  Lying on my bed, my thoughts were laid on one person.

On one woman.
A human at that.

I just don't understand why my soul couldn't let her live in that donjon for six months.

All human are meant to suffer.
It was written in the chronicles.

But my mind says other wise.

Then if she won't suffer in that prison she'll suffer outside the prison.

The way she was speaking to me a month back was heart shocking.
She dared to talk me in such a mannerless attitude.

It was despicable of her.

I'm the king of both dimension and I deserves respect.

Her confident was an aura I immediately picked an interest in.

A red hair woman like her was quite rare. She was very light skinned and goddamn pretty, there wasn't a denial that she was just too beautiful to be human.

I picked an interest in her bright blue eyes, she have got small straight nose and that cupid red lips I kept staring at a month ago.

Something is wrong? Why am I thinking such?
I give it to her but she'll suffer.

All humans shall suffer by my hands.
They are nothing but food and appetizers to we vampires.

They are just too weak and they need we vampires to rule over them.

I got up, took my bath, brushed and wore my wares then knocked out the royal robes.

I stepped out of my room heading towards the throne room.

No meeting today with my subjects.
The thought of that insolence human disgracing me in front of my subjects angered me.

"Sire how can you let that human talk to you in such manner." One of my subject questioned.

"It's been taken care of." I replied as I took my sit.

"But Sire... "

" I said It's been taken care off, one more question from you, I'll rip your heart out." I told him with full annoyance.

I'll make her pay for making my subjects question me.
I'll make her pay.

I was driven out of my thought when a guard knelt before me.

"What is it?" I asked not appreciating his presence.

"There's a report on the human slave." He mentioned.

"Go on."

"It was known to everyone that she has beaten up some guards in their domain." He reported.

How is that possible?

A human beating up vampire guards.
Is that how courageous she could be according to the stories I've read about her.

How is that even possible?

We are talking about vampire guards beaten up by a human.
Instead a mere human.

How disgracing?

"I won't believe until I see this with my eyes, leave." I ordered as he left.

Day by day, I've heard from one report to another on how she beats up and injures my guards.

Are my guards that weak towards her?

It was dinner and I walked up to the dinning room to see Nika sitting beside my sit.

I sat down and glanced towards her as she smiled at me.

"Finally, you're done with work." She muttered feeling happy with my presence.

I'll say we are pretty close.
We have feelings for each other, that's why I made her the lady of my castle and she's well respected.

But sometimes I don't understand my feelings towards her.
If It's real or for sex purpose.

She's damn beautiful but not as goddamn pretty as that human.

Why am I comparing the both?
This is not like me.

"I'm glad as well." I replied as she placed a kiss on my lips.

I looked up to see a maiden named Linda, if I'm not mistaken, staring at both of us with a frown.

Why that expression? Is non of her business.

"Linda stop your staring and serve the meal." Nika instructed as she entered into the kitchen and came out with our dish.

"At least a peace of mind, if granny and Emma was here, here would be another market arena." Nika confessed.

And it was true.

I ate my meal as Nika kept staring at me.

"I'm ready to ride you," she said seductively.

I'm surprise that till today her words or actions doesn't turn me on.
But, I won't afford to make her sad, I just nodded my head and got up heading to my room.

"Linda clean this place up." Nika instructed and followed me from behind.

Morning came suddenly as I got of my bed did the necessary and left my room to check how my castle and the staffs have been doing.

Maidens cleaning the main hall, hallways and candle chandeliers. Every guest room are cleaned and serviced. The kitchen maids preparing breakfast with the provided fire woods and water.

Wait what?

The fire woods and waters are in high reserved.

Noticing my presence the maidens in the kitchen greeted.

"How are thing doing over here?" I inquired.

"It's all good." The maiden called Rosa answered as I nodded my head and proceeded going outside through another door close to the guards domain.

I could well see some servants were cleaning the horses and washing up the carriages.

Chickens were given their feeds, milks were tapped from the cows and every other thing was going well until I heard some voice. I quietly walked up to that place to see two women and a man shouting at each other in my garden.

I blinked my eyes countless time to see it was that human slave protecting a female vampire.

Well, that's a turn around.

"Touch her one more time and consider yourself a beaten up man." The human slave threatened my guard.

She's just making mouth. Just look at how skinny she is? Is she even eating at all? How pathetic?

"Are you threatening me you stupid bitch?" My guard asked angrily.

Stop the talking fool and beat her up.

"Test my patience you good for nothing blood sucker." She blurted out as the female vampire kept holding her.
This is stupid?

My guard charged towards her but she kicked his face with her right leg which made him stubble sideways.

Without giving him a break, she kicked his stomach, took his hand and bent it backwards making him fall to the ground, defeated.

What a disgrace?

"I hate you blood sucking leashes but there's nothing more than I hate when a man tries to take an advantage of a woman. At this rate I don't care the species you're now, apologies to her." She demanded bending his hand further.

Wow! I love her guts already.

"I'm sorry Sia. I'm sorry." He begged in pain.

The human slave got up from him with a smirk on her face. "Now run." She spoke in deadly tone as he picked race.

How disappointing?

Human, Instead a skinny little human slave beating up a vampire.
This is more than a disgrace.

"Thanks so much." The female vampire appreciated.

"I don't need your gratitude, learn how to defend yourself you blood sucker at least as a woman." She replied in rude manner picking up her broom and bucket.

"Yes I will." The female vampire answered and left with a smile on her face.

The human slave proceeded towards the guards domain through the big gates.

"You there." I mentioned, stopping her at a position.
"Turn around." And she did.

Once her eyes landed on me, I could feel a trace of fear vibrating from her body but she concealed it.

How brilliant?

"So at the end, you're the one that goes around beating up my men?" I questioned in irritation.

She had nuts on her beautiful red hair, her lips dry and chapped. She was still wearing the same cloth I last saw her a month ago. She was definitely irritating.

"I defend myself when needed blood sucking creep." She replied with equal irritation.

"What did you just call me, you stupid slave?" I questioned in anger.

One more word from her she's dead. I won't tolerate her insulting me the King.

"Who the hell are you, huh? Mind you business you good for nothing devil." She replied with so much hatred.

How dare she? How dare she insult me the king?
Who the hell is this fucking brat?

I was angered as I changed towards her ready to strangle her with by left hand but she blocked my reflexes.

Too slow. I held her neck with my right hand and kept her in the air.

"You stupid human. You should mind the way you run your mouth on less I'll cut off you tongue."
"Who the fuck are you to think I'll let you go after disgracing me in front of my subject and insult me right to my face. Tell me who the fuck you are?" I shouted to her face.

She was already turning blue because of the lack of oxygen. She tried removing my bare hand from her neck but she's too weak.
As always, humans are too weak.
Too irritating
And so pathetic.

"Beg for mercy." I ordained.

"Never. Just do me the honor and kill me blood sucker."

"Call me that again and you're dead, fool." I warned as my grip tightens around her small neck.

But she didn't say anything as she close her eyes to welcome death. What kind of human being is this?

"Sire." A guard called.

"You fool can't you see I'm in the middle of something."

"I apologies but It's about the return of your relatives. It's quite urgent." He reported.

"Leave." I replied as he left.

I looked at the human and threw her to the ground as she coughed for air.

"The next time you talk to me in such manner, I'll rip of your weak heart and eat it. Stupid thing."

I'll deal with her.
I'll definitely deal with that stupid being and make sure I'm her terror.

Useless thing.
