healing into capsules, and they are in mist form. But that is not enough, because he needs one more thing, and he hopes that he can get it.

The second job that he had taken is that of a mercenary job. He is hired to try and hunt down any dangerous beasts that are about to try and attack either a town or hunt down someone that he has done a crime that is very, very bad enough for death. Luckily, this also means that he is able to avoid getting innocent lives killed. And while he does not killing, he knows that he has to in order to try and help Papyrus. Ravel and Atla also helped in a way. Atla Fayon acts as the assistant for Abyss in some of the stuff that involves the jewelry, while Ravel Phenex, when it comes to the mercenary jobs, acts as his manager. And thankfully...this made Abyss' jobs easier, and he is able to get money quicker. As well as the fact that Abyss managed to make a friend in this world that he lives in.

Right now, Abyss is in his job as being a jeweler. He is looking at his desk, and began to write down the number of items that are gone, and knows he needs to get more, just enough for one last thing. As Abyss wrote it down, a knock on the door was heard, as Abyss looks up in surprise, as it is nighttime. But he knows that this is likely from his friend that needs his help, or Ravel and Atla, who had gone to try and find some of the equipments to finish what it is that he is making. Abyss thinks about what he should do for a little bit, before he made up his mind and spoke out.

"Come in."

The door opens, and the person that had came is revealed...and she is also the new friend that Abyss has made before. And needless to say, it is a surprise that Abyss is not expecting, due to the fact that she never comes to him at night, since she usually comes to him during the day.

This is Ganyu, a friend that Abyss has made about a few weeks ago, just after his 18th Birthday, and if Abyss were to believe it, they met at December 10th. And needless to say, their interactions is...interesting...to say the least. Learning about Ganyu, apparently she worked with a council and specializes on crown control, as well as the fact that she is good at fighting. Of course, Abyss knows that there is more about her then meets the eye. He can feel something odd about Ganyu, with the fact that she has horns in her head, as while Ganyu says that it is simply something that she is wearing, Abyss notices that they do not fall off, even when upside down. This made him realize that Ganyu's horns are real, and it is likely that she is more older than she looks. Who knows how old she is now's unknown.

Of course, Ganyu has noticed Abyss before, but it is unknown when she saw him. It could be back to when both he and the others have entered the world, but did not see Fatal Error, due to having teleported out of here, at least, he thinks she did not see him, but he does not know. And Ganyu admits that he is certainly strange, due to the fact that he had seen people with their own unique powers, but Abyss was just so...entirely different. She does not know why...but she seem Abyss as someone special. But Abyss does not seem to notice this, claiming that he is just some small guy. Of course, having seen, not just his job at being a jeweler, but also his job as a mercenary, Ganyu realizes that there is more to Abyss than meets the eye. He has a secret that nobody is aware of, and she needs to know more.

But Abyss, not wanting for her to notice, would try all that he can to make sure that she does now know of where he came from, more specifically, of the multiverse. He thinks that the existence will be too much for someone like her. She may have experienced some scary stuff in her life, and she may be hundreds, is not thousands of years old, but the Multiverse can be a little bit too much to handle, and he certainly does not want Ganyu to have to experience it, for it will be a disaster for her. And besides, he has no idea what will happen if Ganyu were to disappear from her world. For all Abyss would know, it will lead to her world being attacked by versions of himself, or by something worse than that, and he does not want that thing to happen. However, despite all of that, and with Ganyu's growing curiosity, both Abyss and Ganyu are very friendly to each other, and are very close. Or, as Ravel Phenex would put it, perhaps a little too close, which would mean that Ganyu would have a crush on Abyss. But Abyss does not believe it. Besides, she is extremely old to him, despite the fact that he is 18 years old, and is technically an adult. So why in the world would Ganyu would have a crush on him of all people, Abyss will never know. All he knows...is that Ganyu should not find out about the secret that Abyss has.

With Abyss, he blinks his eyes 4 times rapidly, as he than spoke out.

"Oh, Ganyu, I didn't expect for you to show up, especially at this hour. What are you doing here?"

Ganyu looks down at Abyss with a smile on her eyes, as she spoke out.

"Hello, Abyss. I was hoping if you would like to come with me and see the Qingxin Flower."

Abyss was surprised at this, as he spoke out.

"Really? You never asked that before. Usually it is for something that is of uttermost importance to me."

Abyss than stood up and jumped to the ground, before standing up in front of Ganyu, and spoke out.

"By the way, so you want this? I know you like 'em?"

Abyss spoke out, as he took out some flowers. More specifically, the flower pedals that Ganyu likes to eat a lot.

Ganyu, not hesitating, and also feeling a little embarassed, began to eat the flower pedals, and Abyss then watches her in pure amusement. He smiled a little bit, happy that Ganyu likes to have them. Apparently, Ganyu has a weird habit of liking flower pedals for some unknown reason. But whatever the reason is, it does not seem to make Abyss mind. In fact, Abyss sees that sort of thing as a little bit cute, especially if Ganyu is there, and is the one that is eating them in the end. He just hopes that Ganyu does not get unhappy at this happening before his eyes.

Once Ganyu is finished eating the flower pedals, Abyss walks up next to her, before turning to her direction and spoke out.

"Lead the way."

Ganyu nodded her head, as Ganyu began to walk outside of his shop, and Abyss began walking alongside her, as they go to the Qingxin Flower field. As they walked, they see the night sky, and it is absolutely beautiful. There is no other words to describe this, other than the fact that it looks like Abyss is in Heaven, although Abyss knows better than to say that, due to the fact that Heaven does not really look something such as this, and Heaven's much more beautiful than this night sky here. But Abyss does not brag about it and does not comment on that. Besides, Abyss thinks that if he were to say that, it would insult some unknown deity in the night sky, and it will make them a little bit pissed off. So Abyss, deciding not to say anything about the night sky, remains silent, and continues to walk with Ganyu, who has a look of absolute beauty in the night sky.

They kept on walking very calmly, until they reached their destination, and they see the Qingxin Flower field before their very eyes. And needless to say, the flowers before them added to the beauty very much. It is as though they are looking at a pool of white from the moon. And it feels as though the milk light is reflecting onto the flowers, even though that this is certainly not the case. Abyss and Ganyu looked down at the flowers, as the wind blowed against them, Ganyu's hair began to wave, and Abyss' scarf joins in, as they looked at the beauty field before them. Of course, this was not there before. Apparently, this was made a year ago, when Abyss was 17, but Abyss has not visited it yet. In fact, this is the first time Abyss visits this place. He is always busy with having to try and deal with the making of money to try and by as much stuff as he can so that he can make something that can heal his brother, and her, no matter what happened, he never seems to catch a break. But now...now he can catch a break, and he looks to see the flower field before his very eyes.

Ganyu has a smile on her face, as she goes to them, and Abyss, feeling curious of what she is about to do, comes along, as she looks at what it is that she is about to do to the flowers. As watches as Ganyu looks down and crouched at the flowers, as she spoke out.

"Aren't they beautiful, Abyss, the Qingxin Flower, especially in the form of a field?"

Abyss nodded his head at Ganyu, who than takes one and yanks it off of the ground, and she looks at it. The flowers were shown to be very beautiful. Abyss has seen beautiful flowers, but the flowers in this world are much more beautiful than from what he had seen. Abyss smiled a little bit, as he looked down back at the flower bed that is before his eyes, wandering if he should do the same thing.

"Yeah, they are beautiful. I don't know how else I can describe it."

Ganyu smiled a little bit, as she than looks down at the flowers, before she lowered it a little bit, and she than spoke out.

"Also, Abyss...there is another reason why I decided to choose this spot for us to talk to. The reason why I decided to have us walk here?"

Abyss gawked his head.

"Really, what is it?"

Abyss said, as Ganyu spoke out.

"Well...how do it say this? There is someone that is hiring a task for you at the place where you take the task of the Mercenary, and he desires to talk to you, and this means having me here as well."

This made Abyss surprised, as he than spoke out.

"Really, where is he?"

As Abyss said that, a voice spoke out to Abyss, as well as with Ganyu.

"Right here, sir."

Abyss turns to look in the direction of where it had came from, along with Ganyu, to see that there is a man here, having purple hair, but with red eyes. But the red eyes do not show that he is dangerous. In fact, he seems to be desperate to find him, as he than spoke out.

"Oh, you must be a new customer. How may I help you?"

The man than took a deep breath, and spoke out.

"Well...about that. Do you know of the Mingyun Village?"

Abyss was about to speak, but then, Ganyu spoke out to the man.

"What about it? Did something happen here?"

The man looks at Ganyu and shook his head, as he than spoke out.

"More like, something that will soon happen, as well as something that the town will need, and I need his help."

Abyss than steps forward to the man, as he spoke out to him.

"Name the task, I'll do it."

The man nodded his head, before taking a deep breath and he than spoke out to Abyss.

"Well, too put it simply, the Mingyun Village, they have been suffering from some new...problems lately. As you may have known about Mingyun Village, it has been suffering from the fact that they are struggling to survive, due to needing some new ores to help the village continuing to thrive. But recently...there has been an increase in hostile activity from many of the creature that reside in that area, as well as the fact that many of them are even attacking the villages, in which they will not last long, and because of this...they need some help in trying to get rid of them, so that the can make some new mining deposits, in order to help the village continue. But as long as there are so many of them...the village may not be able to survive in the next 2 nights."

Abyss looks up at the man before his eyes, and seeing that there is going to be more people dying if he does not do something about it. Abyss than sighed a little bit, before he than nodded his head, as he spoke out.

"Okay, I understand the situation that everyone is in. When do you want me to start, and do you want me to bring some other people with me to help clear up this scattering mess?"

The man before him nodded his head, as he than spoke out.

"You will start by the time Dawn comes, and as for who you will bring...bring 2 people with you to aid you in this mess."

Abyss looks down a little bit at the ground, before he than spoke out.

"I'll bring Ravel with me. She has a lot of power within those flames that she can make."

The man nodded his head, as he than spoke out.

"Anyone else?0

Abyss was about to speak, but than, Ganyu decides to speak out to him.

"If I may, I would like to come along with Abyss as well."

This made Abyss surprised, as he spoke out to Ganyu.

"What, Ganyu, you can't be serious."

Ganyu looks at Abyss in the eyes and spoke out.

"I will come along, Abyss. I figured you might need to some help in trying to deal with them."

Abyss than looks at Ganyu straight in the eyes, as he than spoke out to her.

"Are you sure? After all, this will make you have to skip your job."

Ganyu nodded her head, as she spoke out.

"I will. And do not worry about my position. I shall write a letter to my council in where I am going. I'm sure that they will understand."

Abyss looks up at Ganyu in the eyes, and he sighed, before he nodded his head, as he than spoke out.

"Okay, you can some king. Just hope you know what you are doing?"

Ganyu nodded, as the man spoke out.

"Excellent. I'll meet you in this same spot, sir. I shall take you to Mingyun Village, for I know how to get there quickly."

Abyss nodded, as he looked at Ganyu in the beautiful, ruby colored eyes, as Ganyu looks back, before Abyss nods, before he puts a scarf on Ganyu's back, and teleported back to the Jewlery shop, as Abyss spoke out.

"Well...I better get ready, and I need to tell Ravel about this."

Ganyu nodded, as she spoke out.

"Understandable, and I shall meet you back at the Qingxin Flower, so that we can help the village."

Abyss nodded his head, as Ganyu than turns around and leaves to her place, as Abyss than turns to look at the direction in where the Mercenary place is at. He than teleported there, and went inside of the house, and the lights are on, with Ravel Phenex present, surprising her, as she spoke out.

"Oh, Abyss, what are you doing here?"

Abyss spoke out to Ravel.

"Let's just say...a new client has given us a task."
