After fending off against the Black Riders, the stranger led Tokoyami and his companions to a hut. 

Tsuyu: Is this your home?

Stranger: You could call it that. It serves it's purposes.

As the others begin to set up, Jiro wonders about the Black Riders.

Jiro: What were those things?! I've never seen anything like those!

Stranger: They were men. Respected lords of men. But then All For One granted them these seven lords power both great and terrible. Blinded by their greed, they accepted them without question. One by one, the seven lords fell into darkness. Now they are slaves to the Blacktongues. They are the Black Riders. Soulless revenants. Neither living nor dead.

Hearing that sent chills down everyone's spine. 

Stain: I've heard tales of the Black Riders. I never thought they were real.

Shoji: Always expected the unexpected with the Blacktongues. 

Tokoyami: Who are you?

Stranger: My name is Shota Aizawa. I was once a Ranger for a King. But I learned quickly how needlessly cruel kings and lords can be in the name of power. If you ask me, they're no better than the Black Riders.

Tokoyami had heard stories about Aizawa. Even before he was framed for murder, tales of Aizawa was known far and wide.

Tokoyami: You're the Blind Ranger. 

Tsuyu: The Blind Ranger?

Tokoyami: Aizawa was born with blindness, yet heightened his other senses. He became known throughout the land as a great Ranger of the realm.

Hatsume: But what's the Blind Ranger doing here in the Lost Forest?

Aizawa: When I left, I took refuge in the Lost Forest. There were legends about these woods long before I came in. I simply made it my own.

Tokoyami: How so?

Aizawa: Whenver lords and noblemen enter my forest, I rob them and I give their wealth to those who none. 

Stain took notice of Aizawa's words. He couldn't help but respect what he did. Hearing that there was another striking against lords and noblemen who do not serve the people they are meant to serve. 

Aizawa: What are you doing in the Lost Forest? 

Tokoyami: We're in search for the Crow's Stone. 

Aizawa: The Crow's Stone? What do you need of it?

Tokoyami: The Crow's Stone is the key to stopping the Blacktongues for good. 

But as Tokoyami continued, they are interrupted by the sound of trees being broken and fallen. Deep roars can be heard in the distance. 

Tokoyami: Tsuyu! You, Jiro and Hatsume stay here! 

Tsuyu: But....

Tokoyami: Stay! Please! 

Tokoyami along with Shoji, Stain and Aizawa took up vantage points in the trees and see the Nomu tearing through the forest. As they look, they hear a familiar voice. 

Monoma: FUMIKAGE TOKOYAMI! SHOW YOURSELF!

Shoji: Looks like Monoma's a glutton for punishment! 

Tokoyami: WAS YOUR LAST HUMILIATION NOT ENOUGH?! 

Monoma looked around but could not see Tokoyami. 

Monama: WHY NOT MAKE IT EASY ON YOURSELVES AND SURRENDER?! I'LL PERHAPS LET THAT TAVERN WENCH WALK AWAY!

Hearing that angered Tokoyami. Shoji could see the anger building up in his old friend.

Tokoyami: DO YOU THINK THE BLACKTONGUES WILL HOLD WHATEVER THEY DEAL THEY PROMISE YOU OR MENOS?! THEY'RE LIARS AND DECIEVERS! 

Monoma: EITHER YOU COME OUT AND SHOW YOURSELVES, OR THE NOMU WILL TEAR THESE WOODS AND KILL YOU AND THOSE WHO FOLLOW YOU?!

Aizawa then takes his bow and shoots an arrow at Monoma's shoulder. 

Monoma: ARGH!! DAMN YOU! FIND THEM! KILL THEM ALL!

The Nomu begin to rampage through the forst, Tokoyami moves through the trees while Shoji and Stain jump down to attack the Nomu. Tokoyami and Monoma then engage in a sword fight. 

Monoma: You're not gonna get away from me this time you bastard! 

Meanwhile, the Nomu begin to overpower Shoji and Stain. One Nomu grabs Stain and begins to apply pressure to him. Stain sees the exposed brain and calls out to Aizawa.

Stain: AIZAWA! AIM FOR THE HEAD! THAT'S THEIR WEAKNESS!!

Aizawa then uses his senses to aim at the Nomu's head. The arrow hits the head and stuns the Nomu, forcing it to let go of Stain. Stain then takes his sword and plunges it into the Nomu's brain, killing it. He soon rushes to Shoji and helps him fight off the Nomu. As they do so, Aizawa calls out to them. 

Aizawa: LEAD THE CREATURE NEAR THE HUT!

Shoji: ARE YOU CRAZY?! 

Aizawa: JUST DO IT!

Shoji and Stain then lead the Nomu near the hut. Once it gets close, Aizawa cuts a rope from his position and a giant log falls down on the Nomu, crushing it. Shoji and Stain were impressed. Meanwhile, Tokoyami and Monoma continue fighting. They eventually clashed blades.

Monoma: Once I kill you, everyone who follows will die by the sword! 

Seeing Monoma's smile angered Tokoyami.

Tokoyami: I'm gonna wipe that smug smile off your face! 

After the heated exchange, Tokoyami kicks Monoma, which sends Monoma stumbling into a trap floor, sending Monoma falling into a pit. After beating Monoma, Tokoyami rushes back to the hut. 

Tokoyami: Is everyone okay?!

Tsuyu: We're all fine. 

Tokoyami: Thank the Gods! 

Shoji, Stain and Aizawa soon meet up with them at the hut. 

Shoji: Where's Monoma?

Tokoyami: Down in a hole. We have to get out of here.

Aizawa: I agree. If it isn't the Blacktongues that'll come back, it'll certainly be the Black Riders.

Jiro: But didn't you scare them off?

Aizawa: They may have retreated, but they'll soon be back. If you're going to find the Crow's Stone, you're going to have to get out of here.

Tokoyami: We'd be honored if you could join us Aizawa. 

The Blind Ranger took a moment to think of Tokoyami's offer. 

Aizawa: I accept. Besides, you'll need a guide to lead you out of these woods. 

After accepting that offer, Everyone gets ready as Aizawa leads them out of the Lost Forest.
