( Back with the Shadowhunters.)

Jace was in the training room hitting a dummy with his seraph blade. It had been about three hours since Alec went to rest.

He was worried about Alec. Sure he was ok now and just needed rest, but as his Parabatai Jace still worries about him.

Suddenly Jace was tackled and slammed into the ground, and before he could fight his arms were pinned by his side.

Jace started to panic until he saw who had tackled him.

" Really Lightwood? Tackling a man to the ground when his back is turned." Says Jace.

" Hey, you never fight fair. So tell me Herondale, why should I?" Says Alec grinning.

He then moved to let Jace up. He stuck out his hand and pulled Jace to his feet.

" Good to see you up and walking without needing help or stumbling into things." Says Jace.

" When I woke I felt perfectly fine, just like I did before we were attacked." Says Alec.

" Good." Says Jace.

He then pretended to be scared as he looked at the door, causing Alec to look.

However there was nothing there. When he looked back Jace was gone.

Alec groaned in anger, but that quickly stopped when he was tackled and hit the ground on his stomach, his right arm was then put high behind his back.

Alec let out a small laugh as he heard Jace laughing as he pinned his Parabatai down.

" Clever Jace very clever. Now let go of my arm before it actually starts hurting." Says Alec.

" What, you scared Lightwood?" Taunted Jace, while he slowly moved his arm higher causing Alec to wince a little.

" Of you? Never." Says Alec.

Jace laughed. " You want to test that?" Says Jace.

" Jace Herondale, let your Parabatai up now. " ordered Isabelle in the doorway.

Jace looked. " Or what?" Says Jace.

Alec tried to hide the fact he was laughing. Jace just said the wrong thing.

" Get off him now before I use my whip to make you. Trust me when I say, you don't want that." Says Isabelle.

Jace let go of his arm and got up right away and backed up.

Alec rolled onto his back laughing. " Help him up Jace." Ordered Isabelle.

Jace nodded and helped Alec to his feet.

Isabelle then walked up to them. " Now I just talked to Catarina and she said she's going over to Magnus's flat to get them both and make sure Sami's fine before they come over here. Now fight nicely or face me." Says Isabelle.

They nodded. Isabelle then walked away and Jace and Alec started real training.

( Back with Magnus.)

Magnus was looking through every spell book he could find in his flat for a spell to help Sami.

If he didn't find a spell to stop this reaction he had every time he saw or touched anything that has to do with that demon, then it would soon take him over, and if it took Sami over then it wouldn't be long before it took Magnus over as well.

Magnus had a plan in case something almost happened like that, but he would only use it if he had to.

He then remembered that spell book Sami had given back to him.

It had so many spells in it. Maybe it would have one to help. Thought Magnus. He had never truly know what other spells were in there beside the one Sami wanted from it.

Magnus got out of a chair that was in front of a desk in his room and started walking to his closet when his vision tinted red and he started feeling nothing but anger.

Magnus knew what was happening and he ran to the den.

( Back to Sami.)

Sami was asleep on the couch. However it wasn't a peaceful sleep.

It was another on riddled with nightmares.

Sami woke on the floor of the Clave meeting room.

This was the spot where they had their last fight with Evan.

This was the place where Evan took his last breath.

This was the place where Sami had been forced to kill his own brother.

Sami really hated this place.

Then he saw everything unfolding before his eyes as it did many times before.

Evan stood there yelling at Magnus and Alec. Sami could just barely hear Evan screaming at them over the ringing in his ears.

He felt pain from burns and started healing himself.

When Sami was mostly healed he struggled to get to his feet. He looked and saw a sword next to him.

He grabbed it. He then saw Evan laughing and his power was stronger then Sami had ever seen it before.

Wind blew all around the room. Alec and Magnus had to hold onto something to keep from being blown away.

Sami stood up and started making his way over to Evan knowing he had to be the one to kill him. Then he heard.

" YOU ALL WILL DIE TONIGHT, THEN I'LL RULE THE WORLD!!!"

Evan was still screaming things when Sami was right behind him and got ready.

Sami really didn't want to have to do this, but he knew he had no choice.

" HA, NOTHING CAN STOP ME. I'M UNTOUCHA... " and in that moment Sami stabbed the sword through Evan's back and through his chest and stopped him mid sentence.

They all looked shocked, including Evan.

Sami pushed it in deeper causing Evan to groan in pain. " I'm sorry brother. In so sorry." Says Sami.

Then Evan said something that broke Sami's heart.

" Why Sami... Why... Did you bring me back... In the first place, what was... The point? You could have... Left me... D-dead, b-but yet you brought me back... Why?" Says Evan. He was barely able to get the words out.

Blood covered his brothers shirt. Sami slowly lowered his baby brothers limp body to the ground.

" I just wanted my brother back. " says Sami.

Evan looked at him one last time. He said nothing to him though. All he did was look back at the ruff and close his eyes. He didn't breath again.

That's when the pain of killing his brother filled Sami. Grief and pain.

Sami put his head own and tears rolled down his face. It left streaks on his face from the blood.

He took the sword out and laid Evan's limp hands neatly on his stomach and whispered something. " I love you Evan, I always will."

Then he stood up. When he did the scene around his changed and Sami was face to face with the demon.

He grabbed his head in pain and screamed as it started hurting so bad so fast.

" Your under my control now Sami. Look up, look up and take a look at your future." Spat the demon.

One of the vine like tentacles forced Sami to look up. Sami saw a glimpse at a future he wanted no part of.

" No I won't help you, you can't force me. You can't control me. I won't let you." Said Sami.

" It's not your choice Sami. It never has been. It's time I take control fully, and finally your will be truly evil. You'll be back where you belong. Now let's get started shall we." Says the demon.

Sami's head hurt so much worse. Sami screamed. The demon was taking him over fully. Sami was losing control.

" NNNOOOOOOOO!!!!" Screamed Sami as his eyes turned solid red.

( Back with Magnus.)

Magnus ran into the den trying to keep himself under control as his body filled with uncontrollable rage.

When he ran in he saw the last thing he wanted to.

Sami's eyes snapped open and he quickly sat up.

His eyes were solid red and filled with rage. He stood up facing Magnus.

Magnus knew his eyes were turning red as well and there was only one way to stop this.

Sami growled in anger and his hands glowed blue.

He screamed and shot a huge blast of power at Magnus just as Magnus shot a huge blast as well.

The two blast of pure power collided and built up so much power so fast and did exactly what Magnus knew it would.

It backfired and exploded in a blast that sent not only Sami, but Magnus flying into the walls.

They both hit their heads so hard it knocked them both out.

They then fell to the ground unconscious just as Magnus had thought.

Then the door burst open and the person there gasped at the scene before her.

" Oh no." Says Catarina. " This is bad." She then saw their bodies on the ground. She ran to both of them and quickly made sure they were alive. She was relived when she felt pulses from both of them.

She then called the Shadowhunter and they said they would be there soon.

Catarina then walked up to them and started doing what she does best. Healing those that were hurt, and that's exactly what she did as she waited for the Shadowhunters to show up.
