Sans and James looked in shock, as Salem somehow arrived at the place they're fighting in. What is she even doing here?

"You..."

Sans spoke out, as he than launched an Abyss Chain at Salem, who used her magic to make a shield in order to stop it from reaching her head. James Ironwood was surprised, but than realized that Salem and Sans are not aligned, but do have a history with each other.

"Ahh...is that anyway to greet your master?"

Salem spoke out to Sans, who than spoke out.

"You tried to force me to be your master through torturing me. I am not your servant Salem, and I never will be. I would rather die than be your servant of complete utter destruction."

Salem frowned, as clearly, he is still immensely stubborn, just as much as James Ironwood is when it involves her. As he looked at Sans...

BANG!!!!

A part of her head exploded, but it regenerated. She than looked to see James Ironwood, standing up, aiming Due Process: White at her. Looks like he has re-energized all of his aura, and now he is ready to fight back against Salem. James Ironwood looks at Salem into her Grimm eyes, as he than spoke out to her.

"I never thought, that you would appear in person, even though you always stay in the Land of Darkness."

Salem than turned to Ironwood, and she spoke out to him.

"And what makes you think that you can try and stop me on your own, James Ironwood?"

James flinched and his eyes widened with fear and frustration for a bit, as Salem stared with her glowing red eyes.

"Time isn't on your side, James. It's always been on mine. The people of Atlas have suffered enough. Surrender the Staff and the Lamp to me, and they needn't suffer any further."

Ironwood lowers his gun. After a moment, his eyes empty of emotion and lack of any shine in his eyes, becoming blank, and his voice hardens up, as if the concept of fear no longer can be found remaining in his mind.

"That's... not going to happen."

"I will never bow to you, Salem. Not in a million years, or even longer. Nor will Atlas bow to you. We will stop at nothing to make sure that you are defeated, regardless if you are immortal or not."

James spoke out, as his aura completely recharged, and his semblance, Mettle, took effect, as he stood up from the ground, and stares at Salem. But than...another voice spoke out.

"But Atlas will bow to me!"

Suddenly, a distant sound of gears and mechanics are heard from above, and all of a sudden, something came down from the sky.

It was a massive robot with wings, a gun for the right arm and a drill for the left arm.

"Oh ho ho ho ho ho!!"

Eggman's voice echoed out of the machine, as he shows up, and Iornwood was shocked, before he spoke out.

"Eggman? What is the meaning of this?!"

But Eggman simply laughed out loud, as he than spoke out to Ironwood.

"Oh...General. You really have not realized it, don't you? Don't you see? You were nothing but my puppet all of this time!"

Ironwood was shocked, as he spoke out.

"What?"

Eggman grinned as he than spoke out.

"You see...I lied. I never your ally, General. You were simply my pawn to my real goal: to rule the world in my Eggman empire. Ah Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!"

Eggman laughed manically, and James Ironwood looked in shock and rage, as Eggman had tricked him this whole time. Salem looked up, impressed with Eggman's evil, and he spoke out.

"Impressive. No one is able to match my evil like this."

Eggman spoke out.

"Why, thank you, my dear. It is not often that I get to meet someone such as you. Let's say we align and crush them, so they do not stand in the way of the both of us?"

Salem grinned, as she than spoke out.

"I could not agree more."

She than looks at both James and Sans, before she began to charge up her magic to try and attack him, and Sans got his Gaster Abyss Blaster ready, just to counter, with James getting his Cannon Component of Due Process off the ground, and activates it in order to fire, when all of a sudden...

"Oh no you don't!!!"

Suddenly, a blue blur came out of nowhere, and struck Salem, before striking Eggman, and the Blue Blur landed on the ground, revealed to be none other than Sonic the Hedgehog. Eggman snarled, as he than shouted out.

"You blasted Hedgehog!! I should have known you would have been hiding inside of this area!"

Sonic smiled, as he than spoke to the mad doctor.

"Well, than it'll be much more better than for me, since I'll be the one to take you down, just as I always have, Egghead!"

Eggma snarled, but than, he smirked, as he than spoke out to him.

"No matter. Once you're out of the way, you will not be a problem to me anymore!"

Salem smiled, as she than prepared to fire a magical blast at the 3 people that are standing before her in order to fight her, when Sans used his Gravity Magic to lift her up into the air, and slammed her into a building. But Sakem was barely phased, and she fired the blast a of magic at them. But Ironwood pulled the trigger, and the cannon countered the blast with the energy beam from the cannon. The beams exploded, and the both of them turned away from each other. Salem and Ironwood looked at each other, as Sans spoke out.

"Ironwood..."

James Ironwood looked down at Sans, as he than spoke out.

"I am very well aware how much we despise each other, but we both have a common enemy to deal with. So let's put this fit against each other aside, and deal with the both of them."

Ironwood looked down at Sans, before speaking out.

"Normally, I hate having to do this. But this time, I'll have time make an exception."

Sans nodded, and all 3 of them too kind a stance,  they got ready to fight, when  all of a sudden, a green magical blast appeared out of nowhere, and struck Salem in the chest. This made Salem look, and spoke out one word.

"You..."

Ironwood, Sonic, and Sans looked to see Ozpin and Glynda coming out of nowhere, and having now joined the battle.

Glynda, Ozpin, and James look at Salem together, as they face off against the Queen of the Grimm. Salem than spoke out.

"Ozma..."

A look of rage is present in her face, as Ozpin simply spoke out.

"Salem..."

His expression indifferent, but he is clearly not happy with having to see her attack an old friend of his. Salem snarled, but than grinned, as she than spoke out.

"No matter...I'll simply bring my army to kill you in this lonely place."

She spreads her arms, as the Grimm began to appear from the mountains. They arrived like a wave of darkness, as they prepare to go and devour the ones that are trapped inside of this town that everyone is in. But as they got closer and closer...

"...NOW!!!"

Sans shouted, as a large group of people than erupted out of nowhere, and began to fight against the Grimm.

Yang and the rest of team RWBY, JNPR, Coco, Velvet, Leone, Akame, Sheele, Mine, JNPR, Koneko, Kuroka, Atla, Fohl, and Cinder joined in trying to stop the Grimm from invading the battle that everyone's in. Amy Rose and Tails are also in the fight to try and help their friends. This made Salem enraged, as she spoke out.

"No matter. I guess we will have to deal with all of your by ourselves."

Eggman sneered, as he than spoke out.

"Nothing will get in the way of us ruling the world. We will bury you all down."

Sonic smirked, as he spoke out.

"Too bad you'll have it face against me, Eggman!"

Sonic than rushed at Eggman, as the both of them began to battle against each other on their own terms, with Salem alone dealing with Ironwood, Glynda, and Ozpin, as Sans decided to back out of the fight between all 4 of them.

Salem than fired a magical bolt at the trio. But Glynda used her semblance, Telekinesis to make a forcefield, as Ozpin and James Ironwood began to do combat against the Queen of the Grimm. Ozpin began to rapidly hit Salem with his cane at an extremely fast pace with The Long Memory,

and Ironwood began to shoot at Salem with the White Half of Due Process. But Salem than made a shockwave that forced the both of them back. Glynda than raised a bunch of sharp rocks into the air, and fired them at Salem, as she got pierced by them. But what little did they do, as Salem simply regenerated from the damage, as Ironwood came rushing forward, and punched her in the gut with his right hand, hits her with the white half of Due Process, and slammed his foot into her stomach, as she is sent flying back. Salem skidded, but Ozpin rushes forward and began to swing The Long Memory like a bat, and hits her immensely.

Glynda has a look of frustration on her face, a she gets the Grimm out of the way, but does not speak as she points at Salem with her Crop Whip, the Disciplinarian to focus and effect Salem, using her Telekinesis in order to force Salem onto the ground, hard. But Salem is not much off a quitter, as she than used her magic to turn into a black smoke, as she than landed back onto the ground, and stared at Glynda, with Ozpin standing in front of the headmistress.

Meanwhile with Sans, he is seen trying to fight off against a bunch of Grimm that is entering the area that everyone is fighting in. He used a large amount of Abyss Chains to try and bring the Grimm down as much as he could, but suddenly, he had to teleport to avoid a tentacle that did not belong to a Grimm.

"What was that?"

Sans spoke out, as he was not expecting for something such so that to happen.

As Sans began to look around in order to see had just happen...suddenly...a couple of voices spoke out.

"There-ere-ere you-ou are!"

"No running away now."

Sans turned around, and he felt overwhelmed and annoyed at what he is seeing.

Sans looks shocked at what he is seeing, and needless to say, he is not happy with what's gonna happen.

"Abyss...it has been a very long time since I had last seen you."

Nightmare spoke out, as Abyss snarled.

"Well, I hoped to never see you, considering you had tortured and tormented me back inside of your diabolical castle."

Abyss remembered Nightmare, as he tortured him in order to force Abyss to join his ranks in order to spread misery and negativity to the countless lives that existed everywhere. Now it seems that he wants to come after and deal with Abyss to force him again.

"It seems you still have no changed your mind, even after all I have done to you."

Abyss snarled...as he than spoke out.

"And I never will. You can try what you want, but I will never join you, even after a million years have past. So you can take your deal and go to hell."

Error Sans smiled, as he made a pixelated portal.

"M-Maybe thi-this-s will chan-ange your mind, Abyss."

A Blue Strings lowered down someone...and Abyss' eyes widened, as he realized that Error had done. And it was not very good.

"Delta!!!"

Abyss shouted out, as Error smiled with glee at Sans, for now being forced to fight against a friend that he knows well about. Abyss shouted out to Error.

"You are gonna pay for this, Error! I will make sure you get to have karma catch up to ya!!!"

Error simply sighed, as he than spoke out to Abyss.

"To-o-o-o bad for you-u-you, Abyss. Now...DIE BY YOUR FRIEND'S HANDS!!!!"

Abyss snarled, but than...a voice spoke out to him.

"I'll take on Nightmare, Abyss."

Abyss turned to see Cross now teleporting next to him.

"Cross!"

Abyss spoke out, as Cross stepped forward and spoke out.

"I'll deal with Nightmare. I have a score to settle against him for manipulating me. You take care of Error and free Delta, Abyss."

Abyss was surprised, but he nodded, and he faced off against Delta, as Cross than ran forward and deals with Nightmare, wanting him to pay for what he has done for manipulating me.

"So...you are here to return to my services, Cross?"

Cross snarled, as he spoke out.

"You...you lied to me. You said you would bring back my world! Instead, you used me to spread more mister and agony to everyone in all of existence."

He than took a stance, and spoke out.

"Now it's time for you to pay."

With that, he runs. With Abyss, he took a stance, as he prepares to fight off against Delta in order to free him from Error.

Delta activated his jet pack, and began to fly towards Abyss, who than spreads his wings, and began to fly to counter against the Error-controlled Delta Sans.

Delta and Abyss than began to fight, while Cross takes care of Nightmare, who he has a personal history with.

Abyss fired his Abyss Chains at Delta, who than used his Bravery Gauntlets to block and punch them away, before he attempted to try and punch Abyss with physical strength. But Abyss gets out of the way, as he than used his Abyss Crystals to make a spire, and Delta ended up hitting the spire, which did extremely little damage.

Sans than tried to attack Error, but Error simply avoided the attack, and Delta ended punching Abyss in the stomach, causing him to cough up blood, due to the attack that had came to Abyss in such a sudden way.

Abyss was shot back, as his own back was grinds against the ground, which became very painful to him.

"Sorry, Abyss."

Delta shouted out, as he cannot control his body. Abyss spat blood on the ground, as he than spoke out.

"I...it's okay, Delta. You're not in control...of yourself. Do-don't worry, buddy. I'll get you out of Error's strings soon."

He looks up, and prepares to fight off against Delta once again.

Delta punches Abyss at the chest, than kicks him, as well as spinning around, before he fired a Delta Gaster Blaster at Abyss, knocking him a b it more, and took a bunch of damage from the blaster very badly.

But Abyss stopped for a bit, and flies back to Delta, before kicking him hard in the stomach, causing him to spit out glowing orange blood, as he is kicked by such immense force. But Error is not going to stop easily, as he than forced Delta to return back. Abyss sighed, as he knows that he cannot get to Error as long as he is using Delts, while holding his soul using the blue strings that he has. So he spreads his wings, as he charged at Delta, and the 2 of them resumed combat once more, as they get ready to try and overpower the other one again.

Meanwhile with the large battle between Salem and the Huntresses, as well as some of the members of Night Raid, are doing all that they can for the endless horde of Grimm that are attacking the area that everyone is in. But 2 of them, such as Cinder and Ruby, decider to go fight Salem.

Cinder Fall and James Ironwood skidded back from the force of power that Salem had. Cinder rushed forward, and grabbed Salem by the head, as she than used her Semblance, Scorching Caress on her, as Salem shrieks in agony. But Salem than grabbed Cinder by the throat, and throws her away, only for James Ironwood to come rushing forward and began to do combat against Salem once again, as Ozpin comes back again. He fired Due Process: Black at Salem, who is than knocked back by the power of the Gravity Dust bullet, before he than fired Due Process: White at Salem, who is than shot in the head again, exploding it, before the head then regenerated from the blast.

Ruby than rushed forward, as she than began to slice and shoot at Salem with as much of her speed as she could. Salem tried to react, but Ruby is now simply too fast with the use of her Petal Burst. She than sliced Salem in half, but Salem reattached her body in an instant. She than fired a magical blast at Ruby, but little Red Riding Hood used her Silver Eyes power on Salem, which than burned her badly. Than, Ozpin rushed towards and began to do combat against at her, as Ozpin spoke out to her.

"It seems you are still vile, even after you had killed all four of our daughters back in the long distant past."

This made Salem extremely furious, as she than shouted back.

"DON'T YOU DARE MENTION THEM TO ME!!!"

She than fired another magical blast, and made lightning come down. But Ozpin moved out of the way. James Ironwood launched a punch at Salem's face, as he than grabbed her by the neck, and threw her to Glynda, who uses her Telekinesis to throw her into a building, burying her there. Salem than busted out of the pile of rubble, as she snarled at what they had done to her, before she resumed combat against the foolish huntsmen and the pathetic huntresses that dare try to go out and fight her. She will make them pay dearly.

Sonic smirks, as he speeds up towards the Egg Dragoon. He has faced this machine before back on his Earth, and now...he is not afraid to go against it once again. After all...it will be fun that he gets to have a chance to do this to him and humiliate his enemy again.

Sans dodged one of the drill missiles that the Egg Dragoon tried to fire at him, and needless to say, Eggman is not happy that he had missed attacking Sonic. But Sonic...to him, it is a joy to irritate Eggman so much, as he began to attack the Egg Dragoon a bunch of times. Eggman tried to use the right arm in order to blast Sonic. But Sonic got out of the way, ran up a wall of a building, and hits the core of the Egg Dragoon, which damaged the machine a bit.

Eggman tried to fire another large drill at Sonic, but Sonic simply ran onto it to avoid it. He tries to fire dark purple energy from the right arm after spreading it out, but Sonic was able to avoid it before he could get hit by the blast.

"Give it up, Eggman! I'm gonna bring it to the junk yard!!"

Eggman spoke out.

"I"ll give it up when I am finally through with you!!!"

He than fired a blast of energy at Sonic, who than jumped, and goes onto a metal rail that is somehow in the air. Sonic grinds into the rail, as he than got close enough to the cockpit. He than jumped into the air, and began to strike at it with his homing attack. But Eggman defended with his right arm, blocking Sonic's attack, and forcing him back onto the ground, forcing Sonic to run again.

This got immensely annoying for Sonic, but than looked to see some of his friends fighting Salem. This made him smile, as he than began to run to where Salem is at, something Eggman did not catch on at.

"Hey!! Where are you going!!!

Eggman shouted, as he began to chase Sonic in his Egg Dragoon. But this is what Sonic wanted from Eggman. As soon as they got close enough, Sonic began to run around the Egg Dragoon, before going up into the air, and shouted out.

"Sonic...Wind!!!

The Blur Burst of energy erupted from Sonic's hands, and the Egg Dragoon had no time to react. When it got hit...it got immensely damaged, as it is about to fall apart.

"No!!! No!!!"

The Egg Dragoon began to malfunction, and Eggman tried to get it out of Salem's way. But it was too late. The machine shattered and fell apart, right on top of Salem, as Eggman got buried underneath the rubble of scrap metal and machinery too.

Sonic landed on the ground, as he sees the machine broken down. But as he did...all of a sudden...large amounts of purple and black smoke came out of the robot, and Sonic took a step back, as he realized what this mist.

"Is that what I think it is?"

The mist than entered Sonic, which caused the Hedgehog a little bit of discomfort, but he was able to hold himself and not get taken over by the pain. After it was done...Sonic looks dow at himself, as he spoke out.

"How does Eggman still have it? I thought he was sealed back inside."

Sonic spoke out, as he wondered about the black and purple mist. But there is no time to think about it. Now...he needs to get back with the others. He runs full speed ahead, and began the make short work of the Grimm that had appeared in the area.

Abyss launched an Abyss Chain at Nightmare, who had wrapped his leg with his tentacles, in order to try making sure he isn't gonna be captured again. He than jumps away, as Cross landed beside him. Nightmare began to laugh, as he than shouted out to Sans.

"Give it up, Abyss!! You cannot win against the both of us, and you cannot free Delta. Surrender yourself to me...and we may let him go."

But Abyss knew better than that, as he heard the keyword...'may', in that sentence. All this did...is convince him to use another trick of his own.

"I've got a better idea."

Abyss than clenched his fist, as he closed his eyes...while focusing on his Evolution powers. After a little bit...he opened them, and transformed.

Once again, Sans activated his Evo-Cell Phase 2 form. He charges at Error and claws him at the chest, agonizing him badly, before kicking him far away.

"Wooo!!! You go, Abyss!!!"

Delta shouted, as he turns around to Nightmare, and does something that Nightmare was not expecting for Abyss to even do to him.

Sans than fired a beam of energy from his mouth, as he blasted Nightmare badly. This knocked Nightmare extremely far away, and Cross looked at Abyss, and spoke out to Cross using his telepathy.

'Okay, Cross. Now I have given the both of us the time to fight Error. So here's what we'll do. You'll face off against Delta, and I'll be the one that faces Error. Maybe he'll have much tougher time controlling Delta, due to me facing him."

Cross nodded, as he spoke out.

"Good idea."

Delta than launched himself at Abyss, but Cross teleported out of the way, and swung his sword with all of his might, forcing Delta to grab onto the sharp part of the blade, and protect himself...again.

"So...round 2, huh?"

Delta said, as Cross nodded.

"This is the second time we fight...only this time, our roles have been completely switched. You are now the bad guy, and I am the one that is good here."

Delta chucked, as he spoke out.

"Well...can't disagree on that. After all, you once worked with Nightmare, now it is my turn to be controlled, only, against my will this time instead of convinced."

Cross sighed and nodded, clearly not happy with this. But nevertheless, compared to Abyss, who is a magical fighter, Cross is both a combination of a Magical fighter, and that is a Close-Combat fighter.

Now it was Cross vs Delta. As they have fight before when Abyss was working with Error.

Cross and Delta clash with their weapons, as Cross spins his Hack KNIFE at Delta. But he counters with blocks and punches, as he tries to avoid getting cut by that knife. Cross than lifts Delta up with Telekinesis, but Delta, controlled by Error, fired a Delta Gaster Blaster, forcing Cross to jump back, and avoiding getting hit by it.

He fired a Cross Gaster Blaster at Delta, while Delta fired a beam from his mouth, as both attacks clashed.

At the exact same time...Error and Abyss are firing their own Gaster Blasters at each other, as they try to do what they could in order to overpower the other. They used all of their strength through one Gaster Blaster of their own. But even that is not enough. They need more of them.

Error and Abyss fired more Gaster Blasters, and fired them at each other. The intensity of their powers are so immense, the ground began to shake, and a powerful blinding explosion than took place, as the whole area turned white.

Ozpin immediately made a forcefield to protect everyone from the power of the blinding shockwave. Everyone covered their eyes, as they do not want to see the blinding light. But as the light continued to grow brighter...suddenly...it died down. They looked, and they saw Abyss Sans, looking immensely tired from the fight. But he is still very okay in spite of it. And Error...he is gone, as a pixelated portal was shown briefly behind where he once stood, before it than closed. Looks like Error had been taken care of. But Nightmare...

"Ghhhhhh..."

Abyss looked and sees Nightmare coming towards Abyss, with wrathful intent inside of his eyes.

"You have been nothing but a thorn on my side for far too long. This time...I will make sure you join me, by force."

But Abyss closed, and Nightmare looked annoyed, before speaking out.

"Not this time."

He opened his eyes...as his left scarf began to rise up, and turn into something akin to a small tree with branches. After it rose up, Abyss...opened his eyes...and they have changed. It was not all grey, with reptilian looking eyes, and a very blank stare, as he looks at Nightmare's left eye.

Now Abyss...actives his Phase 1 form, and needless to say, Nightmare is in trouble. As soon as Nightmare began to look...he can hear them. Voices, memories, of his dear brother...Dream...who he despise so much.

"Stop..."

Nightmare spoke out...as he held his head, and fell down to his knees. But Abyss kept on staring, as Nightmare spoke out again.

"S-Stop it!!"

He sounded strained and hurt. It is obvious that he cannot take the power of what he is doing. And unfortunately for Abyss...neither can he handle the strain of what he is doing to himself, through the use of his own power. Abyss fell down to his knees, tears leaking out of his own eyes as he kept on staring at Nightmare, while Nightmare goes onto his own knees, the black liquid leaving his body...as his real appearance is revealed to those witnessing the fight. And needless to say...everyone became shocked at what they are seeing before their eyes.

"That's...that's Sans' face!"

Yang shouted out with shock present. Everyone was shocked, as they cannot believe that they are seeing. But Sonic...for some reason...he felt like he's seen this before. But than everyone realize that Error had that as well. He too also has Sans' face. And because of this, everyone present has the same question they all desire to know.

Why does Error and Nightmare...why do they have Sans' face?

"Hey, Sans!! You okay, buddy?!"

Sonic shouted out to Abyss. But it is as though Abyss can't hear him, as he is still on his knees, and his face looks as though it is in an expression that shows Abyss' in unbearable amount of pain.

Abyss than held onto his heart, as if he is about to experience a heart attack, and before it could continue on, Cinder immediately stepped in, and covered Abyss' eyes, stopping him from using whatever power he did. As he did so, Nightmare fell backwards, but Error caught Nightmare by the head. Both Eggman and Salem also was shown behind Error and Nightmare, as Salem grabbed Error by his shoulder, and they turned into a trail of black smoke, as they began to fly away to the Land of Darkness so they'll retreat and plan on how to make their enemies pay dearly.

Cinder sighed, as she puts Sans' head into her lap, and used her Semblance, Scorching Caress, in order to help Abyss soothe his mind of what he had just done to Nightmare.

"What...what was that?"

Amy Rose spoke out, as Nora spoke out.

"What is that? Did Sans have brothers or something?"

Ren slapped his head, and spoke out.

"No. This is different. To different, in fact. It is completely unlike anything we've seen."

James Ironwood looks down at Sans, and puts his hand on his beard, as he began to think of something, as he remember the fight Abyss was involved against those 2 lookalikes.

"Hmmm...obviously...Sans knows something that we don't know yet. After all...they do seem to have some history with each other. And what I found strange...is that the one with the Blue Strings...he somehow has a Gaster Blaster, even though the Sans we have also has one himself."

As James said that, another voice spoke out.

"You're right. Cause you haven't seen anything yet!"

The group tuned around to see Delta and Cross, their faces revealed...and the 2 of them also have Sans' face, with some differences. Namely...the markings on their faces, as well as the different colors of their eyes. This shocked them again, as they have not actually seen these 2 during Abyss' fight. Ruby and Blake were also shocked that Cross actually does look like Sans. But how is this even possible.

"Why do you both look like Sans?"

Ozpin later spoke out, as Delta looks at Ozpin.

"Can we talk about this someplace else, and not here? After all...I'm pretty sure Sans, the one you are with...I think he can explain this much more better than either of us."

James Ironwood nodded, as he than spoke out.

Everyone began to follow James Ironwood, and after going in, James began to pilot the Bullhead, and go to Atlas. As they did...Glynda picked Abyss up, and puts his head onto her lap, as she began to stroke his head.

"Mr. Gaster..."

Glynda sighed, as she looked sad at him.

"I'm sorry...for being so unfair."

She sighed, looking very sad and unhappy for what she had done, before putting Abyss' head against her...cushions...where he is lying very comfortably...like he's in a pillow. She hugged Sans there, and no one protested, as they were sleeping. It is going to be a very, very long day...for everyone that's involved, as Sans has a lot of explaining to do.
