As they made their way to Taki's, they continued to talk.

Jace and Alec were laughing and making jokes, Clary was talking to Simon and Isabelle as they walked.

Magnus however was talking to Catarina and Sami. " So Sami. You look tired. Did you get any sleep last night?" Says Magnus.

Sami nodded. " Yes I got some sleep, but I didn't have the best awakening."

" Another nightmare?" Says Magnus.

Sami nodded. " They won't stop coming and I don't know why. I shouldn't have nightmares every night, but it's the same thing in every dream. Evan comes back from the dead and kills me for killing him." Says Sami.

They were talking quiet enough the where the others couldn't hear them.

" It's probably from the guilt of killing your brother." Says Magnus.

" I think he's right. You need to work this out and realize you did what you had to and you shouldn't feel guilty about it." Says Catarina.

" I know I shouldn't feel guilty about it, but I can't help it. Catarina I killed my own brother cause I had no choice. I didn't want to. I knew he had to die, but I didn't want it to be from my hand." Says Sami.

" I understand that completely." Says Magnus.

Sami nodded. No one said another word till they made it to the entrance of Taki's.

Alec shoved Jace forward. " Ladies first."

Jace growled. " Your going to pay for that one Lightwood."

" Whatever Herondale." Replied Alec.

Isabelle then shoved them both forward. " Get a move on, we can't wait out here all day."

Mumbling stuff under their breath they walked into Taki's.

Only a few Downworlders had heard about Sami and knew he was a good guy now, but that didn't stop the stares and whispers that spread throughout the place.

" Just ignore them Sami and let's find a seat." Says Catarina.

Sami nodded and they found a seat with enough chairs for all of them.

They sat down and soon had ordered food and drinks.

" Sami you ok?" Says Isabelle.

Sami looked to be staring into space, but quickly snapped out of it when he heard his name called.

" Yes Isabelle. I'm fine." Says Sami.

" You sure? Cause you look pretty tired." Says Clary.

" Yeah, I just need to lay down when we're done eating." Says Sami.

They nodded and soon the food was there and they were eating a peaceful meal.

Halfway through the meal Sami's head suddenly started hurting badly, and so sudden that Sami gasped in sharp and dropped his fork. He then grabbed his head.

He then felt a hand on his shoulder. " Sami, Sami are you ok? What's wrong?" Asked the very worried voice of Catarina.

Then the pain was gone, almost like it hadn't been there to begin with.

" Y-yeah, I'm fine. My head just started hurting so badly and so suddenly I wasn't expecting it, then it was gone as if it never had been hurting to begin with." Says Sami.

The others looked at each other with confused looks, then back at him.

" Sami, when we're done eating I need you to go home and sleep ok. I have some errands to run and will be back to be with you as quickly as I can." Says Catarina.

Sami nodded. Soon after they are Sami and Catarina thanks them for taking them to eat and inviting them over, said bye and went their separate ways.

( Back with the Alec.)

Once they had left the Shadowhunters went back to the Institute, but half way there something like a vine sized tentacle shot out and grabbed Simon's leg and pulled him fast into the alley. Then there was a loud crash and a scream of pain.

" SIMON!!!" Cried Isabelle running into the alley with her witch light glowing so she could see.

The others ran after then and Magnus's hands were glowing bright blue. It was even brighter now that he could regenerate his powers.

That's when they saw it. The biggest demon they ever laid eyes on. It was one they've never seen before. With about ten tentacles  that were 8 feet long each. They were spread throughout the entire body.

It had a mouth kinda like a humans but at the same time it didn't look like that.

Suddenly it shifted into a human body of a boy that looked around 17.

Then they noticed that Simon's limp and slightly bloody body was being held up by four of the arms that now sprouted for its back.

" Simon!! What are you?" Says Isabelle.

" I don't really have a demon name, but call me demon 15. For I am one of many." It said in a creepy monstrous voice.

" What do you want with Simon?" Says Isabelle.

" Nothing. I was sent fro my master to warn you Shadowhunters, I can't tell you what I'm warning about or why but let him be a example." It said. It's face nodded into a evil grin and spicks suddenly came out of its vine like tentacles and into Simons body.

Simon let out a strangle scream. Isabelle gasped. " What are you doing to him?!!" Yelled Clary.

" Each little spick carries a very small amount of my demon venom and I just injected this puny shadowhunter with enough to kill a powerful warlock. If left without treatment he will be dead within the hour. Be warned Shadowhunters. This is what we're capable of, we will attack again, and I say we again like before for I am one of many." It said.

It then dropped Simon and disappeared into the alley and was gone.

Isabelle rushed forward to Simon. " MAGNUS PORTAL NOW!!!" Yelled Isabelle.

Magnus nodded and quickly made a portal and they jumped in it with Simon and appeared in the infirmary at the Institute.

They laid him in a bed and Magnus started healing him. " I'm not going to be enough. I can't do this alone." Says Magnus.

" What?" Says Isabelle.

" I can't get this venom out on my own. I'm not able to. My powers not enough. I need Catarina and Sami now." Says Magnus.

" Fine you keep trying. Jace and Clary, you guys get Catarina at the store. Alec and I will get Sami. Come on people, we got less then a hour before that venom kills him, lets get moving." Says Isabelle.

They then left and were gone. Magnus kept trying to heal Simon. It was now a race on the clock.

If they don't get them within the hour and heal him, Simon will be dead, and a fellow Shadowhunter will be lost.
