( Back with Clary.)

" So what do you think happened to Sami when he blacked out and attacked Magnus?" Asked Clary.

They were checking the part of Manhattan they had to.

Isabelle looked at Clary. " I'm not sure. Magnus isn't worried about it and if he isn't they we shouldn't be."

" I know, but still he was pretty hurt." Says Clary.

" I know. I bet Sami feels terrible about it. I mean he's connected to Magnus. After he realized what he did I'm sure he felt the pain Magnus felt." Says Isabelle.

" It would be the same with Alec and Jace." Says Clary.

Isabelle nodded. " I had to calm Sami down. After he saw the damage done to his side, Sami started to have a panic attack. I calmed him down, but I know Sami had no idea what he was doing." Says Isabelle.

" Kinda like how Jace didn't know what he was doing when he attacked Alec do to the mind control spell." Says Clary.

" Yes exactly. He wasn't himself. We will figure out what happened later, for right now though we... " but she trailed off.

" What?" Says Clary.

Isabelle pointed to a ruff top far away. " That's Alec and Jace. Clary their running from something. Look at all the things following them." Says Isabelle.

Clary looked. " Their not running. They don't know their being followed. Come on we have to help them now before they get hurt." Says Clary.

Isabelle nodded and together they took off for them.

( Back with Sami.)

" So what was this thing with you blacking out when you saw the venom?" Says Magnus.

Sami shrugged. " I honestly have no idea. It's never happened before. I've seen many wounds and demon venom, but I've never blacked out before and attacked a friend. I don't know what happened." Says Sami.

They were searching everywhere in every alley and abandoned building for the demon.

" When you blacked out, I felt anger that wasn't yours. It not only affected you, but it affected me as well. I started to see a bit of red in my eye sight and I would have blacked out if it wasn't for the intense pain I was feeling at the time. The red however faded when you sent me flying into the wall and I hit my head." Says Magnus.

" That doesn't make any sense. How did it affect you as well?" Says Sami.

" It must have been to bond between us. You could feel when I panicked with saving Simon. I was affected by the anger you felt, it's just this anger was so strong it started to take me over as well." Says Magnus.

" Again I'm sorry for hurting you. I... " says Sami, but Magnus flipped around and glared at him.

" What?" Says Sami.

" If you don't stop apologizing I'm going to seal your mouth shut with my powers got it!!" Says Magnus.

Sami nodded, now a tad scared by Magnus. " Sorry. I'm not mad at you ok. You don't need to keep saying sorry." Says Magnus.

Sami nodded. " ok I won't anymore." He turned his head to the side to look at a building they had yet to check.

Sami frowned at it. " Sami this is the building we first killed Evan at." Says Magnus.

" It's also the building I brought him back in." Says Sami.

Magnus nodded. " Well come on, we have to check it." Says Magnus.

Sami nodded and together they walked into the building. Sami looked around the room. As did Magnus.

" It's still the same as the last time I saw it. " says Magnus.

" Wait Evan nearly beat you at a fight?" Says Sami.

Magnus sighed. " You read my mind just know when I wasn't expecting it didn't you?" Says Magnus.

Sami nodded. Magnus then nodded. " Yes, he almost beat me, almost. I was partly distracted cause at the time Alexander was fighting his Parabatai and I was worried. Evan used that to his advantage and hit me with a blast of power. If it wasn't for Jace throwing that dagger I would have been very hurt or dead cause of the fire ball Evan held above me." Says Magnus.

Sami nodded. They walked deeper into the building using their glowing hands as light.

They passed the cell Sami brought Evan back in. " I brought Evan back to life in that cell." Says Sami.

" What happened when you did?" Asked Magnus.

" After it worked a blast of power sent me flying into the bars and my power had been drained so I was weak and very tired." Says Sami.

" Wow." Says Magnus.

Sami nodded and with that they continued to search the building.

( Back with Alec.)

As they continued searching for this demon, they had no idea something was following them.

They ran and ran and jumped and jumped. It was overall pretty boring.

" You would think we would have seen something by now. Not that demon but maybe another one or catching a robber trying to steal something." Says Jace.

" You really just want to smash someone's face in don't you?" Says Alec.

" Yes I do."

" Jace you are and always will be the stupidest person I've ever know."

" Oh shut up Lightwood. We both know I'm not stupid. It's my skills and good looks that has kept me healthy and alive this long. It hasn't failed me yet." Says Jace.

" Oh please. You still being alive is because of sheer stupidity and dumb luck that has kept you alive this long." Replied Alec.

Jace growled in anger and looked at glared at Alec. " Your a jerk you know that!!" Spat Jace.

Alec laughed and continued to jump across ruff tops.

After a bit they stopped to catch their breath and relax for a bit before u continued.

That was a mistake.

" Resting was a mistake for you two. " said a voice behind them.

They froze and turned only to come face to face with the one they were searching for.

They took a step back, ready to fight. " It's time to put a stop to your little searching. Come on guys, let's make an example out of these two." Days the voice.

Then they backed up in fear this time as five of the same type of demon came out in front of them.

Then the worst thing happened. They attacked.
