(Volume 1) Chapter 8: Sinister Intentions/ A Struggle For Leadership.

You open your eyes slowly and yawn softly, you look across from you to see Yang's still holding your hand. You smile while blushing slightly as she begins to wake up as well. She groans as she rubs her eyes with her other arm and looks at you smiling, you smile back at her 

Yang(Drowsy):"Good morning handsome." You blush while smirking

You:"Mornin' beautiful." She rolls her eyes playfully as she blushes lightly. "Uh...Thanks for letting me sleep in your bed?"

Yang:"Heh, no problem at all (F)." You both sit up as you rub your eyes tiredly. You both look over to see that Ruby, Jack, and Blake are already awake. Blake's reading one of her books as Jack and Ruby are talking excitingly to each other on Ruby's bed. Weiss is still sleeping soundly it seems.  

Ruby:"Mornin' guys!" You smile

You:"Mornin'." You look towards Weiss "Pfft...seems like the Ice Queen's still sleeping."

Jack:"Yeeaaahhh, let's fix that!" Jack activates his Semblance as his hand is engulfed in lightning. He gets closer to Weiss, his lightning-engulfed hand nearing her face. Ruby holds Jack's arm back.

Ruby:"Yeeeaaahhh, I prefer my teammates to be alive."

Jack:"Awww, it won't kill her though!" You chuckle

You:"But it would be quite 'shocking' for her." Yang laughs as Ruby groans and Jack's take a deep breath

Jack:"You ruined it. You ruined it and I'm leaving." He gets up and his uniform gets summoned into his hand.

Ruby:"Wait...where are you going?"

Jack:"Uh...bathroom to change? The rest of you should also change into your uniforms soon."

Yang:"Oooooh right, we have uniforms...forgot about that." You slip out of the bed and grab your uniform from your bag. 

You:"Welp I guess I'll go with you since we can't exactly change here." Yang leans over to you and whispers

Yang(Whispering):"You know, I don't mind at all seeing you change in front of me hun'." She winks as your eyes widen and you become extremely red. Jack's eyes are widened too...forgot he had heightened hearing oh God.

Jack:"Er-um! Hey (F)! How about we go right now!" 

You:"I-I uh-"

Jack:"Great!"He quickly sparks over to you and he sparks both you and himself out the door. You hear laughter coming from Yang in the room

You:"Wait, wha-?" You look around confused as that you are now outside of the room. "Why'd you speed us out of there?"

Jack:"Dude you looked like you were going to faint, I heard what Yang said, duuuddeee that face you made was hilarious." He says while laughing. You blush lightely

You:"Gah, should probably tell Yang about your enhanced senses to us from that embarrassment, though I generally don't think she would care."

Jack:"True, well at least uh...you know she's...interested?" You nod lightly before smirking and elbowing him lightly

You:"And Ruby's definitely interested in you" Jack starts blushing as he scratches his head nervously

Jack:"W-what makes you say that?" You raise an eyebrow while smirking

You:"Oh just the way she looks at you, hangs out with you, and the fact she made you sleep in the same bed with her to help you sleep." Jack flushes red.

Jack:"Oh God, you saw that!?"

You:"Yeeeeeeeeeep." Jack groans "Don't worry I won't let anyone know my lil' bro has fallen in love."

Jack:"Ugh, fine. Besides you were sleeping in Yang's bed...er uh...you two didn't uh...do anything...freaky under those covers, right?"You look at him a bit disappointed

You:"...No, we absolutely did not. She just messes around quite a bit since I collapse in those situations but I don't think we'd actually do anything considering that I'm not even dating her."

Jack:"True...Well, why not ask her out? She obviously likes you."

You:"One day, maybe learn more abut her first, but how 'bout you and Ruby, there seems to be a real 'spark' between the two of you, eh?" Jack sighs trying to ignore your pun.

Jack:"Welp, like you said. One day maybe."

You:"Welp, despite all that romance nonsense, let's just go change and NOT talk about this type of stuff right in front of the door to where the girls can easily listen in on us." You glance at the door as the shadows coming from beneath the door quickly scatter away. You shake your head while smiling before you both walk down the hallway and towards the bathroom

(20 Minutes Later)

Well you took a quick shower and feel fully refreshed and ready to start the day, and though your usual fighting outfit is quite fancy, this uniform actually looks really good on you, like damn.

You:"Wow, I. Am. Sexy." You flex and kiss your bicep (I do this all the time irl when I see a mirror as my girlfriend then questions why she still dates me), you see Jack in the reflection seriously confused and worried about your mental health. You look back

Jack:"I...don't even want to know." You roll your eyes as you step away from your gorgeous self and head over to Jack as you ruffle his hair. He smacks your hand away smiling as you both leave.

You begin heading down the hallway as...Team ICRS is walking your way. All in their uniforms as well, you don't see that strange sword that was calling to you on Izunia...huh, you didn't notice it but Izunia's a Faunus as he has fox ears which you didn't see last time because of his hat. he also has an Amulet on which you didn't see before...You motion for Jack to fall a bit behind you, which he does. Izunia recognizes you instantly. You feel something off...you look down at your Ring as it's slightly glowing. You cover the glowing with your thumb as you approach them.

Izunia:"What are you doing here, failure?" Getting closer to him makes your chest hurt

You:"It's funny that you call me failure when considering the fact that you had your entire team gang up on me to get a single chess piece." Izunia glares at you as the jewel in your Ring glows more. You look at Izunia and notices he has an Amulet on, it's glowing a light green color.

Jack:"Uh...(F), we should go." Jack places a hand on your shoulder. You step forward as Izunia and his team does the same.

You:"Well Izunia, if you want to know so badly, it's because I'm still in Beacon whether you like it or not."

Izunia:"Oh, believe me, I'm glad. Now I can get another chance to get to kick your ass again."

You:"Oh, and will this be WITH or without your little gang helping you? Oh right, I forget. Cowards never fight alone, so sadly you'll never have the full satisfaction of 'kicking my ass'. Considering that your gang seem to follow you like blind sheep. Ronin and Solar both step forward as Izunia raises his hand, and they stop moving. You smile smugly "Seems like my point has been proven." You glance at Caedis who has been staring at you the entire time. 

Izunia:"Our next fight will have no interference, as it won't be us fighting for something as useless as a chess piece."

You:"Well don't take it too hard when you find out that I'll be punching a little bit harder than before." Izunia's Faunus fox ears twitch as he you both approach each other, glaring intensely into each other's eyes. Your chest feels numb as you don't even realize that your Ring is glowing an intense light. Izunia's Amulet is also glowing very bright. You look down at his Amulet as he looks down at your Ring as his eyes widen a little. He looks up slowly into your eyes his eyes narrowed, he looks more furious than before. He chuckles lightly and walks past you, shoving past your shoulder in doing so.

Izunia:"This is going to be quite a fun year...I'll see you around (F)." He glances back and smiles smugly angrily back at you. His eyes glowing a bright green. You glare back at him as Ronin and Solar follow after him as he walks away. Caedis stands there staring at your Ring. You look at her confused

Caedis:"Be wary of those who were denied ascension (F)..." You raise an eyebrow as she begins to run off

You:"What do you mean by that?" Caedis doesn't respond. Jack looks over at you and his eyes widen a bit.

Jack:"I...uh, (F)?"

You:"What..." You're still looking over to where Team ICRS ran off to.

Jack:"What's wrong with your eyes?"

You:"My what?" You take out your Scroll and look at your reflection. Your green eyes have been replaced with your Combustion side having a Shining Lavender color while your Frost side has a Steel Cosmic blue color. You look closer as you don't fully understand as to why this is happening...only explanation you can figure out is that this must be the Ring's doing.

Jack:"...What's up with your hand?" You look at him confused as you look at your right hand. You didn't even notice somehow but the finger wearing the ring has become an ash color with glowing cracks within the skin...the ring itself is still glowing vibrantly but your finger looks deformed, to the point to where it looks like it's ready to disintegrate at any moment...You look at your hand closely as you breathe deeply and calm yourself down. The Ring stops glowing as your finger slowly goes back to its normal color. You look into your reflection as your eyes are back to green.

You:"...We should get back to the others." You say while still looking at your hand. Jack slowly nods, still looking at you worried.

Jack:"...Maybe you should take off the Ring for now..." You look at him confused

You:"Why?"

Jack:"Enhanced senses, remember? I sensed...something powerful coming off of you and Izunia, mostly coming from the Ring and the Amulet but even still, you feel different...the rest of Izunia's team also felt off. Not as bad as Izunia granted but something felt especially off with that Caedis girl...maybe you should take that off until we can understand what's going on here?" You examine the Ring.

You:"...No...I need to be brave even when facing something absolutely crazy." Jack sighs

Jack:"Well, it's your choice not mine. Let's head back then." You both begin to walk back to the door of Team RWBY's dorm. As you walk there, your chest keeps burning more and more, you place a hand against your chest as you pant and lay your other hand against a wall to keep yourself from falling over.

You:"G-gah..." You didn't realize but your Ring's glowing brightly again.

Jack:"(F)? (F) are you alright!?" He looks over at you worried. Why is this happening?

You:"My chest burns like hell- GAH!" You grip your chest as the pain becomes unbearable and you fall to your knees. A bright light shines from the Ring as it envelops you.

Jack:"(F)!?" The light surrounds you as Jack is no longer in view. The light surrounding you vanishes as...you're no longer in Beacon? The area you're in is some...demonic area, the sky is completely red, the ground beneath you is a charred and shiny black. You quickly get up as the pain in your chest is gone. 

You:"H-hello?" Your voice echoes as you then see a woman and a man? Is...that even a woman? Her skin is completely white and red veins are showing around her skin,something about her is terrifying, she looks like a witch... The man is simply dressed in a black cloak. He has the same blade that Izunia has...yet you can definitely feel that this isn't Izunia...You look at his hand as he has...the same ring you do, instead of a white Jewel on it there's a black one...They both look back towards you as your body grows cold.

You:"W-where am I!?" 

Cloaked Man:"It seems like I was correct. The Equinox has indeed returned." He gets closer to you as you unsheathe your weapon and hold it defensively.

You:"I asked where the hell am I!?"

Witch:"My dear, you've been chosen."

You:"Wait, what!? What are you two talking about!?" The man in the cloak reaches out with his hand as you immediately get pulled in. He grabs you by the neck and lifts you up in the air.

Cloaked Man:"We're talking about your demise." He tightens his grip as you wheeze from not being able to breathe.

Witch:"That's enough." He lets you go as you fall to your knees gasping raspily while holding your neck

Cloaked Man:"We can end this now, Salem."

Salem:"If you murder him now then the cycle will be reset yet again. And my plans will be moved back yet again like last time. And now by not following my orders you've let him come here and has become aware of our presence. Send him back, wait for his connection to the Dragon inside the Ring to grow."

Cloaked Man:"...And what of this encounter?"

Salem:"I can scramble his memories...he won't remember any of this. More importantly he won't remember you. Now send him back at once."

Cloaked Man:"As you wish." He takes out his weapon and places his hand over it. It shines brightly in a green color as it grows in size. He holds it with two hands as an intricate design is now on the blade as a green light effect is now on the blade. ((Bloodborne: Holy Moonlight Sword)).

You:"What the hell are you guys talking about!?"

Cloaked Man:"Equinox, we will meet again." As he lowers himself, a dark image of a Hydra with three heads slowly comes into view, towering behind them. What the hell is going on? The sword he's holding glows as he charges an attack. But...he's so far away, he can't hit you from there? He swings at you with all of his might as an energy slice explodes from the blade it hurdles right towards you. 

You:"Oh crap!" You try to block but the energy blast hits you as a bright light shines around you again. You close your eyes as you start to lose consciousness.

Jack(Muffled):"(F)!? (F) are you alright!?" You quickly open your eyes as you realize you're on the ground. You sit up "Oh thank God you're alright. What on Remnant happened to you!?" You look at your Ring..what...just happened? You can remember something about a Man in a cloak...and something names Salem...huh...you don't want to freak out Jack...

You:"I honestly don't know, I don't remember anything from it."

Jack:"...Are you sure?"

You:"I-I'm sure...let's just get back as soon as we can." You slowly get up and look at your Ring carefully and walk away before Jack could ask anything else 

You both are back at the door of RWBY's Dorm. You honestly don't want to think about all that crap that happened a few minutes ago, but you'll just have to ask Ozpin about that later. You go to open the door then realize that might be a bad idea if they're still changing, you knock on the door first.

You:"Hey girls? You done changing?"

Ruby(Muffled):"Yeah, come in!" You open the door as you and Jack walk in. You look to see that they're all in their uniforms except for Weiss who's now awake but...on the ground and seems quite pissed off...

You:"Aww, you guys look beautiful in those uniforms." All of them blush lightly, Yang particularly blushing the most.

Yang:"Aw, thanks (F)!" You smile and nod. You noticed that there are two new beds there "OH! By the way they just tossed those beds in there so no more having to sleep in a sleeping bag.

Jack:"Niiiiccceeee. Well! Everyone seems awake now so, what happens now?"

Ruby:"Why thank you for asking! WELL! Now that we're all here, we can officially begin our first order of business." Weiss gets up and brushes herself off

Weiss:"Excuse me?"

Yang:"Decorating!" She yells while holding a collection of stuff like pillows and pamphlets in her arms

Weiss:"What?!" Blake lifts up her suitcase.

Blake:"We still have to unpack." The suitcase opens as everything spills out of it "Aaaand clean." You like the way this girl thinks! Buuut Weiss does not look enthusiastic, as Ruby blows a whistle in her ear as she falls down.

You:"Where'd you get the whistle?"

Jack:"I gave it to her!" Weiss glares at Jack

Weiss:"Of course you would give her something like that." Jack sticks her tongue out at her

Ruby:"Aaaalright! Weiss, Blake, Yang, (F), Jack and their fearless leader Ruby have begun their first mission!" she raises her fist into the air "Banzai!"

All of Team RWBY(Except Weiss):"Banzai!" You all raise your fist in the air standing next to each other as you all at an angle as Weiss lays on the floor hating life.

After Weiss changed into her uniform you along with the rest of the team do some EXTREME DECORATING. Yang places a poster of some guys doing poses named "THE ACHIEVE MEN" on her part of the room...huh that seems familiar, but you can't put your finger on where you've seen that before. You glance over at Weiss as she positions some eloquent painting of Forever Fall to perfection and walks away. Wait...how'd she even fit that into her luggage? You glance over at Blake as she just simply is busy putting away her books on the shelves, huh nothing too bad. You know the more you're with her, the more she feels...familiar...you felt like you've seen her from SOMEWHERE...You look away for a split second and look back as...she's picking up a book... You walk over to her a she widens her eyes as she looks around not noticing you as she tries to put it back. You stand over her and look at the book...Ninjas of Love huh? Must be some stupid teen romance story. Hmm, you felt like you've seen that somewhere before.

You:"Hey, mind if I take a look at that book, it seems...familiar." You swipe the book from her hand. Her eyes widen and her pupils get smaller

Blake:"W-wait no don't!!!!" Oh...OH GOD IT'S TOO LATE! YOU CAN'T STOP STARING AT THE WORDS IN THIS FILTH! OH JEEZ HOW WOULD THAT EVEN FIT IN THERE! NO WHY IS HE USING NUN-CHUCKS FOR THAT!? PUT DOWN THE LAMP NO!!! AND IF THAT ISN'T BAD ENOUGH A POSTER IN THE BOOK EXTENDS AS IT SHOWS A GUY WITH HIS KATANA A-AND AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH- 

You:"OH GOD! THIS IS FILTH! FILTH!!!!!!!" You quickly toss the book from your hand back into hers and try to wipe off the filth in your hands as you run off screaming in terror as to what you just saw. You stay in the corner of the room in a fetal position as Blake sighs as she's blushing a tiny bit

Jack:"Uh...(F)?"

You:"F-Filth...S-so much...filth!!! I can never forget." Everyone slowly turns their head towards Blake as she quickly looks down, whistling lightly as she gets out more books and acts like nothing is wrong. After a good mental recovery you and Jack look over to your portion of the room.

Jack:"I SHALL CREATE ART!" He yells as he splatters a bunch of random colored paint on the wall.

You:"How did you even...wait...did...you just splash paint everywhere?" You look at his 'art' as it's just one small corner of the room now splattered with paint all over the floor and wall.

Jack:"Ye."

You:"With no covers on the floor?"

Jack:"Ye." You pick up one of the paint buckets and see...a very important detail

You:"...Aaaannnd that's lead paint." Jack eyes widen

Jack:"OH THAT'S BAD!" He bolts over to where his deadly 'art' was and begins scrubbing it down.

You:"Where did you even get lead paint?"

Jack:"Torchwick gave it to-!" Your eyes widen as you burst over to him and cover his mouth

You:"They don't know we used to work for people like him, be quiet about that." Jack bites your hand as you let go"OW!"

Jack:"Bleh!" He spits "Alright, alright. Besides it seems like we're not the only ones hiding a shady past." He looks over at Blake

You:"What do you mean?" You look over at Blake as she's readjusting her bow carefully.

Jack:"I mean with my senses I think that Blake's most likely a-" Before he finishes Yang calls out to you

Yang:"Hey (F), could you help me out with this?"You look over at Yang who's looking at an empty wall.

You:"Oh sure!" You look over at Jack as he's still scrubbing that tooottaaallllyyyy healthy Lead paint off of the wall and floor. "We'll talk about this later then." Jack nods as you walk over to Yang

Yang:"Well I wanted to ask you something?"

You:"Do you need decorating advice?" Yang smiles smugly at you

Yang:"Nah. Just wanted to ask what is that Ring you have there?" Your eyes widen a bit. Uh-oh

You:"Hmm, why do you ask?" You say while looking at her curiously before looking at the Ring

Yang:"Well...this night as you were sleeping it was kinda...glowing?"

You:"It was?"

Yang:"Yeah, I mean I never saw you with it before so I just thought you had bought it from somewhere but...now I'm thinking it's more than that."

You:"It's uh...dust-infused?" She looks at you seriously

Yang:"You are a horrible liar. You know we're like a team now, right?"

You:"Listen Yang, this whole situation with the Ring is new to me as well."

Yang:"Then tell us about it?" She looks at you a bit disappointed

You:"I wish I could, but I honestly don't have a clue." Yang sighs looking into your eyes

Yang:"Well alright I guess. Anyways I do need help with setting up some more posters, wanna help since your brother's uh..." She looks over Jack furiously scraping off the paint off the wall "Painting?"

You:"Heh sure." You feel a bit bad due to the fact you can't tell Yang about your problem with being Equinox, mostly because you honestly have no clue as to what being Equinox will do to the team...meh, you'll tell the team soon, maybe after you've discovered more about what this Ring does.

ANYWAYS! After a long and grueling progress of INTENSE DECORATING. Team RWBY's room LOOKS ABSOLUTELY.........God-awful. You look at the absolute cluttered mess around your team's room...eh, extra beds probably weren't a good idea either.

Weiss:"This isn't going to work."

Blake:"It is a bit cramped."

Weiss:"I mean, we do have two extra beds in here..."

Yang: "Maybe we should ditch some of our stuff..."

Ruby: "Or we could ditch the beds... and replace them with bunk beds!"

Jack:"OOOOOOHHHH YYYEEEESSSSS!"

You:"I call the top-"

Jack:"I CALL TOP BUNK!" He says interrupting you

You:"Damn it!"

Weiss:"Umm, that sounds incredibly dangerous."

Jack:"Bah! Who cares about safety when you can have BUNK BEDS."

Yang: "Yeah! It'd be super-awesome!" Yang and Jack high-five each other

Blake: "It does seem efficient."

Weiss:"Well, we should put it to a vote!" Well...it's 5 to 1.

Ruby: "I think we just did." Welp you all rush towards your beds. You and Jack decide to be in front of the window...which blocks the window by quite a bit. You look at Yang and Blake who are expertly balancing books to support the bunk beds...you think to yourself as to how you're going to build this bunk bed as you see Jack lifting up the bed slightly

You:"Hmm...JACK!" Jack immediately drops the bed onto his toe and he rockets upwards while holding his foot in pain.

Jack:"OW! OW! GAH WHAT IS IT!?" He says while looking at you

You:"Remember Gerald?" Jack looks at you confused...then after a moment of thinking he suddenly realized

Jack:"OH!" He reaches into his pockets as he pours out a massive supply of dog treats on the ground.

You:"...I just want to know HOW YOU EVEN MANAGED TO FIT THAT MANY DOG TREATS IN YOUR-" Jack places a finger against his lips

Jack:"Sssssssshhhhh. Maaaaaaaaaggggggiiiiiiiccccccc." You roll your eyes while smiling and get to work. After what felt like HOURS of GRUELING DEDICATION. Your wondrous bunk bed is complete. All of Team RWBY steps back and looks at the absolute art they've created in this room, and you are sure damn proud of it.

Ruby: "Objective: Complete!" You look over at the team's bunk bed designs as Yang and Blake's bed is supported by a bunch of books, GREAT! You look over to Ruby and Weiss' bed as...Ruby's bed is hanging from ropes on the ceiling with a blanket used as a tent over it. SEEMS PERFECTLY SAFE! Then finally the greatest bunk bed you have ever seen. Supported by the perfect balance of dog treats...and how does this happen? WELL BECAUSE LOGIC, THAT'S HOW!

Blake:"Did...you make your bunk beds out of...dog treats?" The rest of the team slowly look at you in awe

You:"Yep! Why do you ask?"

Blake:"I don't...like...dogs..." They all look towards the bed as you still look at Blake as her...bow twitches as she looks at the dog treats uneasily?

Yang:"Pfft, well they're just dog treats, not like we're gonna have a dog in our room so what's the harm of it?"

Blake:"Meh...I guess you have a point." 

Ruby: "Allllright! Our second order of business iiiiiiiis...!" She lands on her bed and a book lands in her lap...wait where did that book even come fr- "Classes..." She pulls out a pencil "Now, we have a few classes together today. At 9, we've got to be-" You widen your eyes as you realize a fatal error...

Weiss:"What?! Did you say 9 o'clock?" Oh, seems like Weiss noticed it too.

Ruby:"Uuuum..."

Weiss:"It's 8:55, you dunce!" Weiss rushes out of the room and down the hall, you and the rest of Team RWBY peek out the door. You look across from you to see that Team JNPR is ALOS peeking out from their doorways as you all watch her go.

Ruby(Stuttering):"T-T-To class!" She finally exclaims after a solid 5 seconds of stumbling over her own words Ruby runs out, followed by you and the rest of the team

You:"AH GOD HOW DID NONE OF US NOTICE THIS!?"

Ruby:"DOESN'T MATTER NOW! JUST GET TO CLASS!" You all run out the doors of the dorms and into the courtyard, you glance to the right as you see Professor Ozpin and Glynda Goodwitch watching you all. AH GOD THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING!

(Later.)

Well you all made it by the skin of your teeth...phew...got to class at 8:59. Anyways Professor Port is talking about Grimm now, you're sitting next to Yang as you both are paying attention...unlike Ruby and Jack who have fallen asleep against one another somehow. You glance over at Weiss who already seems pissed off by that. You focus back on Professor Port as he continues speaking

Port:"Monsters! Deeeemons... Prowlers of the night! Yes, the creatures of Grimm have many names, but I merely refer to them as prey! Ha-ha!" Ow...that joke just hurt you physically ow...it seemed like everyone else hated it too as no one laughed. Professor Port continues after that...God awful joke ow... 

Port: "Uhhhh...And you shall too, upon graduating from this prestigious academy! Now, as I was saying: Vale, as well as the other three kingdoms, are safe havens in an otherwise treacherous world! Our planet is absolutely teeming with creatures that would love nothing more than to tear you to pieces! And that's where we come in. Huntsmen! Huntresses..." he gives Yang a wink. You don't register it at first...THEN YOU REALIZE THAT HE JUST TRIED MOVING IN ON YOUR CRUSH OKAY NO!

You(Mind):"I'LL KILL HIM!!!" You glare at Professor Port as Yang groans uncomfortably at Port as she holds your hand. She whispers in your ear

Yang(Whispering):"Help me."

You(Whispering):"Don't worry I'll just break his legs." You wink at her as she rolls her eyes while smiling

Port:"Individuals who have sworn to protect those who cannot protect themselves! From what, you ask? Why, the very world!" You hear a student in the class yell

Random Student:"Ayyyy-yep!" He's standing up with his fist in the air...You all stare at him confused as he sits down again...oookkkaaaayyyy?

Port: "That is what you are training to become. But first: A story. A tale of a young, handsome man... Me! When I was a boy..." You zone out from his teachingsigh as you whisper to Yang

Ruby picks up a piece of paper showing a 'quite' accurate drawing of 'Professor Poop'. Everyone except for Weiss laughs as you look at Weiss a bit concerned. Professor Port clears his throat as you all snap to attention, trying not to laugh. He continues afterward

Port:"In the end, the Beowolf was no match for my sheer tenacity, and I returned to my village with the beast in captivity and my head held high, celebrated as a hero!" Port takes a bow as you look over at Weiss as she slowly gets more and more frustrated with Ruby.

Port:"The moral of this story? A true Huntsman must be honorable!" You glance over at Ruby as she is balancing an apple on a book with her pencil held only by her finger while making a silly face. Holy crap that is actually quite impressive as Jack claps very quietly

Port: "A true Huntsman must be dependable!" You glance over at Weiss as she becomes livid due to the fact that Ruby has fallen asleep again.

Port: "A true Huntsman must be strategic, well-educated, and wise!" You glance over to see that Ruby is picking her nose, she wipes it on Jack's arm as Jack freaks out quietly and wipes it back on her. You glance at Weiss as she seems like she's ready to explode.

You:"Oh boy this'll be interesting." You say quietly as Yang glances at you confused

Yang(Whispering):"What's up?"

You(Whispering):"I don't think that Weiss likes the fact that Ruby's our leader."
