Chara was shocked at what they are seeing before their eyes. They could not believe what they are hearing from this strange short person that is before them.

"A...Adam?"

Adam rubbed the back of his head, as he spoke out.

"Yep, it's me...or at least...what remained of me. It's really nice to see they you are still alive, ever since escaping the destruction of our home, Chara."

Chara was surprised, but they than walked up to Alpha, and crouched down so that Alpha's eyes and Chara's eyes meet. They stared at each other for severally seconds, before Chara moved their hands and touchedthe sides of Alpha's cheeks. Chara stared deep in them, as if to see that he isn't here to try and lie to Chara. After a little bit, Chara's eyes widened, as if in a realization of sorts, and removed their hands from Alpha's face, as they than spoke out to Adam, shocked and unable to believe what they are seeing.

"It...it really is you. Adam. But how..."

Alpha shook his head, as he than spoke out.

"I think that...we should talk someplace far more private than out in the open. Besides, I have a feeling that we are being watched."

Chara looked around, and saw that there are people coming out from some buildings, due to being scared of the recent fight that has just happened. But they all looked at Adam and Chara, as if they are expecting to see what they will do. Chara looked around, and saw that Adam is making a point there. And besides, Chara has a strong feeling that they are not welcoming to other visitors that would show up at their doorstep. Chara than looks down at Adam and nodded, and spoke out.

"Umm..okay. But where?"

Adam than points his hand, and was able to make a portal for them to jump down in. Adam than spoke out to Chara.

"In here."

Adam than flies into the portal, and Chara runs up and does the swam, as they both entered the portal. They both went down into the portal. But than, all of a sudden,not, end direction changed, do now they are going left. Chara was shocked and nearly fell down through a part of the portal's tunnels, but Adam was able to quickly grab Chara by the hand, and lift them up, so that they do not accidentally go to an Alternate Universe that might go and try to kill, or worse than simply try to kill them. And Adam is nit planning to let that happen to Chara. Besides, he needs them in order to make sure that his brother, Error404...William, is brought back to his senses.

"How much farther do we have to go?"

Chara shouted, as they clearly do not want to keep on hanging on Adam's hand for long. Adam looks down at Chara, and spoke out to them.

"Just a little bit more."

After a little bit of a minute of flying, they finally reached the other side of the portal. They landed down onto the ground, and Adam lands as well. Adam looks around, and Abyss spoke out in his ghost form.

'Outertale? Nice! I always liked the view of space in person, and it is even higher to actually go out and float all around.'

Adam chuckled a little bit, as Abyss acted a little bit childish at that. But than he turns around, and saw that Chara is now standing up a little bit. And than, began to look around in the place that they are in right now. They just cannot believe what they are seeing, that they are in space right now.

"You like it? I chose this place for you to be with me in order to talk about the stuff that is important, Chara."

Adam said, as he walked next to Chara, and Chara looked down, and nodded their head, as they than spoken out.

"Let's just get to the phone, okay? I need to know, what happened to you. And more importantly...what happened to William."

Adam looks sad, at the mention of William, and Chara noticed it, and realizes that whatever it is that happened to William, it is not a good. Chara is dreading for the worst, as he prepares to hear what Adam has to say. Adam sighed, as he than sat on a ledge of sorts. Chara sat down with him, as he than began speaking out to Chara.

"Where do I begin? The thing is...I was not entirely present in Eve thing, you know. But...I do remember what happened. Infected, Jacob...he killed me, and destroyed my body. But despite all of that, my very own soul survive, it endured beyond death. And thanks to that, I went around the different Universes, as I try to find out what it is that had happened to me, and what had became of my brother. And I have been doing this for...so long. About a thousand year, maybe a million more years."

Chara was shocked at what they had just heard Adam say, as Chara than spoke out to Adam.

"About over a million years?! But it was merely a week from where I was at!! From the universe that I was in!!!"

Adam than looked up at Chara, as he than spoke out to them.

"In the universe you were in, it is a week. But time is different outside and inside of different universes. For me, it was a very long time. It was maybe...over a million years, since I had died. And unfortunately, the years were never kind to my brother, especially for what had happened to him."

Chara looks down at Adam, as they than spoke out.

"What happened to William? What happened, Adam? Is he sick? Is he dying?! Tell me what has happened to him."

Adam sighed, as he than spoke out.

"My brother, William...he had...he was able to defeat Infected it of the dead universe that was once our home. But...no one was alive, especially me, since I was just a ghost. And he believed that you were dead as well, Chara. And when that happened...well...William...he had lost everything, even his own sanity. Everyone and everything, even Aftertale...it is all gone. And this made him go down a dark path, that he was never able to get out of. Error404...he became blinded with grief, depression, and insanity. And when he allowed them to consume his very mind, William became changed. He has become similar to mother in a way. He has become cold, manipulative, but is still immensely sad from having lost everyone and everything that he loved, which includes the 2 of us. And than...he finally decided to take on a new title, Error404, and he sent himself on a task that had made him one of the most feared and powerful beings in the whole Multiverse. What he decides to do, is to try and bring back everyone and everything, try to rebuild Alphatale. But the way he did it is just...so horrible. He would take apart universes, take their code, and use it to try and bring back the horn he once had. And he will also use other people, all in an attempt to try and bring us all back from what seems to have been out time of deaths."

Chara looked shocked, as they cannot believe what they had just heard. Error404, one of the only few people that Chara cares about, has decided to do all of this? How does that work. But Adam was not done just yet. In fact, he has more and more to go.

"But William was not going to do this alone. No, he had people that will help him repair Alphatale, no matter what it takes. This also includes manipulating people in order to help him, or if possible, force people to join him. This was the case of a person known only as Error, who is the Multiverse's God of Destruction. And was able to train him and make him much more stronger than before. And even now, they are still going to make sure that Alphatale is restored."

Chara looks down, and a tear fell out of their eye, as they than spoke out to Adam.

"William...how could he..."

But Adam spoke back.

"Don't say that, Chara. While William may be doing some very terrible stuff...he is not like mother. No, he may act similar, but mother never cared about anything. William cares so much that he is willing to do such evil actions all just to make sure that all of us, and Alphatale, are brought back from this terrible death that nearly everyone had fallen victim to in the long distant past. All that we need to do is to make sure that we bring in some people that can bring back William's good self back."

This made Chara confused, as they looked at William, and spoke out.

"What?"

Adam smiled, as he spoke out to Chara.

"My older brother, William, some parts of his original self does still exist within his depressed mind. If I can reach out to him, than perhaps he can listen to reason. Perhaps he can realize that I am still existing after all of this time. And maybe...if you are here...than he can finally be of a clear mind. Maybe he can finally stop with what he is doing. Maybe if the 2 of us are here with him, he can finally see that what he is doing is wrong, and he will be back to his original self again. That is why I came to you, Chara. I had figure that...with you and me being seen by William...he would be himself as he once was, when Alphatale was still alive."

Chara looks down, but than realized something. He looks back at Adam, and spoke out to him about something that she believes is clearly amiss.

"But how is William going to recognize you like that? I highly doubt that he will even realize that it is you, especially if you had told him. You would be blasted and killed by him if you even have a chance to try and get close to him."

Adam looks down at his body, or rather, Abyss' body, and spoke out to Chara.

"True...but only when I look like this, and especially...with the person that I am using to try and stop William."

This made Chara confused, as they than spoke out.

"What?"

Adam chuckled a little bit, as Adam than explained himself so that Chara could get the hint.

"You see...this body does not belong to me. But rather, I borrowed it from a version of me named, Abyss. And normally, any different version of me would be destoryed, because of the sheer immense power that I have. But thanks to Abyss' unique soul, he manage to become powerful enough to contain me. And Abyss also has a unique trick that will change my appearance and manifest my physical self in the real world. So if I can use this trick, I should be able to show myself in front of my brother, and than...he will realize that I am still existing, as I always have been. And if together with you...it would make it much more easier."

Chara looks down for a little bit, as their eyes widened at what they had just heard Adam say to Chara. They believe that the plan that Adam has made is completely insane. They are going to have to go to Error404, William, and he is likely going to dust them before the both of them will even have a chance to try and go through with him. But...inside...Chara had felt something else. Inside of Chara...is another feeling inside of their very soul, their very heard. Inside...is the feeling of both hope and desperation. Hope, because of the fact that William is alive, and desperation, because after what must have been so long for poor William, Chara wants to show to William that they're still alive. The person that they had cared about for gods know how long. The person that they...had loved, and cherished, since the day that they had both met each other.

Chara clenched their fist, and looks up at Adam, who than looks back at Chara in the eyes, and had a very good idea on what they expression that Chara is making right now means. Adam than spoke out to Chara.

"I take it that you are in on the plan?"

Chara nodded, as they than spoke out.

"I am. I may not like you, Adam. But all I ever wanted in my life, is to see my beloved William again. If what you say is true, that we can bring him back by being seen by him, than I will do it. So please, show me how we can do this. If you even have a plan to make sure that Error404 is able to see where we are."

Adam smiled, as he than nodded. He is very happy that Chara is now going to help Adam with this plan of his. It will be a risky move, since it is a possibility that Error404 will simply destroy it before he could even have a chance to look at it, but this is going to have to work in their favor.

"Good. Than it is settled."

Chara nodded, as they than looked around the Alternate Universe that they are living in. After a little while, Chara than realized something, as they than spoke out to Adam.

"Do you have a plan that can make William sense you are there?"

Adam smiled, as he spoke out.

"Of course I do...Chara. But William is not going to recognize me, since I am using Abyss' body. And Abyss has been known to cause some trouble for William. And unlike many of the other people that William has met, Abyss lived and escaped from William to tell the tale. Basically, Abyss always finds a way to escape him. And because of that, William is getting seriously impatient with him, and is looking for a chance to try and destroy him. So it is a little bit shameful for William, who found not defeat and take someone who is weaker than him, but is still annoying to him enough to hate Abyss himself. So Error404 will think that I am Abyss. But I won't look like Abyss forever. Because during the time when we'd be fighting, when he is tired for a little bit, or when he tries to try and kill Abyss and me, than I'll reveal myself. And than, my brother, William, he should be able to recognize me. After all, my brother never, ever forgets me for who I am and what I look like to him.

Chara looks down at the ground, as he than spoke out to Adam.

"Adam...you do realize that you are going to be putting this Abyss person's life at risk, right?"

Adam nodded his head, as he than spoke out to Chara.

"I do know. But Abyss also knows, since I had told him of this before I met you."

This made Chara's eyes widened a little bit at what the had just heard, as Adam spoke out to Chara.

"And besides, this could be our only chance to try and bring back our William. This is the only shot we have. So this is now or never, Chara."

Chara looks down at the ground, and they thought of it for a little minute, before looking back up, and spoke out to Adam.

"Well...how are we going to have William notice they you are still here?"

Adam looks up at Chara, and has a small smile now present on his face, as he than spoke out.

"It's simple, we will lure him to where I am, to where Abyss is. He will take notice of it, and will try and take me. If he finds me, than it will be our chance to go to wherever Error404 is at. And the problem is...Error404, William...manages to makes countermeasure to Abyss' portals. So I cannot access it. I need to get Error404's attention, no matter what."

Chara looks down at Adam, and spoke out to him.

"Are you sure that you want to do this, Adam? After all, there just be another way."

Adam shook his head, and spoke out to Chara.

"No. There is no other way. The more we wait, is a moment ti long for my brother. Besides...

I have seen my brother remained a fallen innocent man for way to long. So it is best...that we bring back what he once was. The person that he once used to be still exists within his very mind. I will make sure that I will bring that part back again."

Later...in Error404's dimension...

"Hmmmmm...still a work in progress."

Error404 spoke out, as he puts his hands on his chin. Error404, William, he is now looking down at the core of the Multiverse, the Abyss, which he is staring down at. It has been weeks, perhaps a month, since he has battled against Lord Multiverse, a fusion of Abyss Sans, Ink Sans, and King Multiverse Sans. And he would he been able to defeat them, had Loading not came out of nowhere and attacked him.

Needless to say, this is one heck of an annoyance and an embarrassment to the strongest Sans alive. Loading had to come out at a bad time, as Error404 was forced to fight off against him. To make matters worse, Osiris had to intervene and take Abyss, along with the others, robbing him of his chance to try and take down Abyss, and gain access to the dimension that he is in.

But right now, he is looking for Abyss. Error404 had been trying to find him, but somehow, Abyss was off the map. It became obvious to Error404 that someone had taken him, and it was not him. Someone else did. And it is someone that he is very familiar with, and that person had been gone for some time. So it is not possible that the person that Error404 knows of is simply just still alive. That should never be possible for Error404.

But as he kept looking at the screen, a voice spoke out to him.

"N-N-No luck?"

Error404 turns around, only to meet face to face with none other than his own apprentice, Error Sans.

Needless to say, Error himself is not very happy either. He had searched everywhere, every AU, and he was not able to find Abyss. It is as though someone had taken Abyss off of the map, and this preventing Error from trying to find him. Error404 shook his head, as he than spoke out.

"No. No luck for me either. It seems that someone has taken to a place that even I could not find. A place that I never was able to know of. No matter...I will find him...sooner or...later..."

Error404 than sensed something. It was Abyss' magic. It was showing itself, and he was not alone. There was another one, and he is far away from the others. Error404 smiled, as Error spoke out.

"You-ou found him-him?"

Error404 smiled, as he than spoke out.

"I did. He's in Outertale. Perhaps there is some way to get him after all."

Error404 smiled, as he than opened the portal, and when he did that, he wrapped some strings around something. After some time and effort, he pulled, and Abyss was yanked through the portal, along with something else, but were too fast for Error404 to see. But Error404 didn't care about that. He faced Abyss, who stares at Error404 in the eyes, as he than spoke out.

"Hello, Abyss...it seems that you have gotten more stronger than last time. No matter...

for I will make sure...that you know your place in the Multiverse.
