Two weeks had passed since the twins' 20th birthday, and they were laying on the couch watching TV together as they did every night. After a while, Amia snuggled up to Error and fell asleep, snoring softly with a content smile on her face. Error smiled at her, and his smile was genuine and loving, which was extremely rare for the black-boned skeleton. It was a smile that he only revealed around his sister, during moments like these. They found comfort and safety in each other's embrace, and though Error had his moments when he was difficult and mean, Amia could never honestly say she hated him. They were each other's only remaining family, so they tried to stick together as much as possible.

An hour or so passed after Amia fell asleep, and Error found himself drifting off to sleep with her still in his arms.

The next morning, Amia was the first one awake as usual, and she felt abnormally hot, like all her violet bones had been set on fire while she slept. She carefully got up, trying not to wake her brother, and took off her electric blue pullover hoodie in an attempt to cool down. When that didn't work, she took off her dark grey sweat pants and her black sneakers as well, leaving her in just her black t-shirt and socks, the latter of which was soon removed and placed in a pile with the rest of her clothes. "Why am I still so hot...?" she whispered to herself as she removed her t-shirt and left herself standing completely bare in their living room. She couldn't understand why she still felt so unbearably hot, so she went to her room to figure things out while Error slept.

As she walked, she felt an odd, almost uncomfortable sensation between her legs that caused her breath to hitch a little while she walked into her room and shut the door behind her. She looked down at herself, noticing immediately that her soul was glowing bright violet and there was magic of the same color gathered around her pelvic area, not quite solidified, but still sensitive.
