Bio: FlutterShout is another main character and is a member of the Elements of Insanity. She became FlutterShout after going into the graveyard Flutter Shy stumbled across the grave of her soon to be host and later being taken over by Gay Penis. Now being taken over by her host she has the same power as him, that being that she can make her so load that you can her miles away. In this series she rarely uses this ability and even has a younger sister named TailShout. She also was the first one to show Super Saiyan Blue Form during the tournament against Universes 6 and 7.
