As usual , the men had left for the work and Alice and Naira were in the mansion busy with their work.

Naira's college had finished 2 months ago and since then she's in the house doing nothing but training. Her dad has assigned a special trainer for her to teach her all the fighting moves and everything and then she used to practice with her brothers too. She might look delicate and fragile from outside but she is more than that from inside.

Right now she's lying on her bed , scrolling through the social media page and suddenly her phone rang flashing the name 'Dad' on her screen. She immediately sat up and her nervousness peaked up.

Naira's POV

I was always trained for the 'day' , my dad always said that I will get assigned to tasks when I'm ready , I used to see my brothers going for the 'tasks' , the shady business.

Because of some past incidents my parents always treated me as a delicate child , they were overprotective , I wanted to prove them especially my father that I'm capable of doing his work.

I also had some experience , since the last month I started to go with my brother's to know everything and to do some tasks also.

When I saw dad name flashing on my screen , I became nervous , he never called me during his work hours , it might be something very important. I answered it

" Hello Dad" I said

" Naira get ready and come to the office " dad said plainly and cut off the line.

I was like  , really man , he can't even tell me the whole thing on the phone. I went to my closet and took out a formal dress with a navy blue blazer and tied my hair  .

I came downstairs and see my mom cooking and the aroma was spread all around the house.

I took a deep breathe and went in the kitchen.

" You're cooking deep fried chicken with veggies?? " I asked excitedly

I loved her cooking , she cooks the best meal.

" Yup , but where are you going?"my mom asked curiously

"Oh! Dad called and asked me to come to the office " I said

My mom raised her eyebrows but then looked away

" Be careful!! "

That's all what she said , I just nodded and went to the front door , there was our house Butler standing. He handed me my gun. I immediately took it and put it in one of my pocket inside the coat and went to my car.

We all have guns everytime with us. Well me , it's just mom told Dad that I cannot put one until I'm really involved with him but they didn't said anything to my brothers , they used to keep their guns everytime with them since they were in school. See that's why I want to prove them , I'm not a weakling anymore.

I got into my jaguar and brought the engine to life and drove away. My father's office was like a 10min drive , well it was actually a 7- star hotel as a cover up business , most of the mafias do this only .

After sometime

I went into the reception and walked towards the basement and then from there to another room where there was another elevator only for our use. I stepped out of the elevator and saw the dimly lighted hallway , guards dressed in all black standing on either side of the hallway. They  saw me and nodded their heads as I walked to another door and then into a small circular hall where there were some doors. I went into one of them and landed in my dad's office.

My dad was there seated in his chair with my brother's sitting in front of him facing him. His office looked very similar to the one he has at home , the difference is just that one was a little bit big and with pictures and decorations.

They all looked at me as they saw me walked in

" Come sit Naira , we have something very important to discuss" Dad said

I went and sat at the chair beside Rohan.

" I have something for you " dad said

" A task? " I said and then thought that maybe he wants me to go with my brothers for some another task ,but why then calling me here .

Mostly girls are kept out from all these things until they are grown up my case was no different , but I'm a grown up now , c'mon man!!

Dad hesitated a little bit , I never saw him hesitating before , he is always so confident that even if he's lieing people will think he's saying the truth , some habits of a mafia.

" No, A Mission" dad said finally

I furrowed my eyebrows , what he meant?

" What dad? I don't get you" I said

" See Naira , you're ready to take this alone " my dad said again

"Dad you're not making sense , please be clear " I said again impatiently this time.

" You're going on a mission , i.e. to keep eyes on the enemy" he said

" What enemy , and why suddenly ?? And why me?? Can't one of your man do this job " I said relaxing in my chair

" No! You have to go , only you , so that you can lure him" dad said

" But why dad , and who is this enemy., You're the most powerful so what are you fearing " I said

" Listen Naira , I might be the most powerful , but for my generation only , but you people you're the new generation which is much stronger and clever from me , I don't know but I'm having this feeling of threat from this person when I saw him at the party"
Dad said

" Who?? " I said

" Kartik Martz " he said

Flashback

Peter was enjoying a drink with one of his friends in a party and talking business but then he got a call so he excused himself and went in a corner to talk. It was a very lavish party like rich people have but difference is just , the party was thrown by a mafia.

When Peter turned around to go he was greeted by a young man , he had his dark black hair gelled up at one side and wore a suit , everyone was wearing it. He had a smirk on his face when he greeted Peter.

" Evening sir" the young man said

" Evening..who are you , I don't recognize you" Peter said

" I'm Kartik Martz " he said calmly.

The Martz rule the other side of the country , so they never came across , they are not weak , as Jones was famous here , Martz was famous there but not because of an old man but because of Kartik Martz .

" Right , there were rumors about some Martz , that he is the youngest Mafia taking over other's mafia's lands" Peter said

" Well rumors are not always true , are they? " Kartik said calmly

" Well what do you think " Peter asked

" I think you should believe them , who knows what happens , extra cautious ! " Kartik said while smirking and went away

Flashback ends

" What do you want me to do? " I asked once he was finished with his story

" Lure him , understand his tactics , his moves and don't call from there they might trace it , change your surname and we'll get everything else ready " dad said

" But what if I get caught  , there's risk " I asked

" Risk is our business Naira " dad said

" Rishi and Rohan will make you understand everything , your schedule and stuff , go n pack your things " dad said

" If I kill him " I said

" Then you'll start a war dear , trust me we are just being extra cautious! " Dad said

I smirked

" And what if she falls in love with him" Rohan said with a mischievous smile

I looked at my brother with disbelief like how can I fall in love with the enemy

" Oh then we might have found a nice husband for your sister " my dad laughed at his own joke.

I just rolled my eyes and left from there.
