Steven POV

What a beautiful night it was. She was sweet, soft and most of all beautiful. She's all mine, all mine.

This night will never be forgotten. Even in my sleep next to her is all I dream about. She's everything I see in a woman.

She's strong, independent, reliable, patient, smart, loving, kind, intelligent and beautiful. I ain't looking for anything else.

If I could keep her by my side I'm sure I'll be the most happiest man alive. Her being with me will close up the empty holes in me. I can't afford someone else taking her away from me.

I held her tight in my hands as I tried caressing her hair but couldn't find it.
I snapped my eyes opened to see I was hugging my pillow.

What the fuck? Erica why?

I kept whining. I sat on my bed staring at my left and right to see she wasn't on the bed. This woman.

I placed my feet back on the floor and got up from the bed heading to the bathroom to freshing up for the day.

Once I was done, I wore my royal wear with my royal robe. I made sure I was looking good and for whom? It was only my angel Erica.

Ready to step out of my room, then came a knock. It wasn't Erica type of knock so who could it be. And then came the knock once again.

"Step in."

Then came in Christian as he closed the door behind him.

"State you business."

"There I've be recent sight of Lady Nika from different realms lately. Through my understanding I'm quite sure she's planning Something big."

"Keep yuh eyes on her. Find out what she's planning and report to me immediately."

"Yes Sire."

And with that he stepped out.

Nika what are yuh up to. Taking over my kingdom is her main goal but travelling from one realm is something that's more brutal.

I shook my head off and proceeded out of my room to find my angel. I walked up to the garden and sighted her with Emma who were sitting on the bench.

They were talking and laughing and Erica's laugh was contagious.

"How's my little sister and my priceless jew," I said walking up to them.

"Oh my who's your priceless jew?" Questioned Emma who had a smug smile on her face.

I stood beside Erica and pecked her cheeks. Damn she smells wonderful this morning.

"Yes yes yes yes." Emma shouted joyously jumping up and down.
"Finally," she said.

"What's that expression for?" I asked playing with Erica's hair. She just sat down not knowing what to say.

"I told you that my brother likes you like crazy." She blurted out looking at Erica who just smiled nervously.

"Beautiful that I've found you three here." A voice spoke coming from the opposite direction.

Emma, Erica and I snapped our heads to the left to see grandmother walking to our direction.

"Good morning grandmother." I greeted as she walked up to me and gave me a side hug.

"Good morning granny." Emma greeted and stood up to hug her.

"Erica good morning." Grandmother greeted her as she suddenly came back to reality.

"My apologies granny. Good morning." She stood up and bowed.

Granny looked at her and covered her face in disappointment and muttered. "Erica you curtsy not bow. You're a lady."

"Correction taken." Erica replied still standing up. I placed my hands on both of her shoulders and pushed her down to sit as she sat down like a still statue.

She should relax.

"So what brought me here was to tell you all we are going to the beach." Grandmother told us with a happy smile.
"So who's in?"

"I'm in as always granny." Emma spoke up with a grin.

"Son?" Granny asked for my opinion.

"Yes as long this young lady is coming with me." I told granny while staring down at Erica who shook her head in disapproval.

"Definitely no need for approval. And tell Linda and Rosa they are tagging along," said grandmother.

Erica got up immediately. "Yes ma'am Lucy."  She answered and walked off immediately.

"Why's she nervous Steven?" Grandmother asked in a suspicious tone.

"I can't put in details." I told her sitting on the bench with Emma with a wild grin.

I was discussing royal matters with grandmother and Emma was playing with Nora after Erica left 30 minutes ago.

"SIRE... SIRE..." I heard a male voice calling out in fear.

Grandmother and I snapped our head to the right. To see a guard running our way.

He quickly kneeled before me. "Why are you running and shouting like a mad man?" I questioned feeling annoyed all of the sudden.

"Sire... maiden Erica is going to kill General Leo," he said shivering in fear for someone else death.

"Again." I muttered as my heart beat raced.

There's a 100% that Erica could kill Leo but what if Leo ends up injuring her. I need to get there immediately.

"Where are they?" Grandmother asked standing up as I did same.

"The Royal Hall." He answered as I speed up to such direction.

Getting there. I saw Linda on the floor holding her neck as blood flowed out of it. Leo was back against the wall in fear of his life as Erica held a sword firmly ready to kill him not caring what circumstances it may be.

"You bastard why touch her. Why touch Linda I see as my elder sister? How dare you?" She screamed in anger stricking the sword at him but he manages to dodge her attacks.

"If his majesty gets you, you're dead." Leo spoke out in fear backing against the wall tightly.

"Who are you to threaten me?" Erica questioned angrily diving the sword directly at him but it got stock on the wall close to Leo's right side of his face.

Leo stared at Erica in terror. He knew soo well his life was in her hands. If I let Erica kill Leo the court council's will question me and trust me I've got no answers to any of their questions.

I rushed over to Erica and wrapped my hands around her slender waist and pecked her neck as her eyes rolled back to normal. Her tense angry muscle relax to my gentle action.

"Let him be Erica, don't kill him yet." I gently spoke out.

"He hurt Linda. He fucking drank for Linda forcefully. I want to kill him for touching what's precious to me." She told me with all anger.

"I understand what it feels."

"First he tried to abuse Rosa and now it's Linda. He should stay clear from all the females in this castle if not, not even you can stop me from cutting his head off." She clearly stated.

"I understand Rica." I answered licking her neck as her hand held the sword lightly.

Okay right now I ain't concentrating to the matter at hand. My only thought is to take Erica to bed with me.

"Your majesty are you seducing this slave? Why be sweet and rob yourself with this slave princess? How disgusting?" Leo questioned in irritation.

Once again Erica hands tightened around the sword ready to attack but I swiftly left her waist and grip Leo by his neck strangling him on the wall.

"Any other shitty word from yuh. Consider yuh lifeless life being of more waste. You should be lucky I saved yuh ass from untimely death fool." I yelled out him throwing him to ground with red shut eyes.

Leo struggled and got up glaring at me in anger. "Sire you'll regret yuh actions. You'll regret it. And you stupid princess keep enjoying your stay here as your people suffers" He raged.

"Guards. Kick this fool out of my castle." I ordered as they did.

Erica just kept glaring at Leo as he was taken out of the castle through the door. I walked up to Erica and held her right hand warmly.

"Did you order him to eliminate my sisters?" She questioned in a way only I could hear her.

Her question got me and I couldn't utter a word. I thought she forgave me. She moved her gaze at me as my throat got tighter. Instead I stared at her in an undefined fear.

But mostly with a fear of her despising me once again.

She released her hand from my hold and walked up to Linda who was trying to bear the pain on her neck. I then noticed that grandmother, Emma,  Nora with some maidens and guards where present in the hall.

Erica bent down and cupped Linda's face with a sad expression. Erica have grown to love Linda, Rosa,  grandmother, Emma and Nora. I was truly happy but why can't she love me same way. There's wasn't a denial I felt seriously jealous.

Emma and Nora said no word and left the hall to play so as every other maidens and guards walked away to carry their duties.

Grandmother walked up to Erica and Linda. "Linda are yuh okay?"

"I'm good, the wound is closing up." Linda replied.

"I guess you can't tag along because we are going to the beach." Grandmother stated with a gloomy face.

"Common ma'am Lucy, just because of some common bite doesn't mean I'll miss out from all the fun. I'm tagging along," she said with a smile.

Erica smiled at her and pinched her nose getting up on her both feet. Why can't Erica be like this around me? It was really getting on my nerves.

Erica turned to face me with a smile. Why's she smiling at me? Her smiles looks soo cute. She walked up to me and stood in front of me. "Smile a little." She told me and tugged on my  shirt and walked off.

That got me more than surprised. Wasn't she angry some minutes ago. I'm waiting for the day she'll tell me she loves me because I already love her soo much.

How?
I myself can't truly understand.
What I can truly understand now is that I want her to be My Queen.
Not just that but also My Wife.
