Chapter Fourteen: Zamaria
"Are we going the right direction?" Zamaria asked as she appeared to be a little winded. The walk that took minutes generally felt like hours. It seemed only minutes had passed, but those minutes have lasted so long. It seemed endless, and like it or not; the Queen was getting tired, and when she's crabby, she's crabby.
There was no pun intended.
"We're going the right way." The Boomba said in his encouraging voice as he observed the trees. He whistled softly, almost charmingly and a light breeze washed overhead. It relaxed Zamaria, and Chronic he was playing with his thumbs, as he might've been anxious on this venture.
"There's something coming this way. Duck in the bushes." The Boomba ordered and the three of them dived into a large bush after a series of loud giant thumps.
Giant-like creatures with distorted human faces we're thumping their way through the trail. Whatever was in a fifteen foot radius of the Giant-like creatures, anything would jump about a half a foot. There were three giant-like creatures, all tall and human looking, but gigantically big.
"Trolls." The Boomba mouthed to his two companions. Trolls they were indeed.
"Oi, did ya hear that?!" One of them called out, and then sniffed the air like a pig. His nose somewhat made a snorting sound, as if he was a pig and if anyone looked close enough that trolls face did appear to have some facial structures of a pig.
These creatures didn't have any decency either, they were completely nude. Zamaria turned away. She couldn't face them like this.
"Rhage, I hear nutin'." The second replied. He was a little thinner than Rhage, but still about the same aside from a few minor differences to the face.
"Ay, nutin'." The third replied.
"Boorge, and Snoorag." Rhage said in a lulling tone. "They're here. Like that forsakin, Prophecy said."
"How can you be sure?" Boorge said, his voice was a little higher though; which could be another distinction between the three.
"The trees spoken to me." Rhage said with a smile. "But we should find them." The other two nodded and they hurried off in search of the two sisters.
✴✴✴✴
After the trolls left the Boomba waited a few minutes, which could have been a few hours maybe, but time is different in these woods and anybody could sense that time plays itself in this forest. The real question was, will they be able to leave and escape this forest without being killed.
"Trolls, prophecy?" Zamaria glared at the elven wizard who was wiping his robes down.
"I understand it's something that you don't want to hear, but yes- there was a prophecy about two sisters.... Of royal descent."
Zamaria blinked, "but it can't be us, could it?" Zamaria said. She did something for the first time in her life, she truly prayed to the God of Fortune, that this wasn't her and Salaria. That there wasn't a prophecy, because everything that she was building up to was temporarily missed and Zamaria couldn't face a Prophecy head on. No, this must've been a mistake, a huge mistake.
"So the magic, is it true then?" Zamaria said to the Boomba, contemplating the magic in her body. She was confused and didn't know what to do with herself at the moment. Chronic came over and knelt beside her, his dark hair always gave Zamaria a smile. It was a stupid thing to smile about, but Chronics hair was always mesmerizing from the start, and his eyes. A deep ocean blue, which of course reminded anyone of the seas.
"It's going to be okay Zamaria." Chronic began, but the Boomba strolled up to the two.
"It might be okay. It was an old prophecy, about two hundred years ago when the God of Fortune himself had written the Prophecy.
"The other wizards in the Wizards of Service hadn't believed in the prophecy when we discovered it nearly eighty years ago. The time dated back about another two hundred prior to today." The Boomba said. "This Prophecy was a story, one that told of two sisters of royal descent, one of good and one with bad in them, it said that if the bad one doesn't confront her situations head on that the world would take the sides of the bad and the good. With the sisters away from their thrones, anything can happen." The last bit didn't sound like it was taken from the Prophecy, but Zamaria was somewhat thankful for the Boomba now that he has them.
Zamaria just needed a few moments before she can continue. If magic was strong enough to exterminate Salaria, then they need to get her to safety, and hmget her to train as well.
"Well... There could be a possibility that the Prophecy wasn't talking about these two sisters specifically, right?" Chronic asked.
"That's a thought, yes, but then again; this prophecy has been written two hundred years ago and I had a visit from Forshaan himself."
This completely left Zamaria and her companion, Chronic both in shock.

I hope you enjoy, I know it's shocking two parts in one day and a little odd. However, I hope it's worth it for all the time that I haven't felt motivated to post in this book. First and Orchish War that could possibly threaten the world of Astrial, second, The Forest of Dark Matter, and now a Prophecy exposed by the trolls. What more can happen? Don't worry. There's a lot more dangerous monsters tmto come across then Giants and Trolls!
